Stanger things has some nice flow, and has a classic 90s feel of the fan layout. The plastic ramps are really fast and flowy, and you can definitely feel the smoothness of the shots. The rules are also nice in that they are easy to understand, just needing to hit a shot 3 times to start a mode, but there is a bit of further depth to be desired. Sounds and art are good. The theme doesn't do anything for me personally, but there is nothing bad about the art and the invisible ink with the blacklight is pretty cool looking in person. The demogorgon is also a fun center shot. The layout has an attack from mars/medieval madness feel, but with a modern mode based ruleset attacked. So if that sounds like fun for you then this is your game!

An EM I'd like to own. Easy to understand challenge for dropping all the targets. Addicting to play. I like the 4 player version.

One of the few EM tables I'd like to own. The challenge of collecting all the drop targets is easy to understand and hard to pull off. I enjoy coming back to this one.

Dungeons and dragons is a cool table with a unique gimmick that I enjoy a lot. There are no traditional outlanes, but instead only inlanes with exit holes that you need to manually block with the second set of flipper buttons on the cabinet. The constant need to close the gates at the right time to stope the ball from draining is really fun. The theme is decent for pinball, and the art is pretty cool too. The ramp shots to the back are cool, and the whole theme of sieging a castle with a dragon is good. I like the upper flipper as well, even though the shot from it is quite difficult.

Simpsons is the perfect theme for pinball, and this game is a great example. The game was made after only 2 seasons of the show, but it is still crammed with personality and references. The artwork is super nice all around and captures the show well. I think the rules are a bit lacking unfortunately, but that's somewhat to be expected for the time. The theme are artwork are awesome in this game2, and that's the main draw for me.

Jackbot borrows it's layout from Pin Bot and brings it to the DMD era. It's a simple game where you play the casino games to get to the casino run mode. The casino games are pretty basic and there isnt anything too special here. You can spam the extra ball button on the front of the game to try to cheat the games which is interesting. Casino run is where the game shines, and gives a great risk/reward aspect where you need to keep pursuing more awards while hoping not to lose out on it all. Very nerve racking, and fun here, but this is the only real highlight, and it's fully up to chance on what you get or how long you last. This can be a turn off for some. Overall it's an alright game, but there isn't enough here to keep me coming back. Casino run it quite fun to witness though.

Haunted house is a nice looking pin with a cool gimmick. The theme is integrated well with the different floors of the house and secret passages to the different floors. The rules are not very intuitive, and they are only alright. For the time there is nothing special or missing. The music gets old pretty quick and the sound effects get a little old. The backglass for this table it super awesome though, definitely the highlight here. Okay game for the time and good theme integration.

Don’t care at all for this table. Theme does nothing to me, rules feel boring, sounds are cheesy and the play field “toys” are pretty boring, especially the rubber hand..

An alright stern game with a simple but decent layout. The modes are all simple, and there isn’t a whole lot to do on this one. Fun enough but nothing special. The track around the outside of the table is pretty awesome though. Cooler than the supercharger from the getaway in my opinion.

This game is alright, and pretty forgettable. I have a bit of a soft spot for it because it was one of the main games the got me into pinball when an Airbnb my family rented had one in their home arcade. I played it non stop and had a blast. Looking at it after years playing has made me realize it’s not that great but I still like it for the price and the nostalgia I have.

Probably the worst of all the Jurassic park themed pins, but the layout is fun to shoot. The modes are tough and the rules are simple to understand. Getting to the wizard mode is difficult because the modes need to be completed to qualify it. There isn’t a lot here rules wise but it’s challenging and fun to shoot so there’s still fun to be had. The swagger toy it also pretty cool if you can find one that’s working.

Black hole is a classic pinball machine with a cool gimmick. The lower play field is fun and unique and definitely makes this one memorable. The back glass with the spinning black hole is also really cool. The gameplay is a just alright, with the main goal to get multi ball and rack up a large bonus via multipliers in the lower play field. Pretty fun for the time.

