Horrorhouse Fest Halloween Edition!

Pinside has been beyond amazing through the years supporting my crazy Hauntcade Pinball Tournament called Horrorhouse Fest, and one of the most rewarding versions is just around the bend, happening October 22-24th at the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown.... just in time for my favorite holiday Halloween! To add to the magic of this coinciding with this magical time of year, it also happens that not 1, but 2 of the games in this edition of the fest are ones I (the Night Mutilator) worked on! The first being my homebrew re-skin title "The Pinball Mountain", which is full of new pinball magic, as it expands on the original game "Cherry Bell" (which it was converted from). The second game, which is for sure my new pride and joy, is John Carpenter's Halloween, which I'm sure you are all fully aware of... since you are extreme pinheads! Being my first commercial job in the world of pinball, this title represents my debut working with Spooky Pinball. My title being "Animator" on the game, I also dove into some other aspects of the process, which I'll tell you more about when you attend the most amazing and extreme pinball tournament around!

I softly nudge you to attend. I know covid is getting crazy again... but we have dialed the fest into something super safe, fun and legitimately perfect for the format. This go-around players will need to pre-purchase their tickets via the eventbrite link below, reserving a one hour time period where they will be immersed in an experience unlike any other. Sight, sounds, thrills and chills will be going on all around them in the most haunted room at the pinball showdown, and it will be their job to get the highest scores they can muster before the time elapses and the Night Mutilator kicks them out. Each day a new tournament will happen, and at the end of each tournament winners will be able to claim super spooky prizes, such as video game systems, games and horror themed goodies you'll for sure not want to miss out on.
