“Installed cliffy protectors. Replaced failing plasma with colordmd display, colorized rom. Repositioned lock magnet (which sank, holding the ball too long). Replaced broken goalie. Replaced two caps and bridge rectifiers (BR3 and BR4). Upgraded to LEDs. Prior to LED upgrade, GI system largely burned out every header pin. This dropped voltage too much to supply LEDs without flickering (could not get 6.3v), so I rewired GI to bypass all the headers (custom franken-wiring, but with far less impedance than stock connectors, delivering quality volts to the lamps). "Repaired" broken ramps with glue and mylar. Replaced many broken star posts, still a few more to do. Thoroughly cleaned everything reachable, still need to finish the job after removing all the ramps, etc. Replaced the soccer ball. Steel cliffys are lifting around the kickouts, going to replace with new carbon fiber models.”
