I love this game, they have it at a local coffee shop, and I wasted my money on that machine. The layout has very good flow, and every shot is satisfying to hit. The rules are deep and keep you wanting to dig deeper. Keith Elwin's first game is a grand slam, and I hope he does more designs for Stern (hopefully with a better theme)!

This game would be good if the play field was a bit steeper, because the overall geometry of the play field was very good, a lot of interesting and unique shots. But my main problem with this game is that it's kind of slow. I mean come on, this came out after Addam's Family. It can get super boring after a while. The sound effects and call outs aren't any good either, and the voice actors sound very bored. But the worst thing about this table is the DMD animations. I wouldn't even call it animation, as it looks more like a slideshow.

The things I do like about it though are the far right Black Jack ramp, and the upper play field. And the back box card game is also a plus. It is definitely unique, but I wouldn't say it's a good pinball machine.

This game is at a Punch Bowl Social near where I live, and I got to say, I love this game! The table is so vibrant and colorful. The rules are pretty simple and easy to learn, and while it may not have the deepest rules in the world (Not a complaint by the way), this game is very difficult! The shots are very tight and every shot you make is so rewarding. And after you're done, you want to come back for more! The way the game builds up through the different mode selections is awesome! Also, the toys are incredible. The Groot multiball lock is my favorite thing in the entire game. The sound design is also awesome, except for some awkward impressionist voice acting (especially for Rocket). John Borg is one of my favorite pinball machine designers, and this was a home run for him.

EDIT: I do see that people are comparing this game to Metallica, and I can see that the play field is very similar, and it's very similar in game style. But personally I think this game is better than Metallica (even though Metallica is fun as hell), because there is more variety in modes and the overall theme was executed better than Metallica.
