How did I start collecting pinball machines? Kinda by accident.
I was working in the Netherlands back in 2003 for a few weeks at a time to start up a new production line for a company I work for. When I had free time I would spend it playing around on eBay. I'm not sure why, but I found myself bidding on a Twilight Zone machine, even though I didn't really have a space for it. I put up a price that I figured that would get out-bid, but to my surprise I won the auction! About a year after geting the TZ I found an Indiana Jones machine and the two have been standing side by side ever since.
My dream has always been to have a TZ, IJ and a TAF in my collection. I'm 2/3 of the way there, and if I see a TAF machine that is close to me that isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg...
