This is a somewhat complicated review. I thought Steve (HemiOrange09) was a good person to work with - he seemed honest, knowledgeable, etc. - but the machine itself has been a huge problem. What I can say is this: Steve worked hard to help me fix the Simpsons Pinball Party machine he sold me but the machine itself has been a disaster (a lemon» Read morewith one problem after another). Four months ago the machine arrived and I think we've enjoyed only about four DAYS of perfect operation. I've spent dozens of hours, hundreds of dollars and a lot of disappointing weekends trying to get this thing to work properly. I even enlisted the help of a veteran pinball technician. It still has problems. I don't think it is Steve's fault, but you can judge him how you want when he sells you a lemon and then says it's on you to fix it two months later.
