I'm newer to collecting pins, but have played them my entire life.
I figured that I would update this story to be more of a story and less of an introduction.
The story of my Pennant Fever:
WAAAAYY back when I was a youngin I played the outta Pennant Fever at the local Pizza Hut/Bowling Alley/Anywhere I could find it. I LOVED IT. So about 2 years ago, I started getting all nostalgic, and had NO idea about pinside (if it even existed). So I went googling. I didnt even know what the name was, or if it even was out there to be had.. I googled to figure out WTF "That one almost pinball machine where you pitched the pinball and hit homers" was called. After much workplace, bar, and home discussions, I found about 20 some odd older titles that were close to what I remembered, but not exactly. Took me a solid 3 months of searching to find the one, the only, PENNANT FEVER!! and another 6 months of scouring ebay/craigslist/local ads until I found it at a local bowl, offered the guy cash, and now its mine all mine!
And now I'm here, adding more pins daily...
And then, I wasnt. Couple of kids and moves later I am currently pinless. Still getting out randomly to play on route and working on rebuilding a collection.

You're not alone, that's exactly how we all started out as players first and then to ownership.
