Well I’m finally getting around to rating a machine I’ve owned 4 times. That must tell you a lot. HulkLE is just a great all around package. Cabinet Art is fantastic. Mirror backglass is one of the best. Gameplay just keeps me coming back for more. A well dialed in Avengers is such a good game to play. Very underrated for a long time but I think a lot of people finally gave it a chance and realise it’s a very good package. It’s a tie with STLE as best SAM system LE.

It’s just a fun game that everyone can enjoy. Wife’s favourite and always a fan favourite when people visit.

Guardians of the Galaxy (Premium) Stern, 2017
Great fun game that people just gravitate too when they come over. Easy and hard at the same time.
Nice shots, hate Rocket just so fast that kickback. Great use of magnets on orb multiball. Upgraded with Cleland sound and it’s a beauty. Yes one more game.

Deadpool (Limited Edition) Stern, 2018
It was fun, but for some reason not one that kept me at it. I had machine tweaked just right. Shnikt shot was perfect. Love the Katana lock, I can’t put my finger on it. Art package was not to my liking on the LE. Cabinet just looked stupid in my opinion. Not great use of the LCD say compared to BKLE. Think I would have preferred it themed after the movie and not the comic. I know it’s meant to be cheesy but this was a bit too cheesy for me.

Attack From Mars (Remake - LE) Chicago Gaming Co., 2017
Absolutely my favourite CGC game. They nailed it. The extras really do add to what was always a classic game. Topper is insane and best on par with BKLE. Game play just keeps me coming back for more. Sold it and bought another. Sold that and now regret it too. So many pins so little cash!
Great all around package. Easy enough for the beginner and difficult enough for the player looking for more depth.

Monster Bash (Limited Edition) Chicago Gaming Co., 2018
I always wanted a beautiful fully restored original but never the cash. Bought the LE remake and wow they did such a great job on this game. It’s gorgeous! Did everything I had hoped for..... it didn’t keep me coming back for more. Too easy ruleset, not sure but didn’t keep it long even though I loved looking at it.

Black Knight Sword of Rage (LE) Stern, 2019
This was a game that wasn’t on my radar. I played it at my local Pinfest in Newcastle Australia and found myself really enjoying it. Some great shots, good throw back to the original with a mode that takes you back to the eighties. Beautiful artwork and layout. Unique with the flail and that Topper. Taunting you as you play. I really like the game and find I come back again and again.

Game of Thrones (Premium) Stern, 2015
Well this was a surprise package for me. Theme was good but mainly thought I'd get it as my wife is a huge fan. Surprise was I actually love this game. Very immersive with great links to the show. Very good ruleset and one of the best mini wizard and wizard modes I have played. Keeps me coming back for one more and then another game.

Pinball Magic Capcom, 1995
Bought a player quality game and was surprised how much fun this was. When tweaked just right a really good game. Sold and bought another one in better condition and enjoyed it more second time around. So many tricks in this game.

X-Men (LE) Stern, 2012
Storm ramp gets me every time. So hard but when you nail it so satisfying. First time I made it to Dark Phoenix I was wrapped in what they did with mode and sounds. Why did I sell this game.

White Water Williams, 1993
This is a great game that can be frustrating until you have the rules and sequences down pat. Then it's just a great game that keeps you coming back. A WH20 with crystal clear new ramps is a real thing of beauty. Loved this game when I had it and one that I regret moving on.

Love Spidey but after a while it was too easy especially with the centre post. Great if you love long ball times or a novice player. Great theme and always popular.

Theatre of Magic Bally, 1995
Loved having this game and kept it for quite a long time. If I didn't have room/budget restraints this would never have left. Good fun fast and flowing with great rule set for all type players.

Enjoy this game a lot. Ramp it a bit to get the speed and it's very good. Great if you like video modes. Which I do.

Scared Stiff Bally, 1996
Good fun but I got bored very quick and this was after a full restoration. So it was immaculate. But still couldn't hold my interest.

Twilight Zone Bally, 1993
Enjoyable game but you need to understand rules to get that wow factor. As a walk up an play machine it's too difficult and more likely to walk away. In home use it becomes a keeper or you move it on quick if you find it too hard. I moved it on quick, just not for me I guess.

Lord of the Rings Stern, 2003
Fantastic Game. Such a deep ruleset, difficult but very rewarding when you get it right. One of my favourites for a long time and will probably get another some day.