Safe cracker is a cool novelty table and I think everyone should give it a try, but it would never make it into my collection. The board game on the back box is completely random chance, and the play field and flippers are small. There isn’t too much to do other than got for the token in the safe. The timed games are also not my favorite. It’s more of a cool gimmicky table than an actual game.

The Munsters is a fantastic looking pin with a unique black and white look for the premium model. The layout is good and no shots feel bad. The spot bash toy under the left ramp is satisfying to hit. The place where this game falls apart a bit is the rules. There really isn’t too much going on here other than just collecting family members for Munster madness. Only a few even have a mode tied to them, and Munster madness is just somewhat interesting. Stacking super jackpots is a decent risk/reward aspect of the game, but it’s not enough to keep me coming back. Definitely one of sterns worse offerings in the past few years based on my tastes.

This is a solid modern stern that appeals most to fans of the older black knight games. Some of the better original animations from Stern on their LCD display. There isn’t quite as much depth here as some other recent games, but there’s still plenty to do. Layout if fine but nothing that special. The upper play field is pretty bare and the ball kinda just bounces around up there. The black knight flail is cool in theory but a little annoying to shoot. The shield shot is fun though and the black knight being right on the play field is fun and immersive. Overall a solid game, but somewhat forgettable with Sterns other recent offerings.

It's a fun game with some easily understandable objectives. Callouts, sounds and animations are all solid. The foundry is a cool addition, and I like the strategy that brings. The mini playfield encounters aren't anything great in my opinion. The ball just ricochets off the targets so fast you can reliably aim and clear them, it's more about spamming and hoping for a good rebound to go back to the flipper. Overall it's just another solid game by Stern, nothing to really complain about but nothing to blow me away or impress me either.

World Cup Soccer is just pure enjoyable. There's nothing super deep about the rules or crazy in terms of strategizing. It's simply a fun layout with understandable objectives. The art, sounds, and speech are all great. Novice and experienced players will enjoy the table alike. The goal in the center is fun to shoot and a clear objective to shoot for. Getting through the cities isnt super involved but is a good spot for a wizard mode. Multiball is good too here. Overall just a good time for anyone.

This game is pretty rough in terms of layout and gameplay. Most of the center of the playfield is boring and there isn't much to shoot for. Drop target banks are not really directly shootable with the flippers needing lucky ricochets. The modes are alright but kind of boring. The music and callouts are typical Gottlieb silliness style, so if you like that then you will like this game. I personally am not much of a fan. This game overall is quite boring and another Gottlieb from the era I just don't care much for

Sharkeys Shootout is a decent game with a mediocre layout. You beat the characters in pool to get to the wizard mode, and you have a main multiball. That's about all there is to it, but it can be fun to just grind through the opponents. Decent game, especially for the price.

Avengers is an alright game. The layout is fine, albeit a bit clunky. The rules are kinda meh, you just repeat shots to start a mode where you continue to hit the same shot even more. Never the biggest fan of these types of rulesets but it's alright, at least they can run together. Art and sounds are alright, nothing offensive but nothing amazing. Theme is good, fits pinball well. This game is just a lot of mediocrity to me, but there are good moments, and getting to wizard mode is fun challenge.

If you're looking for a fast and challenging game this is it. One of the fastest playing pins out there. Going for multiball and plane takedowns is addicting and the kickback on the left part of the game is cool. This one will give you quick games and constant challenge. Fun and addicting.

This game is pretty underrated in my opinion. The rules are fairly deep and there is plenty to do. The layout is pretty good too. Nothing too special, but worked for what it is. The game falls apart a bit with the art and theming which are subpar at best. The game itself is really good but the art, theme, callouts, and music are just meh and bland. I still enjoy playing it and I think it's a great bang for your buck pin.

