The best game in the past 10 years. Its not fair to only focus on the great lighting, the IP that GNR granted JJP, the amount of songs on the machine, wifi updates etc.... The game rules are a blast. The mulitballs are amazingly well done. trying to lock the multiballs during play is such a great idea. This game should be #1 for a very long time.

This game is in a catagory by itself.

The first couple times you play it, the lighting, shong choices, art work, guitar heads, and concert feel make it so that you have a very fun time. Play it 10-20 more times and you see how great the multi balls are. There are not too many multiballs at all. to try and get thee power cord and get them all locked in the guitar head, and at the same time keep from draining.... It is so much fun. Having the balls to not cash in on a jackpot... that's just awsome, or extremely painful when you drain.

This game set the new standard in pinball and I don't see anyone coming close for a long time. Great Job JJP!! Stern, take note and get the Intectual property to compete with JJP. I am no fan boy of any pinball maker, I just want you guys to compete like crazy and turn out games like GnR.

The recent low ratings of this game are totally fake. This game is not perfect (there is no perfect pin), but the game is very good. This game play is probably the best Elwin game to date. JP has the T-rex toy and has great flow which makes it an amazing game, but AIQ is a little bit better shooter and more fun to play. This game lacks only in areas that I think will be fixed over time via graphics and callouts.

The attempt to knock AIQ down in the ratings by the recent fake ratings is sad to see. Great games need to be promoted, and lame games should get low ratings so that consumers can make informed decisions. The marketplace can then reward the skill of the designer and manufacture. Maybe one of these very recent low ratings is an honest review, but to suddenly have 5-6 low ratings after the pin goes to number one is completely disingenuous and bogus manipulation of the ratings system.

I have 10 pins at my house and everyone who comes to my home and plays 5-6 different games that they naturally gravitate too, does not leave AIQ for the rest of the evening after playing AIQ one time. I understand this example is antidotal, however the number of times I have observed people not leaving the game after playing it is often enough that It is becoming a small sample size. AIQ is a great pin fake low ratings should be ignored.

This game is truely great!

I appreciate how they did the center shot to start all the modes without putting you in jeopardy because the center shot plays through.

The integration on the Intelectual Property (IP) licensing is complete with Elvira. That is a big deal for any home user, and home use is a big part of pin sales now, so I hope pin manufactures are paying attention to the consumer here. I hope that future pins understand how important that is to making the game fun long term. One of the resaons everyone is going bonkers on GnR is because Slash was all in and JJP did not need to beg for complete IP integration in the theme. This is the same case with the IP on Elvira HOH. I did not even know Casandra Peterson's (Elvira) real name until I purchased the game, now I love her great humor and sincerely appreciate how she cared enough about her work that she was all in on making the theme great. Then you have the Beatles as a comparison... and its a joke from a beatles IP integration standpoint becuase Stern, clearly did not have a lot to work with directly from the Beatles. Casandra Peterson beat the freaking Beatles from a long term enjoyment standpoint! Casandra and her crew gave the IP needed to Stern... and the Beatles did not. Casandra Peterson for the Win over the Beatles!! You go girl!

Elvira is a top 10 game and she was popular in the '90s, this is the third Elvira game so you would think the theme would have been played out on the second game, but that is not what happened. Stern was able to get all the IP latitude they needed to make this game not only a fun shooter, but the interaction with Elvira and the clips are totaly legit. Then you add to that Lyman, who cares enough to keep the game great and update the Code. Now Elvira is a top 10 game and Stern is able to WAY OVERCHARGE for a mediocre topper becuase people actually LOVE THE GAME.

Think about that for a second... Elvira prides herself as a B or even C actor from the '90s that not a whole lot of people remember, and this is her third pin. One would not think a third Elvira pin would not be a big winner from a theme standpoint.... and yet it is. It is a big win for Cassandra Peterson (Elvira) as she is more loved, a win for Stern for putting out a great game and most importantly.... a win for the consumer. Credit to the game shooting well and the layout is great, but the IP integration is just as important, if not more so for us home use only players.

Stern, JJP and every other pin maker. Please learn from your own experiences and get latitude in your games that allows for full IP imersion. the manufacutre of pin ball games may be able to make a lot of money cranking out games like the Beatles because of the theme, but the consumer feels like they have been ripped off when there are only a few short songs and it is apparent that the theme headline was more important to get the short term sale, than the IP integration that the consumer assumed would come with the theme on the game.

Stern... if you get garbage IP lattitued, do the consumer a favor and only make those games (that give you very limited IP) pro models. I get the location games put money in the machine when they walk by, becuase of the theme. But for us Home use only people, when we buy a premium, or LE, we expect that you were able to get a lot from an IP standpoint.

