When ending a MarketPlace listing successfully, Pinsiders can invite user feedback from the other party. Marketplace feedback cannot be removed, but can be responded to by mikeincali.
New! It is now possible for any Pinsider to leave feedback, without an invite. There are some checks in place to avoid abuse and "fake" feedback.

He has a business called LA Pinball Repair but despite the name, he travels all over Southern California (like to me in Orange County). I’ve been buying Mikes custom shooter rods for years now. Always a great product. Mike goes above and beyond even in Covid situations. Looks like the postal system has lost the last shipment to Australia. Without hesitation Mike offered to replace free of charge. Now that shows what great character he has.