Black knight is a classic game that was unique in several ways at the time so I commend it for that. With the black knight speaking, the magna save feature, and the multi level playfield, it was pretty cool for the time. I however think the game is pretty bland and it doesn't really keep me coming back. Taking down the timed drop target banks gets boring quick and the sounds of them timing out get annoying very very fast. The multiball lock is cool, and building up a bonus is kinda fun, but overall it gets stale really quick for me.

Black Rose is a fun shooter with some unique shots. I'm always a sucker for the upper flipper shot, and this one is repeatable similarly to the star trek warp ramp. The rules are simple enough to understand with the goal being to sink ships for rewards and get multiball. Overall it's a fun shooter and the game is fun enough, albeit a little shallow. I enjoy it overall plenty though.

This game is alright, it has rules similar to iron man where you hit the same shot over an over to start a mode. A few multiballs and other modes. It can be fun at times but there is nothing special and I don't care much for the theme or art. Basically just decent across the board.

Diner is a classic Williams pin that has a lot of fans. I think the game is fun, with collecting the diner guests and going for the multiball jackpots. It's not my favorite from the time, but it's solid and the art and sounds are nice. It's a solid pin for the time.

I think this is a pretty overrated game. The theme and atmosphere do not speak to me at all, but that's just personal preference and I know that's part of what draws people to love this game. Trying to stack all the multiball modes is fun and challenging, but then once you do it there is basically nothing else to do other than a few side modes like bats. The floating phantom ball is cool and unique, and the shots can have some decent flow. Overall though the game is a little shallow for my taste, and I don't care for the theming so much on this one.

TMNT is a very fast a flowy game with many things to tackle. It's easy to tell that the game was designed to have combos in mind, with both the layout and software. It feels really incredible to chain together just the right shots in a row for completing the foot combo, and grabbing your weapon hurry up, and scoring a Krang combo all at the same time. There are 4 shots that feed the upper flipper, so it always feel like there is ample opportunity to make the shots there. The modes are fun and interesting. While the game might not be as deep as some, the speed and difficulty of the outlanes will keep you coming back to make it to the final Cowabunga wizard mode, and I appreciate that the rules are easily understandable.

Earthshaker goes hand in hand with Whirlwind, but I think it's the worse of the 2. They are both disaster themed, and have similar goals. Both have a multiball where you collect a jackpot from the upper ramp shot. They both have awards to collect as a second goal as well. I think that the layout of whirlwind is a tad better, but both are fun. The California and Nevada fault line is a fun feature in the back. The art and music are also good too.

I will preface this review with the fact I only played a few games of this and did not fully dive into the rules themselves so I can't comment much on this aspect. Nothing was very clear to be shooting for at any point. I really did not like the layout of this game, it feels like there is nothing to really shoot for. The middle ramp is super clunky and just leads to the back of the game. The big right ramp is up most of the time it seems and you just shoot into the back some more. The whole top left part of the game is just nothing but part of a mech and seems wasted. The whole left part of the game is actually just one single shot from what I can tell. The game game overall just feels so boring sue to the lack of shots at all, and the lack of satisfaction for shooting anything.

South park is a good theme, but the game is kind of boring to play. The modes are all quite boring both to get to and play. You start a mode by shooting the corresponding shot over and over, then once you start it, you usually just have to keep shooting the same shot you used to start it even more. There aren't too many modes in the game to get to the wizard mode. The sounds are good and match the show but could get annoying for some. The toilet toy is kinda cool to see the ball go into but nothing too spectacular. This game feels cheesy and somewhat boring to me, despite being a fan of the theme.

This is not a very memorable game to me. The layout is alright, and the rules are decent, but it kinda falls flat with the art, sounds, and replayability. Eliminating bugs gets boring quickly since it's almost entirely done with standup targets that you just bounce into. The extra mini flipper on the right side is totally pointless and only serves to make the ball harder to control on the right side of the game. The alien screaming sounds plays almost constantly and gets annoying. Defeating bugs and moving planets is fun enough, but isn't my favorite premise due to the bug killing being unrewarding through standup targets.

