The saving grace to this game is the amazing body artwork and playfield! Beautiful artwork for both and it has a great theme! Now, it really doesn’t hold true to the movie Hook, but rather the Peter Pan theme in general.

Play is actually pretty decent, I’m surprised that it has so many features and it’s quite fast paced. The music...turns me off. It really doesn’t fit the pirate theme, it’s more video game-ish than anything. Overall, a fun game to play, kinda priced a little higher than it often should be.

Alright, I may be a little biased towards Robocop given the Detroit lineage, but it’s just an awesome game! It’s a fast paced, challenging game with great thematic sounds and a pulse-pounding background beat that makes you want to keep playing!

For me, late 80’s-early 90’s pinball is the pinnacle of fun! Great themes like Robocop, WWF, and Terminator 2 ruled the arcades. Probably one of my top-3 games all-time, as it just tugs on my nostalgic heart-strings!

Super Mario Bro’s is an iconic name and you expect an iconic pinball as well. I guess, for me, the downfall to this game is the sound and music. There’s a certain thematic element that comes with Mario, and while this game has good sound quality, it lacks that Mario music that we all know and love.

Play is actually very solid; lots of fast shots and a good number of differentiations. I love Mario (who doesn’t!) and I would still love this machine for my collection, of nothing else for the nostalgia factor.

While this game may not be a truly quality pinball game, I just love it. I’m an 80’s kid, so TMNT runs deep in my core. It’s hard to find a takeaway from the nostalgia that makes this game so fun. While I have not play this game more than a dozen times, I would still love to grab this game and take it home!

Very much a lame duck compared to its predecessor(s). Even Comet plays more enjoyably than Hurricane. They kept true with beautiful artwork and thematics, but the play is very boring. Basically, it is a 3 shot game.

The saving grace is the circus theme and the duo beforehand that draw you to want to play/own the complete set. However, it’s doesn’t live up to the reputation that was established.

Having played Cyclone thousands of times, I thought playing it’s prequel would be enjoyable. The game has many of the cinematic elements and themes similar, but lacks depth of gameplay. The circus theme is always fun, kinda hard not to enjoy the musical element of the game.

Play is a little slow and kinda repetitive, but still a fun pin.

God, this game takes me back to being 5-years old and watching WWF on TV! All the greats on the playfield, the effects, the bright lighting! Admittingly, I’ve only played this game a dozen or so times, but every time I see it- I have to play it.

The vibrancy of the game and the musical theme bring nostalgia. I can’t help but dive in and replay the wrestling matches of old! Smooth play and a great last-ability! I have since added it to my collection and it’s so much more than I could have imagined! Super smooth operations and just a solid piece for the home!

Such a nostalgic piece, T2 takes me back to actually playing a pinball machine in an arcade! I love the shotgun launcher, nothing felt more powerful as a kid than grabbing the gun and pulling the trigger!

As an adult, the critique of gameplay for the long term is what gets me. When you’re a kid, you have a handful of quarter and a short time to play; owning a game and keeping the fun factor alive is what draws me to love this game. I hope to add this to my collection one day!

Ok, after a week of owning the game, I’ll make my first official rating for it. I should note, that I may be a little biased as I’m so excited to FINALLY own my own game! That being said, on with the show!

Knowing nothing of this game before we purchased it, I was very excited for my first play. I read the game tag, scanned the Playfield for shot directions and launched my first ball! I love the jungle theme music, it’s palpable, but not obnoxious- it adds a subtle level of anxiety, but in a fun way! The multiball feature is tricky, but once you get a hang for the left flipper shot upwards, you can lock it down- just watch out for other players stealing your MB.

Magna saves are your friend. Learn to use them. It's a bit tricky at first... knowing how long to hold the button. I usually hit it for about half a second and release... if the ball looks like it's heading to the outlane I'll try it again. It's difficult to time the swinging ball so that it travels back into play after releasing the magnet, but possible.

RIDE THE CYCLONE!

The first time I played this game was years ago at my girlfriends house. Add 12 years, a marriage, and a lot of hours behind the flippers and I can attest that this is a very fun and lasting machine! Throughout the years I have played this game probably 1000 times, every time is just as fun and challenging!

Not knowing much about pinball machines, by no means an expert, I have learned a lot about mechanics and playability of machines thru this game. The amount of different bonuses, mixed with fun thematic elements, allows you to play this game LITERALLY for hours! All in all, a fun game that you can flip on and play without thinking too much about strategy, pure enjoyment.