Love Elvira for a lot of reason, just wanted to give props to Lyman on the code, Denis Nordam on the desgin and Cassandra Peterson for giving a sh!t when she allowes her IP to be used. And of course, whoever is in charge of the IP for Elvira at Stern and (for this game at least).

I have been playing my AIQ for a while now and am ready to give it an honest review. The game is really fun to shoot and as expected, Elwin delivered on the flow aspect of the game. I can play it for hours and not even realize how long I have been standing there. That is always a good sign. The areas of improvement that need to be addressed are in the callouts and graphics. Thankfully, both of these areas can be improved with code updates. Thanos is a great voice over and he is the only one that is impactful. I love that its comic book and not movie themed, but that does not mean they cant come up with some humor from some of the avengers call outs. Give the Avengers some personality. None of the Avengers stand out in their voices or call outs in a meaningful way. Again, It can be fixed with updates, so I will not hold it against them at this point.

The Flow is great and I appreciate all the ramps. The upside down loop is a much harder shot than I originally thought it would be, and the back center ramp was tough to hit until they updated the code to give it more power to hit the shot. That last code update made the game a lot more fun to shoot by increasing flipper strength. It looks like it is maxed out at 255 on each flipper... would be nice if it could go a little higher. Avengers tower is a fun shot and understanding portal locks and their importance makes the battles a lot of fun. Honestly, Would have been nice to have one more mechanical toy though. Truthfully, if Elwin had not made the game flow so well, that would have been a big deal. Elwins skill for the layout mostly made up for the lack of a T-Rex type toy...

This is a great game and I keep coming back for more. I am a little disappointed they did not do any Co-op, but i don't think its too late. With the new GNR that has come out, I hope it shakes Stern up a bit to help them realize that everything great in life is in the last 5% of effort that is put into a project. Stern needs to squeeze the last 5% out of this machine and code the crap out of it to make it what it should be.

Love this game! The team up mode is crazy fun! I am able to get a bunch of friends together and the people who don't play actually pinball can really get into it because they are rooting for their "team". I get why they did not do this when memory was limited... but why every machine going forward would not have Co-op would be beyond understanding. Co-op is a brilliant concept. Good job Stern!

This is one of my favorite games ever as a kid. Going to the 7-11 and playing it for hours. I played it again a couple of months ago and the love did not return. The new games are so much better than this one. Love the game and memories, but it is not a new JP or Dead Pool for sure.

I want to love this game, but it is just not that much fun. I am not a fan of plastic ramps, but they can still be used in a way that works. Elvira uses plastic ramps well, Star warns... not so much. I wish this game was better. I wanted to buy it and bring it home, could not do it.

Played this game a ton as a kid, loved it. Played it again a few weeks back and it did not bring back the love I felt. Still great game though.

Love this game, I do not know much about elvira, but I love that she owns her own silliness and turns it into something super fun.

This pin has some of the best flow of any game I have ever played. The shots and speed of the ball going around the loops are very satisfying. It plays fast and the shots are not gimmicky. Do not care for the band, but the pin overcomes the band.

This is shooters game. There are a lot of fun shots and the game set and rules work well. Love the magnet. The crane is great and makes for some fun shots, but it obscures the right lane a little bit.

This is a super fun game and the call outs are great

Love this game, it is easy to understand the game rules and fighting the villains is truly a lot of fun. The Katana is a great shot. Have an issue with my sound sometimes?

Great game, it is a classic. I wish they would do a remake but with the number the produced in the beginning it may be a while. I would buy a remake in a second. Love the thing hand and flow of the game.

This game will be around for a very long time!! I love it! The only problem that I have had with my game is that the Jaw came off the T-rex, couple screws came off the guard tower roof and had to tighten things up a bit. That being said... Everything else about the game is amazing! I love all the shots, flow, and brilliance of the game set rules. The game is one that kids can start to play and love on their first game not understanding any rules, and great players will take the time to understand and play as well. This game is going to be around for a long time! Keith is now two for two!!

MMRR is the best of the best!! No question about it! Have owned the Williams Original in the past and loved it. Any time a company tries to do a remake they are taking a lot of risk trying to live up to the original game. Chicago gaming has done it with all their remakes, but the Royal is in a class unto itself. The Topper, Non Ref glass, shaker and all that other jazz is super nice, but all that can be added to any game. The powder coating and interactive LED is what makes the Royal a game that will stay in its own lane for the next 10 years. All MM games are amazing, the MMR's are all great, but nothing touches the Royal to date.
