Jaws bit my undees in 300 games I’ve played. I like the Jaws layout, upper playfield, rising boat and appearance of shark head and then moving fiin. Game code is fun at .85 and should significantly improve over the next six months. Cabinet and translite artwork look really nice in person.

Jaws will bite your ass up. I love the Jaws layout on premium model and feel the lack of upper playfield on the pro is not best for home. That and the rising boat and appearance of shark head missing in the pro cannot be understated. That is cool and I miss the flash. Game code is fun as it is at .85 but it should be significantly improved over the next six months.

My favorite pitch and bat game. Most people forget pitches are random and it doesn’t matter which pitch you select. Game has a great fast ball that catches me whiffing. There is a really good curve that lands far off the plate I am sometimes lulled into. Let’s agree the physical pitching and batting are satisfying. I embrace the rules that put emphasis on reaching a base, hitting out, striking out and base position. Man on 2B and batter hits a double. What happens to man in 2B? He makes it home and that’s how it should be. Great there are 3 ramps to hit home runs. The flashing lights and sounds are welcome and the mechanical men running around bases are mesmerizing. Cool every single play. There is but one flaw in the rules, they don’t allow for base stealing / throwing out and that usually required rapidly smashing a runner button.

This pin is one sexy mf. Brand new rules paradigm. Exciting and action packed flipper entertainment.

Great integration on a classic theme. Fun to explore game and watch lcd. Code still missing a lot, six weeks into production. However it has been mapped out and it will be welcomed.

This game is Fun with a capital “F”. Need to explore rules further, but they seem straightforward. Nice topper. Perfect theme and integration. Don’t miss having an lcd.

An average JJP game can be pretty extraordinary to a newbie. Expression lighting around all edges of playfield is creative although not really relatable in a mob game. There’s an under cab expression lighting kit available as a mod an it is sic (very good).

FF pro model is perfect and it’s difficult to find faults. . Crazy ramps, great music, culturally relevant, broad rules and fast multiballs. This game may sell more than GZ by the end of its run.

Great theme with outstanding assets. Code is early and incomplete. Game shipped in final days of Nov 2022. Will improve every day.

Good shooting pin. Lack of a central toy equals no excitement. Lack of mechanical action throughout a toy story pin was a BAD design choice. Four or five years to make this pin is puzzling.

Godzilla pro is so good that I may buy one while waiting for a premium model. It sounds ludicrous but the pro may become the preferred model for fast shooting, even without a collapsing building.

A great design by Brian Eddy that deviates from the 2 flipper/fan layout. Upper playfield is ok and ball rarely lasts more than 5 seconds. Child rollovers are uninspired. Game has seven open shots minus surrounding reject targets, assuring decent flow, yet the game feels far from the typical cookie cutter. Razor Crest bash target is a winner and the lit toy also looks great. I like the use of lighting to designate mission, ambush or Razor Crests. Fire ball button on lockdown bar is a neat idea, but with a single use per game it has little impact. This game will continue improving with additional assets, better scene integration and code polishing.

Hot Wheels is American Pinball’s best effort to date. Lots of tasks to shoot for and multiballs to play. American Pinball’s attention to detail on this game is incredible and the rules/coding look to be almost complete. Instructions and lighting are well defined and coupled with tachometer lighting in the center playfield make this game very approachable. Video assets are underrated, and are enjoyable to watch and really tie the game together nicely. The final rules and layout are the perfect compliment. I revisited game again recently and a few categories ticked up.

Game is really fun to shoot. New geometry contributes to its clunkiness. Video integration, custom callouts and custom music means this game will be the best integrated theme ever made. The modes/dimensions implementation and wizard modes available after completing 10 adventures ensures the game will be “wide” with infinite material. The passion exhibited by the Design Team ensures R&M Superfans will be beyond happy. Wubba Lubba Dub Club ;)

Bad game but it could have been worse (theoretically). Paper thin ramps, poor design decisions, shallow rules that won’t be updated weak flippers :headbang: An 18 inch high pile of crap could get a higher rating. Carry this game to the highest rooftop and toss it off.

