Never enough quarters

There were never enough! That's why i had to learn fast to get better so i could play longer and longer. I grew up playing PINBOT which is a very unforgiving game as we all know haha. So i grew obsessed with the game and with pinball as a whole. When the video game craze came along it was interesting to watch but to play it wasnt sexy. I know that sounds weird but pinball is sexy. You get to dance with the game. Feel its pulse. It was just so personal to play. Plus with the video game, unless you were really REALLY good, you could only play for so long. Which was great for the arcade owner but i wanted more bang for my buck. Quarter. I have played for over 4 hours on 50 cents and only had to stop because the pub closed. Also pinball is a great mix of skill and luck. Learning how to do a catch or flipper pass takes practice and practice and practice. When you first pull that off in a game it is so cool! And it sounds so good when that POP goes off for your free game. I guess you either understand pinball or you dont but that's ok because the ones who don't get it aren't there taking up a table i want to play. Always shoot for Grand Champion fellow pinheads!
