Wow, I’m a big WPC era man but this pin is absolutely beautiful…. I pick this up 7/2021 and have enjoyed it from the start…a good rules set, the tv screen is awesome, and the call outs make me think of the movie …a great game for any collection…

One of my highest ratings….I was hooked on the movies as a teenager and the pinball machine was an absolute must when I started my collection.. this game is both beautiful and challenging . It took me 3 years to find one in the condition I sought, plenty of mods available to dress it up although it is good as is… the mode hole was the only thing holding this game back as 8 out of 10 shots would be rejected which has driven many a player to curse this game… I tried everything to adjust the striker plate, dropped the mechanism down with shims but nothing worked….I studied the geometry for weeks and came to a conclusion… the striker is simply to close to the hole itself…. I carefully redrilled the 3 holes moving them back 1/4 “ , remounted the striker , and wa-la !!! 98 out of 100 balls fall perfectly in the mode hole and it allows you to complete all modes much easier. Other than that this game is exceptional to me
And I would advise anyone to add it to their collection…

Best game of the era for having to make quality shots…I can’t believe this is not a top 8 game with all there is to do here… the art,theme,music,and call outs are priceless for any TZ television series watchers…this game will always be in my collection and should be in yours as well

I bought this machine new and have loved it since I first plugged it in…. The Martian and people call outs really drive the theme and the shots are challenging and very fast!!

If only the rules allowed me to blow up the Death Star ….
I would literally rate this game a 9 if the average player could make the series of shots to blow it up … oh well I really like everything else about this theme and music…

I really like this game…. I added a few lights under the volcano and replaced all bulbs with LED’s to brighten up the playfield but that’s basically it… this game flows really well and the call outs are spot on … truly a family game …. Just a shame that the movie was so bad as that rep had to be overcome..

This game deserves a much higher rating.The sots to run the table are difficult and for its time more than enough to keep you engaged.... same voice as eight ball deluxe with basically the same goal.. to me this is a top 125 game... The back glass really killed this games image.... I like the eightball shot, and the play field lay out...all individual drop targets require skill shots to get em all.... isn’t that what it was all about in this games time??

Love the back glass, but that’s about it... no drop targets ruined this game.... I bought as a combo purchase and I quickly learned why the seller did it that way cause there is no way I would have purchased as a stand alone... very boring game with the first boring digital sounds..... skip it

To me one of the most recognizable back glasses of all time... bad thing is probably the fastest drains of all times... I love the pool theme play field and this machine is probably a better conversational piece than a player... I grew up with the fonz making this game a must have for me......

My first pin, I played this a thousand tomes as a teenager and had to have it.... it’s my favorite late 70’s pin, great idea to have the dagger script as it keeps the collecters busy looking!!! Nice colors for this game and as drop targets go, perfect placement on the table.... to me this was a must have because of my youth

I find it hard to believe this game is ranked so low in the list. I mean you have three playfields on the same game!!! This game probably has my favorite back glass designs, I sometimes leave this one turned on just to see the glass, it really pops with led’s. The problem with this game is the main field doesn’t have a lot to offer but but treating all 3 fields as 1, there is more than enough to keep me interested...I like this game in attract mode more than just about any other pin I’ve owned ... it even has a susan b Anthony dollar slot!!!

Very interesting layout ,love the 3-d type animation of the back glass. Very hard to get multiball but this game is so different from a flat table game that it’s worth the investment...would love to have seen a topper for this game and more appealing cabinet art....

This game drains way to easily.. the animation is ok but could have been better... what saves this game for me is the nasty comments each fighter has and still makes me chuckle. A fun game to play but is difficult score with the easy drains....I love the old times music and the jump rope. Game gets too dark when in multi ball making it really hard to see with the lights turned off....

My surprising second favorite pin! After adding the dead world mod and a color dmd and several other mods ( crane,sniper tower and adding several led’s ) this game has so much to offer that I find I’m still getting different scoring combos and have fun every time I play it. The only down side is the many Optus to keep up with maintenance wise. To me this is definitely in my top ten of all times.....

This game jumped off the page after I added the miked mod and a color dmd. The animation is perfect for the theme, and the music and flashers seem to go hand in hand...the only disappointment I have is the absence of a replaceable translite which I assume is due to universal studios being stubborn with the rights.. my favorite overall game of all time, took me several years to find a nice one and I will have it till I die!!!

Being a huge Trekkie this game was a no brained for me. The laser cannons anthe Picard manuver offer some difficult shots and Picardy opening monologue is
Perfect. This is a really fun game!!
