My wife and I got our first machine in late 2012. It was a Freddy Nightmare on Elm Street.
There was one on location near her house years ago and she would always tell me how she remembered having so much fun playing it and would love to have one if the price was ever right.
Well, we found one and it didn't take us long to have to start doing repairs, so we got more immersed in the hobby. Found the local pinheads and started hanging out. Got a couple more machines. Sold a few. Got a few more.
I'm sure a lot of people can relate. That's it. That's how we got started on this crazy obsession.

It's a great hobby....the people are nicer than any other hobby I have been involved in. Looks like you caught the addiction pretty bad, since you have done a bunch of moving/shuffling already. I'm in the same town, shoot me a PM sometime. We can talk and play some pinball.
Congrats on entering the pinball community.
