Typical sour grapes response to a bad review I posted about a pin he sold me. He didn't dispute a single one of the issues I noted, yet his ad never mentioned any of them. I had to drive 5.5 hours away to find out about the issues. He got the agreed upon price so not sure what he would have to complain about other than my review. » Read more

Below is my review, which prompted this negative review:
Seller failed to disclose numerous issues with the game. Negotiated the price as a game that played as brand new and was in a box up until 2016, but was clearly not the case. I only found out after a 5.5 hour drive that it had issues. I ended up paying the pre-negotiated price as I had already committed to the 11 hours of total drive time and other expenses, but more importantly is that this was a gift for my son. After returning home I sent the seller a PM with the list of issues that were not disclosed on the ad or PM exchanges and requested he return $200 in good faith, but he refused. Some of the issues are:
- Damaged glass, chipping around the edges and heavily scratched. This will need to be replaced.
- Backbox lights do not work properly
- Large, visible scratches on the mini playfield
- Crack in the backbox corner
- Occasional loud popping sound from speakers
- Right flipper sticks
- No coin box
It's a good machine, but was definitely negotiated under false pretenses. I like the game, but I don't feel like the deal was done right. Friendly guy and was very helpful packing the game up and getting it into the truck so not all bad.