This is one of few EM tables I enjoy. I like the simplicity of just shooting for drop targets to complete hands. It's simple but fun, and challenging. I could keep coming back to try and score the special over and over.

Transformers is a bit of an underrated game in my opinion. The rules are similar to other stern games of the area with many modes to progress through, and a few main multiball modes to stack into them. The shot multipliers also are here which adds a bit of strategy. The layout is simple but works fine. No crazy toys here other than a sorta lame optimus you bash in the middle of the playfield. One thing in this game that's cool is you can choose to be autobots or decepticons and it changes the scoring in multiballs, and what modes you play first. This adds to the replayability of the game. Getting to the final wizard mode takes a good amount of time since you need to win modes to make it so I like that too. Overall a solid game.

I like playing Rollergames quite a bit, the upper flipper ramp shot is fun, and I'm always a sucker for an upper flipper ramp. The magnet that holds the ball for the perfect shot up the ramp is pretty fun. The music in this game is awesome and the tune that plays after scoring a jackpot is, as the lyrics mention, kick-butt. Mainly just a game where yo go for multiballs and jackpots, but the upper ramp and music are enough to keep me coming back.

I played this game several times and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It feels to me a lot like a 90s Bally game with the different aspects of the game to reach the wizard mode. There are the main rug modes, the character multiballs, and other side features as well. The lower playfield is fun and I like the variation of the mini games that can be played there rather than just normal bowling. I also thing the shots flow quite well. The animations look nice on the simulated DMD style color display. It's a fun game that I'd recommend everyone try if they get a chance.

This is certainly a memorable game because of the playfield in the backbox. I always thought it was really cool how it actually pulls the pinball from the lower playfield to the upper one with a magnet, rather than just firing a new ball out on the upper playfield. The rules are simple to understand which is nice, and makes the game feel like you're always a little big away from the next goal. The backbox game gets a little stale and the playfield is a little bare but the game remains fun.

I love all the wireforms in this game, and the wide variety of shots to make. The upper flipper shots are fun and the modes are fun to play. The game is a bang for your buck in my opinion. The physical ball lock mod also brings this game up another level as well.

This is a really fun and fast mode based Bally game. The flow and shots are all good, and the battlefield is a fun idea, even though it can be pretty clunky to play. The wizard mode is cool, and a bit of a challenge to reach since you need to complete multiple tasks to reach it. It's a great game.

Dr. Dude is a fun theme with trying to become a super dude and gaining all the traits to be a dude. The theme is funny, and the sounds fit the theme well. The main gimmick on the game is the the Mixmaster, which is just a ramp shot that leads to a spinning disk/target area. The game is fun enough and easy to understand, but it's pretty simple in terms of goals which makes the lastability mediocre.

Lethal weapon 3 is a pretty simple game, with a fast layout. It's fun to go through the stunt scenes and go for multiball, and the twirling ramp habitrail is cool. The rules and art leave things to be desired, but the shots are satisfying enough to have a good time.

This game if fun to play, but has only 2 simple scoring strategies. Either play for multiball or the W-H-O combo and playfield multiplier. There are a few other things to be seen like the video mode, but other than that it's pretty simple. The rising ball lock mech is definitely cool and unique. The highlight of this game for me is definitely the side ramp shot. Looping it repeatedly is very satisfying, and completing the W-H-O combo is fun but gets kind of old. This game is alright, but sits below other Bally/Williams of the era to me.

The Beatles is an interesting game because it's got a layout like an older solid state game, but with the modern stern flippers, sounds, and animations. The rules stay relatively simple, which works for the layout, but leaves a bit to be desired. The theme and sounds are obviously fantastic and carry this pin, along with the upper loop shot. That loop shot alone carries this pin in my mind, and it probably the best repeatable loop shot in pinball since it's not too difficult to get 10+ in a row. The game is fast and though and can drain quite easy but it's a great quick playing game.

