I tried to like this game. Thought I'd like this game. Have played 2 different units, but still doesn't grab me and make me want to play more. Too much plastic everywhere I think just ruins it visually for me.

Been playing this game for a few months now and waited to put this review up to insure it wasn't just a honeymoon period that had me bonkers about this game. Everything I've read is true and this is the first game that has made me want to play it over and over regardless of how much I have to spend. The depth of modes/levels seems to be enough to keep the serious player going trying to improve every little shot, but a novice will love it from the get go.

Highly recommended. Good game for beginners, but also has enough depth to keep you going for higher and higher scores.

I originally fell in love with this pin after playing on location on a few separate trips. But I realized after I really got into the game that I was falling in love with the beautiful artwork and huge LCD screen in the backglass. Plus, I am a big fan of all of Tolkien, so the theme was fantastic for me. But after the honeymoon period wore off, I started to realize that gameplay isn't the best for my style of play. There have also just been way too many reliability issues for me to own this pin at this point in time. Maybe someday they'll have it all dialed in.
