I've owned this game for almost a year. I still continue to struggle with the middle ramp. With the help of this forum it's much better than it has been in the past. I've tried a lot of fixes and there's still a lot of ramp rejects. Unfortunately, as a result of the rejects, my guests don't get to experience the third playfield. I think the third playfield pretzel shot, combined with the bridge, is one of the best experiences in pinball. I wish Spooky would carry over the ramp count between balls. This may allow my guests to actually experience the third playfield. Unfortunately, their metal ramp is so important it just brings the game down for me.

Outside of the middle ramp, I enjoy the playfield layout. I probably wouldn't have went with three hedge lock shots. I love Michael coming out from behind the bush but one would have been sufficient. My scoop is a struggle but I like that there's a secondary option to hit the scoop. The second upper play field is very fun. Love the sanitarium mode! I hear a lot of people complaining about the subway to the flippers. I feel like that fits the being perfectly. You never know where Michael is going to come out! The wizard mode play is pretty awesome as well.

This machine is beautiful. From the artwork to the lighting it is fantastic.

Honestly, the only pinball machine that I never want to play again. I was so excited when I saw it on location and then I played it....