This game is a bit overrated in my mind. The supercharger is cool, but it doesn't add anything to the gameplay really. The rules are quite basic, with only a few simple modes and the final red light mania mode Getting there is quite easy since you simply need to hit the orbit to build rpm and shift gears up to the 5th gear. There's good flow to be had at times and the upper loop shot is fun and challenging, but the lack of depth in the rules is a turn off for me.

A fun Keith Elwin game with a good theme. The progression makes sense and the shots feel good to make. The thing that kinda kills it a bit for me is the spinning disk. I've never been much of a fan of the disks, such as the lamp in TOTAN because they just block the shots you want to make. I understand people enjoy that challenge aspect of the disk but to me it just leads to annoyance when the shot I need is blocked. On a positive note, the right ramp is super fun to shoot and repeating it from the upper flipper is fun. The rules are deep enough to encourage lots of replays. Overall it's a solid game, but I prefer other recent sterns over it.

I really like the unique layout of this game. The side ramp and the other upper flipper are super fun to shoot between. The rules are simple with the modes being always lit at the right hole. I also love the music in this pin. The music and unique shots keep me coming back, but it's lacking in shots on the right side of the pin, and also somewhat boring modes. It's mostly just a pleasure to shoot. This is probably my favorite gottlieb game.

I this this game gets a bad wrap from most people because of the upper playfield blocking the back part of the game, but I think it's perfectly fine. The loop shots are open and easy to hit and the ramp is nice. This game has a varied amount of things to do like the 4 main modes, collecting animals and items, and finding swea pea on the upper playfield. Accomplishing all that gives you the save olive wizard mode which is pretty fun and satisfying to beat. The hole shots make it a little slow at times and finding swea pea can be a grind so it's got it's flaws but it's definitely better than people give it credit for.

As someone who usually gravitates toward deeper rule sets, its interesting that I really like this game. I'm also a sucker for upper flipper shots, and this game has one of the best ones in all of pinball with the jump shot. I cant get enough of the jump shot, it's so much fun to just plug away as and watch the ball zip around the ramp. The modes themselves are fine, and the triple wizard mode is cool for sure. I love the lack of pop bumpers in this game because it makes it super fast to play. Definitely deserves more love, very fun game.

I love this game so much. It's one fo my favorite shooting pins hands down. Going for the side ramps is fun and challenging, and the sound effects are awesome. I like the cheesy 90s theme, and the rules are fairly straightforward. Spell radical to get multiball and grab a jackpot. Best pre-dmd game to me.

I enjoy the theme of this one as I'm a fan of cartoons and the characters in this pin. Unfortunately the rules in this one are a little shallow to me. Plug away at the left ramp and then middle hole to play through the features and get to the time travel wizard mode. There are a few cool side features like the puzzles and hat trick, but nothing too engaging. The shots flow fine and the ramps are definitely flowy. The backbox gimmick is kinda cool and definitely gives the game a little extra style. I like the game enough to play when I see it.

This is definitely one of my favorite pre-dmd games. I typically am more into deep rulsets that challenge me to get to a wizard mode, but I can still have fun with these older pins when they shoot well, and that is definitely the case here. I'm a sucker for games with on upper flipper ramp shot and that's the center of focus on this game. Nail away at the ramp for lights and then the jackpot during multiball. Simple premise, but tough to play. I always enjoy this one.

I had not played this one for quite some time but I finally got a chance to put some time on it and man it is a fun one! Definitely the stable deep ruleset coming from Jersey Jack which I always love. The layout is fun to shoot, with the upper ramp being quite a unique shot. The sounds design satisfying and the theme integration is quite good as well. One of JJPs best.

This is one of the best recent Stern games. The rules are very deep and addicting to dive into. The layout is really unique and the shots can have a lot of flow with combos. I feel like I can always come back to this game and have a blast.

I played this pin in a huge lineup of other pins and it still kept me playing. The side ramp is so satisfying on this game, and obtaining multiball by lighting the badges is so simple and attainable that you just keep going. The modes themselves are pretty standard williams 90s style modes working toward a wizard mode and they are all fine too. The cannon is alright but can slow the game a bit. It's fun to try to shoot up the side ramp though! Really, I just love the side ramp and all the wireforms.

