Was having an intermittent very difficult to find issue with Hokus Pokus. Howard first worked through the forum to help guide me through steps to help diagnose the problem. At one point, he suggested we talk on the phone, so traded phone numbers and spoke for some time as he guided me step by step to find the problem. Which we did. In particular, he not only told me what to try, but told me why at each step so that I learned what to do on future similar problems.
