This is tough feedback to give. Harrison seems to be a nice guy. The game was listed as being in pretty nice shape (read the ad text). Sadly, there were shipping problems as well as other problems.» Read moreThe short story is I offered full price. And I paid for shipping per his request. Harrison suggested we ship via Fastenal's Blue service. He strapped the pin upright to a pallet, but Fastenal tipped it over, and the backglass broke.
Harrison refused to refund me the full payment I had sent, but offered to buy a replacement backglass instead, and re-ship it (my expense). It appeared to be my only option aside from small claims court.
Long story short, I paid for the game on June 10th, and received the game in mid-September (3 months later). His paperwork was done incorrectly at Fastenal, leading to further delays. It was a rough communication experience with the seller. Lots of sob stories and very slow action.
The game arrived and had broken backglass pieces all throughout, requiring a complete vacuum and re-cleaning. The legs were extremely rusty. They wouldn't even adjust without penetrating oil. One of them doesn't bolt into the body properly (cross-threaded). The head bolts were missing, as was the pinball, and coin door lock. The lockbar was broken, but he did throw in a functional lockbar (albeit in poor shape).
He also stopped responding to me after prior to finally receiving the pin. I'm just glad it arrived after 3 months. The machine DOES work, but the condition is not nearly as good as I expected for paying top dollar and given the way the ad write-up was written, and after talking with him on the phone.
He claimed it was the nicest DP he has seen. Which in retrospect is relative to the person.
So that is my advice when dealing with this seller - just assume the pin will not be in good condition. He claimed to have dozens of pinball machines that he was slowly restoring, and that this was one of the best of them. Which means that any machine will likely be a rough "player's" pinball. As such, price accordingly.
I don't like writing negative reviews, and I'm sure that if you were buying a "project" for a really low price, you'd get what you expected and have a good experience. But my collection is only high-end restorations and new machines, so this was not what I was looking for in any way.

This was an absolute nightmare of a situation I do not even know where to begin. Sold this gentleman my Dolly Parton. For a original Dolly is Is in great shape and I described it how I should have in the ad» Read moreFastenal broke the backglass shipping it, customer was not happy. I tried to explain that I was more than happy to send a backglass for him to install which is already more than most people would do. FASTENAL broke him backglass and I ended up on the hook which I was ok with in the end as I felt bad and wanted this experience to go well.
Another option I happily presented the buyer was to just sell the game for them and give them call the money, easy as that. Would have been quick and easy as I already had about 4-5 people interested in the game before selling to him. And with a cpr back glass he might’ve made a little lol. But he was determined to have the games so we went it on its way
To make a long story short
Sold this man a very nice original Dolly
Shipped with fastenal who broke the backglass
I offered to buy him a backglass at my expense
He got scared about it not working and such
Got it back to my house where it was fixed/tested
He decided he still wanted it instead of me reselling it for him
Game not good enough still when it arrives
I missed 4 days of work because of this, lost hundreds of dollars, and tried to be as respectful as possible. Never asked for reimbursement or anything along those lines because I knew in the end it was neither of our faults as fastenal broke the backglass in the first place but he has seemed to believe everything is my fault in the deal and I truly don’t know what more I could have done to make this nightmare of a situation better. Everything in my ability was done I believe but I guess that’s not good enough for this gentleman. I hate responding to these kind of things but I just wanted both sides of the story out

I purchased this game in May. The Seller was very helpful and patient with me. He coached me with the shipping / payment process. When I received the game I couldn't believe how well it was wrapped all on a pallet with tie down straps! I brought it home, followed his instructions and had the game working in less than 10 minutes and I» Read morecouldn't be happier with it. It plays perfectly just as described. I would highly recommend this seller. A++

“I've purchased several machines from Harrison and they are always in the condition described, from cosmetics to functionality. The Flight 2K is playing well and was used in a tournament a day after I picked it up. The machine lasted the entire day with no major issues. Will continue to do business with Harrison for sure.”

I believe seller used the fact that he was shipping to me to hide many faults in the machine. Pictures used for the sale ad appear to be taken much earlier than the for sale ad placement. Description of machine being 100% payable is incorrect as both plastic ramps were broken and not playable. In addition, unobtainable playfield plastics shown in pictures on the for sale ad were missing on delivery namely the NO FEAR mountain plastic. After numerous messages he said he “found” the mountain and would ship it. Again, more lies and never has.» Read moreStay far away from this seller if you plan on shipping and really examine what he is selling if buying in person. Would not recommend this person to anyone.

Pinsider catvilledoorman wrote about a Marketplace experience September 22nd, 2023.
This machine was listed at around half the price of a functional, average F-14.» Read moreIt was also listed as a "project", and anyone buying should know what that means - stuff will be worn, missing, broken, corroded, DOA: he plainly stated that the MPU was non-recoverable, and that the translite was complete toast.
I will admit the pix didn't tell the full story of how much dirt had accumulated - blow sand, not animal leavings, thankfully - and the cabinet art is very badly scratched and beaten, some plywood delam.
But! as trashed as the machine first appeared, the PF is in remarkably good shape, the back box, except for the MPU, is nearly pristine, a power-up shows the sound board, power supply, transformer, GI circuits all functional.
The cabinet and pf underside, inside coin door, lockbar mechs all cleaner than most machines I have seen, and the cab inside is dirty, but not stained or gummy like many. Should I be negative, like some on here? No. You get what you pay for, most times, especially when buying sight-unseen. Take some responsibility, buyers- either go see the game, or buy from pictures, but stop whining when the thing isn't what you pictured in your fantasy!
I feel Harrison was honest with me, and he was very helpful regarding shipping- Blue and Beltmann and even Shipmypinball all failed to be able ship to Spokane, but H. found a reasonable-priced private carrier (I was ready to give up). He wrapped, blanketed and belted the machine, and his communication was fast and clear. I never tried to negotiate a lower price.
With the price difference I will buy an aftermarket MPU if I fail to get this one going, and a nice mirrored CPR backglass. Put in some elbow grease and shop work and have a nice F-14. That's what I'm in the hobby for anyway.
