This is one nice game. The flow is what makes it up, it plays as smooth as butter! The engine and matchbox cars are both neat aspects of this game, as well as a lengthier ruleset than most. A win-win game.

Finally got a chance to play an STTNG in good shape. And I like it. Although, the only flaw I can see is, not necessarily the difficulty, but the spinner scoring logic. I mean, 10M/spin warp 6 reward, and then double spinner at 7, that's just absurd. Still, great game and deserves its popularity.

This is a really entertaining game. I love the references it makes to CFTBL also. It's deep, it's funny, and full of action. I also enjoy the supergame feature, with instant 2-ball multiball and a 6-ball not too far out of reach. Worth the extra credit to play the supergame.

I like this game. I got a chance to play it, and I will say, it never leaves my mind afterwards. It's a great game, with all the modes referencing a scene from the first three movies. Ruleset is also real deep, which I respect a lot, as I have yet to get to Eternal Life, but one day... one day... A great game if you see one on location. I'd probably get it myself, but I'm concerned with maintenance and the similar aspects. Still, fun to play!

I consider this game an "under the radar" game, because I had heard of this game long after hearing of other games of this era. And I gotta say, I question why I decide to call this an under the radar game. It's actually pretty good. The time expander is a nice toy, and multiball, sonic boom loops, and video modes are all fun to do. But, that's about all there is to do. I wish the rulesheet was at least somewhat deeper, because that starts getting tiring after a while. But, still good for a few games every once in a while.

Wanted to add an update, since it was only code V1.3 when I made the first review (latest is V1.61 now). This game has become a real risk-reward game, and I enjoy those kinds of games! The scoring may have jumped a bunch, but that's what makes it great.

FINALLY got a chance to play this game, and it doesn't disappoint! The light shows, although the lighting scheme mimics that of WOZ's, the software takes advantage of it perfectly already! Rules seem kinda straightforward, but rewarding, and with a total of 18 modes, it truly fits my palette well! I kinda wish the artowkr had more to do with the actual "trek" if you understand. The playfield only shows, really, mapping and calculations. The backglass, even though shows whichever side the game is based on, could've included more. Still, very very fun game. Steve Ritchie's legacy continues to live on...

I will give JJP a thumbs-up on their first design. The lights are absolutely glorious, and there are a lot of toys and features, which I like plenty! But, things that I don't like too much are the limited music tracks. They just get dull after too long. I know they're still updating the code, so when they update it again, I'll try and play it again and update my rating appropriately. I look forward to what they'll do, though!

***Update: Now that V2.00 is out, I thought now would be a good time to re-review this game. It's far better than before, really feels like the game is using the unique features it has. The game feels more coherent, less repetitive, and more challenging. Well done, JJP!

I got a chance to play this not too long ago, and there is a lot, and I mean a LOT, of flow in this game! I always keep comboing the ramps and loops at least five times each time! The glove is pretty cool as well, I don't really care that it slows gameplay down at that point. The buttons, though, which directions they move the glove, or in video mode, simply don't register in my mind. I have to look down at the apron each time to remember. The computer voice also annoys me quite a bit, because you hear those callouts pretty frequently. Still though, pretty good game.

I never thought I would like this game at first, but it's really a lot of fun! Good rules, great flow, awesome music. I'd personally get this over White Water!

It's okay at best. I haven't seen the actual movie, so my rating can be considered biased in some ways, but the game seems to play a bit too rough. The playfield is just a total wreck, though. It features no flow whatsoever, the balls can get caught under Hulk's arms, and the hulk eject needed to be rethought, it's in the worst location possible for shooting it. If you're looking for a game with flow, this one isn't it.

This is a true classic. Although it has its flaws, it's quite addicting and something I hope to own in the future.

I got respect for Who Dunnit. Although, it doesn't seem to represent murder as much as gambling! Yet, it is quite addicting. Flow is there, at least sometimes, the music is real swingin', but sound effects are overused in this game, and the voicing does get tiring after too long. This definitely had potential had they done something else with the machine, but I honestly like how it came out. I do want one, so I guess that's good for them!

Don't get me wrong, I can't say I dislike this game, but it's not the best I've seen. Sure, it's fun, but it's not terribly lasting to me, and seems to drain a lot. I do wish it wasn't as rare as it was...

It's a hit in a lot places, but a miss in others. It has a deep ruleset like TSPP and LOTR, which I like, but the game starts repeating itself after a long while. The voices can get annoying at times. It gets real tiring after a LONG time playing it, but after some time away from it, it's fun again. As for sound, they're not to repetitive, but the voice-acting quality leaves much to be desired. It's hard to tell at first exactly what the shrunken head just said. But, that's alright.

Still, fun game. Not one I want to own, but sure would like to play if given the option.

A pretty cool game, with all the toys and mechanisms. But, the theme feels a little bit too classy for me, and the music is a slight letdown. Fun game, but I wouldn't acquire one.

A really nice game. I do enjoy this one, even though I'm not a fan of the show.

