Fast, fast fast! This is an incredibly fast game. Art work is so so but that being said it sits next to my guns an roses which out classes everything when it comes to art and lights. It is a lot of fun and a keeper but the wire forms seem like they are thinner than the the rest of my games. Call outs are just ok. Rules are not that deep as of now. I m going to TPF and I hope I get some more knowledge about game play at the festival.

The build was ok. I had to screw in the bottom posts because the whole assembly moved when the ball hit them straight out of the box. Not a big deal though….. we all have staff issues with Covid bullshit …. So 2020 lol

It plays songs throughout the game which is nice. Sound is better balanced tone wise than gnr ( pin woofer system is on the way to fix that).

My Biggest grip is the artwork. It is the only reason this rating is not in the 9s. But the balanced tone of the music makes up for that. Shots are satisfying and the ramp diverter at top mixes things up.

It seems that the game is mostly about combos. You have to get some games under your belt to do well. You hit a loop on the left and then you have to reflexively hit the right flipper or you will drain which is very cool. Stern did a nice job on this one. The game play and music work well together but you don’t have the same satisfaction as playing a song all the way through as you do with gnr. Rush is readily available vs waiting over a year an 4 months for gnr.

If you enjoy rush then this is a great game but if you don’t then it is a solid fast game that will make you a better pinball player over all.

Overall I am happy with the purchase.

I’m very happy w both but for different reasons. Stern is light on toys for the money but that’s why they have mods…

Forgot to mention … concert vids span many years in Rush which is very cool.

(if there were rule changes i would have a ball stuck in the time machine and have to shoot it out for a 2 ball combo or to start a song with 2 balls going.)

I’ll revisit this after tpf in a week or so. And also proof my spellings an syntax then

WW rules are difficult to figure out, without a lot of time on the machine. It is a beautiful game with plenty of variation in shots. The shots are generally not too tight but allow for a challenge off of the top left flipper. The top right flipper view is slightly obstructed and it tough to use during a multi-balls.

Pretty game with extremely long ball times. Plan at being at this one for a long time. JJ does a great job.

Fun game but seems to be center shot dependent. I’ve played in several pre Covid tournaments and it is a fair game that does not have severely unfair point distribution among players. I will buy one at some point.

Wow what a dumb game!! Very few redeeming qualities perhaps a software update and an entirely new play field lay out would help this pin. If it were not for the Beatles theme and music no one would give it a second glance. Obviously stern paid too much for the licensing. We can only hope that they don’t overpay for Led Zeppelin.

This Game is wildly overrated!

When I played this I thought it was a one off or a joke. I had no idea that this game was a commercial product that would ever be sold. For these guys there is no where to go but up from here. i can’t imagine having paid for this box of firewood.

I tried to find some positive in the ratings but the most I could do was a 2 because the cabinet was made of wood and not mdf. At least that is my assumption.

And a lesson to be had out of this is don’t put money down on a product sight unseen or you could wind up with the next-thunderbirds

Good luck guys!!

The only ones of these that I have played have Pinsound, LEDs and a color DMD! The sound and music are absolutely out of this world. Left flipper on top make a backhanded shot almost impossible . I like the stackable skill shot useable on the next ball. The wire form ramps are nice to look at and the drop down mirror is a nice touch. The concept of a tommy scoring mode where Blinders are deployed is cool. When the blinders go up it forces you to go into autopilot. I find that I will hold a ball just to listen to the music.

Very fun game! If there is one on a route somewhere I highly recommend dropping a couple of quarters in it.

Update: I bought the game and it is still letting me in on scoring secrets. This was a great purchase! I do need to make the pop bumpers more sensitive and the left scoop kick out more to the right.....help!!

Fun game, I would add it to my collection before a lot of other games.

This is a must have game! Fast challenging and forgiving. Fortunately for me there is one close by.

Game is a hit. The modification from demo at the Tpf to production model take a toll on the machines panache. Rule set is deep and I like that you will never play the same game twice. Definitely something that will be a great add to the collection.

dark gory and fun! This may be one of the best Stern games ever made. Add code with modified call outs from the show itself!

Upper play field is a joke. Pro version is better. If you want a game like this one get game of thrones it is far more fun. Art is good but play field layout is limited.

fun game great concept
i don't have one but the updates are on the way and I will get one one then...... or when I figure out how to use the top magnet.

Update: still don’t know how to use the magnet. I am getting one tomorrow to figure it out.

New: update

Ok, magnab is easy! It appears you get more by hitting ramp next to magnanimous location. The steep ramp is not difficult either. The games that I’ve played previously were set up wrong. Apparently the proper angle of the play field is built in to the cabinet. So, when I the game is setup the legs must go on flat. Who knew? Software increases flipper coil strength on flippers when certain ramp is deployed.

The new updated code removes glitches and improves animations although more effort could be put into the non family version. It is clever but they self-edited too much..... perhaps a very non family version. New code or old code, I’m not sure, allows you to leave beer barrel full of however many balls are inside of it hidden so players won’t know status of locks which increases randomness of each game.

Build quality is solid but the lock bar is too tight. I think I will have this one for a while!

Fun game with a good rule set. It is only a one player game and I am told this is because it is the most sophisticated EM made of the day.

this black and white artwork really sets this game apart. Plays the same as the LE. Pin stadium fusions w the uv and lower playfield lights make a stunning addition to any collection. I like a lower playfield that is actually usable.

I was not a fan the first several times that i played it!

Once i read the instructions the game became interesting, The ramps are for some reason a bit difficult for me. My timing is just a bit off and the place on the flipper where i make the shot is just different enough to throw me off. The lower play field is awesome! It makes me think that if AC/DC had a lower playfield that you could control the ball like this one it would rank much higher today. You can catch and control the ball make the shots. The rules allow you to complete all of the levels at once , but your scoring depends on the order that you do things in. Lilly increases your score on all shots so you may want to get that one first. Herman gives you a saved ball and a multiball etc.

The out lanes have lights on them that you try to line up w flipper buttons for the ball as it passes through them to light up both the loops and Marylin ramp. the zap thing is still a mystery.

It could uses a few more rules and a little more depth. Perhaps add a video mode that makes use of the zaps that you are supposed to save. The art and lighting is great on the LE.

Overall it is a very smooth game that it is much more fun when you know the rules but you need to know the rules. it is interesting to read the comments of those who panned this game. Perhaps some of the rules that I illustrated above will allow them to have a better experience the next go around.......

the cat multiplier at top is important and difficult

the code update took away the ball save which needs to be restored .....without that the game rating should go down to about a 7-7.2

These ratings are bogus!!!

what a boring game......but it is fast! would never own and would only play again if it was free and the only game available.... but only a couple of times. not a top 100 game by any means

fun game. when I first played this at TPF last year it was a drainer but w some software updates it has become a really good game.

Fast game with a deep rule set that is well suited to home use. Strobe effect makes it hard to play at points. You can lose track of the ball when it goes off. the midnight madness is a cool feature.

This game is a blast! Great theme rules and art. A lot to look at and a lot to do. There are many strategies to get a high score and you are not locked in to a set path.

The only downside to this game is how short the cabinet is. It does not look right sitting next to other machines. call outs take you back to Clinton administration and his idiosyncrasies.
