Ok, I typically wait a month to review a game but, this game is just too incredible!
When you know you know.
I ordered a premium back in February while I was receiving my Rush LE.
I did not play a Godzilla machine at all .
Saw the stern videos a couple times and noticed it was #1 on the list and I ordered it.
Was never a huge Godzilla nerd but, watched the tv show a little.
So, the theme wasn’t a huge deal to me .
I did like the way the machine looked and I guess
How could you go wrong with Godzilla?
I actually forgot I ordered the machine because I was told August arrival and had so much going on.
The game actually arrived in November.
Two weeks ago the Distributer reminded me that the game was in.
I was now a little nervous and went to a place I knew had a premium. I made sure I at least played it 10x to make sure I didn’t make an expensive mistake by buying this.
Didn’t get a great feel for it at the arcade but I could tell it was a good machine and definitely good enough to buy.
Went home and completed the transaction Anyway.
Last week the machine arrived.
After it was setup up at home , I played it for an hour with no distractions.
My first reaction was “Holy Crap!
This game is not just good, it’s incredible!
I’m completely blown away and honestly as of now at the age of 54 this may be the best pinball machine I have ever played .
My father is 77 and he said the same thing.
He played it all weekend while stay at my house
The flow is incredible and smooth.
Every single shot is just fun!
The right ramp very easy to hit and satisfying.
The most difficult shot (not really )that I find is the left spinner . Very makeable.
The flow of the loop.
The magna hold.
I really like the use of the button on the lockdown bar
To hold it down to build the heat ray.
Fun because sometimes you have so much going on that you can’t get to it at times.
Also when the oxygen unit is deployed and you have 10 secs to make a shot to detonate it or the ball ends is really fun!
There’s just so much to this game.
The art work all around is a 10
All shots and I mean all shots are enjoyable to me.
The lighting is excellent.
I really enjoy the call outs.Some just crack me up.
The the screen graphics fit the machine perfectly.
All the toys are great !
The collapsing building and all of the multi-modes are done so well.
My only small wish would be to have the green Godzilla toy animated. Hopefully some mod people can make something happen.It would just make sense and make a
Game that is a high 9 become a possible 10
I really could go on and on about the machine
I suggest you play one for yourself or just order a premium like I did.
You do not need to like Godzilla to enjoy this machine.
It’s just fun and it really does live up to the hype

Only thing missing for this game was a “shaker “
I ordered that right away and cannot wait to add that to the mix.
Update : I just added a stern shaker to the machine.
If you don’t have one , it’s an absolute must ! It’s Godzilla it only makes sense.

Rush (LE) Stern, 2022
I owned an LE for a month now and wanted to wait and review because, I’m a huge Rush fan and didn’t want that to sway me.
I have to start by saying I sold both my other machines
Before this came out and had no plans to buying another machine for awhile. As much as I always hoped for a Rush theme , I didn’t think it would come.
We’ll it turns out it did and I missed the rumors and actually the news about the release.
Once I found out , I slowly got sucked back in.
I thought for sure I had no chance at an LE but, I put my name on List anyway.
During this time . I was still on the fence.
So I found a place that had a pro model I could play and I was sold. I made sure I played at least 25x
That week to make sure.
Ok, so I luck out getting an LE and it’s absolutely beautiful!
When I first received I still felt a little disconnect between Rush music and the machine itself.
I wasn’t 100% yet but, that changed quickly with the quick release of a couple code updates.
Big difference and I’m loving this game now!
The lights are incredible especially the expression lights that move to the music.
The video screen is done very well.
The callouts are very fun from Alex and Geddy.
You’ll appreciate it more if you’re a Rush fan.
The game is very fast. A lot of great shots
I’m not usually a fan of upper playfield side flippers but,
I love this one and the shots you use it for are Fun.
The time machine shot and the 2 ramp shots are my favorite !
The ball lock behind the drop target is also a fun challenging shot.
Game has great flow and I like the fact that every shot is not very hard to make.
I’m just really enjoying this game and I know it’s going to get even better because the code still has a lot more to go.
The mirror back glass on the LE is one of the best I’ve seen.
The armor with guitars is a great touch
And the foil decals look awesome.
Stern has made a very impressive machine.
I’m very happy with it.
Looking forward to future updates and the topper.
Buy one you won’t regret it.
To add , people are making some great Rush mods for this machine!
Update 2/24/22 ….
Now on Verizon .93 update and installed the new stern scoop switch. All I can say is, if you don’t like this game it’s because you absolutely hate Rush.
The updates are so good and this game is so much fun .

Munsters (Pro) Stern, 2019
This is based off a good 40 plays of the PRO model .
I may update my opinion later if I play a premium but, for now . I’m not feeling this one . I really want to !
I’m a huge Munsters fan but , I found myself so bored and forcing myself to continue to keep playing this one.
The art work is awesome. The theme is awesome. The ramps are great but , after that meh! Too much open playfield. Game feels a little empty. Bash toy and how you hit the magnetic ball to get the multi ball started is boring imo. For some reason ( probably the theme) I still want one . maybe the premium will change my mind about things. In the meantime it’s saving me $.
I may update my opinion later if I play a premium but, for now . I’m not feeling this one . I really want to !

Metallica (Premium) Stern, 2013
Not a huge Metallica fan but, I always found myself playing this machine at a local pinball arcade. I liked it so much ,i ended up buying a premium model. The only negative thing that was worrying me was, the air balls coming off of the sparky characters feet. Thanks to pinbits sparky air ball protector, the issue is now fixed! Great machine even if you don’t care for the band!

KISS (LE) Stern, 2015
Played the game a good 50x
I personally like it a lot!
The theme, artwork ,colors, music just pop!!!
I'm a kiss fan but not a fanatic!
I ve played pretty much every pin over the years sure, there are plenty more fun to play but , I think this is one of the nicest looking pinball machines ever made!
Definately want for game room!
UPDATE: 2/18/19 finally purchased nib kiss LE !
Was playing on it with original code for 3 days til , I updated to the 1.41 newest code. Wow! What a huge difference in gameplay and especially the newer lighting effects that’s put on!! So glad I finally was able to get one!
It looks incredible in my new game room and My family loves it!
I personally like it a lot!
