How I ended up here...

I've always "liked" pinball but it took a video game to get me hooked. When "The Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection" came out in early 2008 my friends and I started playing it all the time. This brought us to the collective realization that pinball is awesome and we should go and play real tables in person. Soon, that was the only thing my friends did when went out to socialize.

A couple years later and we are all buying our own tables...

Good to hear that the PHOFTWC is inspiring new generations of pinheads to get off the couch and hunt down machines in the wild. Welcome aboard mate-y!

It was Zen pinball on the PS3 that got me back into pinball back in 08. Its funny how much the newer virtual pinball games have brought people back to Analog Pinball.

This video game (on the PS3) did the same for me in 2009. It not only re-introduced me to pinball, but got me into pinball collecting, tournaments, pinball shows... the whole shabang! There is some irony that a video game would get us back into pinball.
