This game is certainly unique. Especially considering when it was released. No ramps and a cartoon backglass. Interesting choices, but not bad. Play is FAST and the multiball start is cool.
The main issue I have with this machine isn't in any of the individual elements (although the sound can be pretty annoying) but rather in that it is totally unreliable. Breakdowns are very common - and it's not even the same stuff every time. Sound goes out, sound comes on with scratchy static overlay. Balls sometimes enter play at random. Sometimes all 3 come out and not as multiballs - once they drain the game is over. I wouldn't expect any of these to be playable in a few years so I would not recommend purchasing. Also, the one owner I know says he can't even get a call back from the maker anymore.

At first, I thought this was very similar to Black Knight. It does have some similarities at first glance, but then I played it a few times and I think it's got a much better rule set. 3 ball multi-ball is HARD to get, as is extra ball. Even advancing the bonus multiplier can be tough. Add in some great shots to master, early voice technology that is not too repetitive and you have a machine that stands up to play after play.

Cool game with neat gimmicks. Love the cannons and the free ball shot in the backglass at the end of the game - A free ball here is a godsend.

Sure Shot is a classic. Decent and fair rules, good playfield, and some hard shots to hit! You CAN hit the center lane with the flippers with practice, but it's very tough to do. Winning a replay is a rarity. Replay value is high. Great EM.