Couple of approaches to playing the game - 1) start chapters, collect super jp's and win movie wizard mode 2) collect gold, start locks, start mb's and plunder often 3) maximize your multipliers at every stage of game and collect sjp's. Fun exploring the game.

The game has good bones and should continue to improve with additional depth to the rules. Jury is still out on the bowling alley being an asset or liability. Artwork is beautiful. SM is a great pin with fun layout, well designed rules, speach, sound and art. SMVE is a hot mess. Many do not like this style of artwork including myself, and the arts, sounds and dots on SMVE are not as good as SM imho.

This game has me addicted. Strongest one more game feel of any. My goal is always to kill 120 walking dead. Only way to have a chance at this is to start every multiball possible and compete many of them.

First Spooky game is well developed and mucho fun. Progressive rules means three hits to start minion multiball becomes four, then five. Unique add ball for hitting ghost during mulitballs and for completing all major modes.
7.491/10

Missing some of the glamor of its cousin the premium/LE, the pro can leave you a little empty inside, unfulfilled. Probably a little generic in theming and lack of lighting show takes away some of the fun and long term appeal of this title.

Similar layout to STTNG but updated to Stern components. I dislike the cheap looking led color and clear ramps, This game shoots smotther than a german rollercoaster. Warp ramp is a blast to hit too.

Stern screwed up on the backglass design with - the gold d*ck outline. They were pretty smart to introduce shaker motor to the le first, otherwise the game plays exactly like the standard, which can be upgraded now to use the shaker motor.
7.181/10

Lots of modes and nice figure 8 playfield. Layout is a little tight and consequently leads to many bricked shots and feeling of stop and go. There are so many modes and the dots are great that variety alone may make up for lack of a single satifying shot.

Those lighted ramps cause quite a stir when they first appeared. Almost immediately, modders tried to duplicate its effect. 1.5 years later they accompllished just that and then over the next six months they actually improved its design. Tron LE is the original!

Fairly basic layout and middle-of-the-road rules prevents this game from becoming more loved. Crane is a fun toy and it works dependably.
8.940/10

IM is pure balls-to-the-wall adrenaline. If game were available under $4k, it would sit in everybody's home and every bar. It's high price tag is the only knock on an otherwise spectacular and fun game.
8.392/10

Tron is one of those titles that I prefer the pro model to the le. This is only after adding the fiber optic ramp mod, making the games feel similar. Rules are simple, yet game is impossible to beat. Brings you back for more.
8.460/10

9.900/10

TSPP is and has been my #1 game since it came out. It has a non-symetrical layout and the fun mix of real actor voices. Nobody can completely control the ball in this game, they can only temporarily try to tame the ball long enough to leave with some dignity.
7.796/10

Cool pin with fun toys - it has a jump rope, for crying out loud :) Great use of a strength meter and the opponents are hysterical typecasts.
7.616/10

Many modes and widebody design offers many places to shoot. Properly working flippers are a must - as steep ramps combined with low powered flippers will zap the life and fun from this game.
7.700/10

Never felt theming was handled well. Temple and diverter are covered by cheap looking plastics that can be replaced by aftermarket mods. Settings for completing a continent can be reduced to fit available mode time. Callouts include and pay tribute to other Lawlor pins callouts.
8.612/10
Simple, fun and difficult to master. If you can face BSD without fear and stay focused on collecting rats/bats and stacking mb's, it can result in scores in the billions. Failure results in low to average games.

I am the law. Game is exciting yet challenging to play. Lots of perfect humor and good use of dots. Lack of better rules holds this game from being an A-lister. Maybe one day P-ROC will allow someone to make it shine.

Rudy single-handedly saved pinball. A talking dummy that insults you and watches the ball roll around. Totally creepy and totally delicious. Game is fun to use in tourney because in the end, possible high score is what signals a great from a good game.

Pin 2000 was a failed concept that was executed really well. Use of computer and reverse mirror made this game 20 years ahead of its time. Lack of fun shooting on a half length playfield is what really killed sales.