The hole in one shot is one of the most unique in pinball. Definitely a very satisfying one. The flow is quite good too with all the ramps. The rules leave a bit to be desired with minimal modes, but it's still fun to progress through the holes and get multiballs.

I was surprised at how much I actually enjoy this game. The callouts are very funny and in line with the character of Deadpool and the shots are really nice. The katana ramp is a very unique shot and it's very satisfying to make. It can be sorta clunky at times which is a huge bummer but it works enough to still be satisfying. The only other shot that isn't great is the left orbit. The shot is very makeable and the spinner is satisfying to hit but unfortunately on the pro the ball just gets stopped at the top lanes when you hit the left orbit, making is sorta lead to nowhere. On the premium this is fixed to feed the right flipper which is great. If on the pro it just looped to the right orbit the layout and flow would be much better. The rules are the part of this game that is slightly lacking. I really enjoy what they have so far, but There are only 5 main modes and then a couple multiballs and 2 wizard modes. It's a decent amount but I wish there was a bit more in the game to do cause I could see the current code getting old fast. Animations are very mixed for me because I absolutely love the idea of a 16 bit style but it sadly wasn't done to the fullest meaning it goes from the best pinball animations ever to just great. Some of the animations such as when Deadpool gets into the time machine truck to go on a quest are blurry and ruin the pixel style cause it blends together. I don't know the resolution of the display, or what limitations they had, but if the animations were sharper in quality I think it would have made a huge difference. Also, I personally cannot stand the mini Deadpool animations. I respect whoever put their work into them, and i certainly couldn't do any better but the mini Deapool animations look very out of place with the rest of the main animations and they are very choppy and cheesy and it doesn't look good. Changing the mini Deadpool animations to something that closer matched the other 16 bit style would go a long why in my personal opinion. In conclusion this game is one of, if not my number one, favorite games of Sterns recent titles which is saying something when Iron Maiden preceded this game. This game is amazing with the few minor gripes I stated.

This is one of the best shooting games I've ever played and the various loops are a blast. The rules work for the game and are easy to understand and going for the final mode is challenging and fun. The art on this game is incredible and really detailed and nice to look at. The theme really just depends on if you like Iron Maiden music or not. If you don't, it doesn't ruin it but liking it helps a lot.

I respect this game for the deep rules and strategy that it has but I just can't get into it and I don't know why. I have no interest in the theme but that usually doesn't stop me from enjoying a good pinball machine. I simply cannot get into this one and I never have much fun while playing it. May edit this down the road if something clicks but for now something just doesn't feel right about this game.

I’ve had my High Roller Casino for a few days now and it’s a pretty fun game overall. The theme is well integrated and the roulette and slot machine are cool toys. There are four different 4 ball multiball modes that all have unique and interesting rules. Collecting a Super Duper Mega Extreme Jackpot in slot machine multiball is tough and very satisfying. The roll and win wheel is a cool feature and getting to the super surprise mode is very tough. The casino games are cool and the cheat game feature allows for good strategizing about what games to use them on and trying to avoid games you don’t want to waste your cheats on. Overall a good bang for your buck pin that is a fun time.

Played this game at an arcade and it has great crisp art but the actual game is quite empty and simple. The layout has orbits and 2 uninteresting scoops and one ramp and that's about it. You basically just hit the shots to spell out character names to collect them for a multiball. There is another multiball for shooting the scoop on the left a few times. Other than this, I don't know what else there is to even do on the game. Pretty boring layout and rules. The art on the playfield is really good though and it's very vibrant and clear.

This game is decent but nothing revolutionary. It has pretty bad art and the shots are alright but the rules are only alright. You shoot the same shot a number of times then battle a ghost which are like modes. It's decently fun and the jump ramp is cool. Fun, but nothing special.

