The Prowlerman99 handle came from owning a few Plymouth prowlers. Moved on to and restored 2 Lotus Elises but the name Prowlerman seemed to fit better. ...I began playing pinball games in 1990. First games were an Escape from the Lost World, Genesis. Of course this led to minor work, shop games, etc... Around 1998 I began working on restorations, clear coating playfields, and cosmetic repairs. This of coure led to teaching myself a little about electronics and repairs. Started with my collections of pinball and driving games for the kids. As they grew up and moved out, I began buying more games to restore, play for 6 months to a year then sold to buy something new to work on. And that's pretty much where I am now.Prior to pinball I restored and custom painted, airbursh, etc.. Corvettes and motorcycles. These skills carried over quit well to pinball restoration. Raced motorcyces for 5 years and was a Master Falconer for 5-6 years..Pinball is just a hobby, my day job is Chief of Maintenance and historic preservation at Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park, A Civil War Battlefield admistered by the National Park Service. Will be with the NPS for 42 years in February 2014 but having too much fun to retire .
