Instead of just blowing it off because it seemed working, he meticulously tracked it down to a broken wire and had it soldered in minutes!

I feel MUCH less anxiety about investing so much money in a pinball machine with him around to provide repairs and support when issues occur that are beyond my current knowledge level.

Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs quality repairs.
