Always loved arcade games and pinball games growing up in the 70's and 80's. Ahhh the hours I wasted on summer days in the arcades playing all my money away one quarter at a time. I remember seeing the first 50c video game and thinking wow, how am I gunna afford to play that game!!
When my wife got pregnant with our daughter she kindly suggested that my friends that hung here might be a little loud for a newborn. I suggested we take over the garage as our man hang out and she agreed. 5 Years later my dirty ole' garage has gone through endless cycles of building, changing, rebuilding and growing. My friends have all helped me build what we call today the "Island".
We continue to add, change and modify our Island space to get through the long winters. It get's cold but never old. Everyone, friends, pinsiders, people from all over have helped make our Barcade special to everyone that visits.
Pinball has changed my life in so many good ways, most importantly all the great pin people I meet along the way. One of the best hobbys on the planet! Thank you Pinside for making this hobby even more special to everyone!!