I like this better than Funhouse ruleset-wise, but some callouts can be a bit annoying (namely some of Red's callouts), but they're still amusing. The country theme fits really well, although the main theme music gets tiresome at worst, but it's not too bad still. I would consider it if I saw one for sale at a good price.

I like this game plenty, but I think TSPP is better. It's fun and deep and has a lot of features, but it feels like something's missing.

I can respect this game, but I can't say I really love this game. It's better than Pin*Bot and Bride of Pin*Bot, but there are several other machines out there that are good. I still like this game, but I'm not looking to own it at the moment.

I got to play this recently, and honestly, I can't say I hate it. It has good flow, plays real fast, and has a lot of toys on the playfield (no pun intended). Probably one I wouldn't purchase for myself, but one I will play if I see it.

A bit boring to me, but I still feel Funhouse definitely deserves to be a pinball classic. With Rudy actually on the playfield and a second plunger, what's not to like?

Boy, does this game play fast! And the four-ball multiball is really fun and fast. The lights on top of the backbox are a real show. A real Steve Ritchie classic!

This game, for whatever reason, seems to draw me in every time I see one on location. It's really fun, with a well-chosen theme, and it represents it well.

It's a really good game. It seemed to get a little bit tiring though, after I played it for a while. Still, though, it's really fun. Lots of modes, multiballs, and funny speech as well!

This is one of the most interesting pins I've seen, ruleset-wise. The Mist Multiball is real cool, but the Multi-Multiball is what got me into it. However, the quotes are kinda hard to hear, and the sounds appear muffled. I know this doesn't have the DCS, but then again, other games from the era like CFTBL or WW have better quality.

Really nice pin. I like how the designers were able to incorporate the movie with the theme of a drive-in theatre. Nicely done.

This game is quite a fast game. Although the flow isn't perfect, and you can get house balls really easy, I still find it fun.

I can get used to this game. There isn't a whole lot to do in this game, but it's still entertaining. I would agree that this is a classic.

A real classic. This game set a few records in itself, and I can respect it. Kinda wish that the ruleset had more to offer though, but I still like it. A lot.

Really good game. The Battlefield is awesome, the gun handle plunger is nice, and the gameplay is real fast. The music and sound is cool and the quotes and scenes are recognizable from the film. Although it doesn't make me want to come back immediately, it still has me coming back period.

Got a chance to play a much nicer-playing RCT recently, so I revised my rating. Can't say I hate this one anymore. Plays good, has good flow, and the flasher shows are quite nice.

Really cool game. The playfield simply feels a little clunky, but the game is still enjoyable.

Quite a fun little game here. Not a deep ruleset, but this doesn't really need one. It's fun the way it is.

It's not too bad. I personally prefer this over T2 ruleset-wise, because it's deeper on this game, but I can see why people like T2 more. The RPG is pretty cool, the red mode is really what it says it is, and the speech callouts are much more variant than T2. However, there isn't really anything else that really stands out. The playfield doesn't offer a lot of flow, and the game can be drainy at times. Not a favorite of mine, but I can respect it.

Really cool game. One of Ritchie's best, in my opinion. The speech is amusing, the animations are cool, and the audio is solid. The Supercharger is really cool, as well.

Really nice game. I can't really tell which one of Brian Eddy's late 90s designs is better, AFM or MM. MM has a lot of spot-on medieval features to it, and the castle is simply like no other playfield toy I've even seen. The sounds are good and the callouts are most certainly funny! But it tends to get tiring after some time. A top 10 game in my honest opinion, but not number 1, honestly.

Pretty good game. Not as good as AFM, but still enjoyable. I'm one of those who think P2K should've been treated much better than it did. Makes me wonder what would've become of Williams had they not ended their production...

Not a bad game. Has a good amount of flow and features. The handles are definitely something different! Look past the license and the backglass art and give it a try, you may not be disappointed!

Really fun game, and a very good ruleset, and excellent representation of the show. Really deserves to be in anyone's collection, I feel!

A so-so game in my opinion. The one I played was very rough, so I didn't enjoy it at all. But, when I did play one that wasn't as hard, it didn't seem all too bad. I'm not an NBA fan, but even if you aren't I encourage you to play NBAF at least once if you see one.

A good game. It may or may not seem fun to other players, but to me, this game is not bad at all. The goal mechanism is pretty nice, the ruleset isn't too deep nor too shallow, and the sounds are quite good. However, the flow just isn't there completely, but I don't feel that's what makes this game not fun. Another underrated game that should've done better than it did.

Awesome game. No wonder it's one of the best, there's so much to do and so many references that relate to the original series. I envy those who own it!

Cool, fun game. This game can be quite drainy, but don't let that deceive you. This game is still fun and has plenty of cool features, like Bigfoot. Deserves its good rating, in my opinion.

This is my absolute favorite machine. This should get more respect than it already is. Enjoyable theme, entertaining features, and the artwork is very cool. To sum up: I love this game!