Batman 66 is a great theme and the artwork on this game pops like crazy and it’s awesome. I love the sound effects and fallouts that are in the game currently. Not the deepest code, at least not yet, but it shoots well and is a good time. With some updates this will be a fun game.

Black knight 2000 is a very fun alphanumeric era table. Is plays very fast and has super awesome music during gameplay. The ball lock shot it tough and super satisfying and hitting the loop on the upper playfield is a blast. Overall a fun and fast game with good sound and music. Only downfall is there isn’t too much to do cause of the era but it’s still a fun shooter.

Pretty cool game. The crossing ramps are cool and picking up the different characters is decently fun. Not too deep in the rules, even for the time so it gets boring after time but it’s fun to pop a few quarters into every once in a while.

Terminator 2 is a game that a lot of people love that I don’t really see. The layout is fine and the shots feel good but there just isn’t enough to do and the scoring feels a bit off. Multiball is the only thing worth playing for cause it’s worth so much and it’s basically the only mode in the game. Video mode is just about the only other thing and that is only mediocre. Overall a good theme and layout but just simply not enough to do to keep me interested.

Family guy will be a game for you or not based on if you like the theme or not. There are a decent amount of things to do in the rules. Only 5 main modes, but there are the beer can modes and several multiballs and a tough to reach wizard mode. The stewie pinball game is unique and fun the first time but gets old faaast and just becomes a chore to play. A good game if you like the theme.

Road show is a very fun widebody pin. Lots of modes to play through and Red and Ted have good humor. There are plenty of shots to make and the modes are all pretty unique. The shaker motor fits the game well and there are lots of shots to make.

Pretty fun mode based data east game. Don’t like it as much compared to Jurassic Park or tommy but it’s fun. Guns N’ Roses is a good theme but I don’t care much for he layout. The G ramp is super steep and hard to hit and there aren’t many shots to make it feels like but that could just be my experience with the game. Overall it’s good stuff.

This game has a pretty cool layout and a surprisingly deep rule set. It plays a lot like dialed in with the modes being the main focus and completing them is how you make it to the final wizard mode. There are plenty of modes and things to do but unfortunately the art is pretty bad on this game. Other than the art I think this is quite a good game from stern.

Fish tales is a fast game that shoots pretty well. The rules are pretty shallow as you basically just have monster fish and multiball to play for. Collecting fish is not the most fun thing but stretching the truth is cool. Overall a cool theme that shoots well but it doesn’t have enough to do for me.

Classic game by pat lawlor. Good rules for the time and a very satisfying side ramp shot. The spinning discs on the playfield are pretty cool and the huge fan topper is super unique. Overall a pretty fun time.

Congo has a cool layout but a somewhat lacking ruleset. You will be shooting mainly the left ramp to spell map while simultaneously spotting the in-lane lights. These are the main things to do in the game. The lower playfield is cool for the first few times but gets old cause you just mash the flippers. The right ramp through the pops is a fun and satisfying shot. The mode where you shooter skill shots for 20 seconds is a really cool and unique idea, but again, grows stale cause you just keep pulling the plunger back over and over. Great layout and good game.

Classic game by pat lawlor. The Rudy head is the obvious stand-out feature of the game and he’s great. He will taunt you and make funny call outs throughout the game. The layout is good and the rules are pretty good for the time period the game was released. Overall a really solid game.

Creature is a pretty fun game but the rules aren’t quite deep enough for me to totally love it. The theme is awesome and the shots all feel nice. The game is quite challenging to and managing the multiball to get the jackpot and super jackpot is pretty difficult. It’s a fun classic but I feel it would get boring after prolonged play.

Aerosmith is probably my favorite of the music themed pins. I enjoy the band more than Metallica or AC/DC and I like the gameplay the best. Reminds me a lot of Star Trek but the modes are distinguished a bit better. The toy box collecting balls for multiball is a super cool toy and it surprises/impresses everyone the first time they see it. The art on this game is also fantastic. The blue is super nice and the nice detail on the hand drawn art is incredible. Overall a super fun game from stern.

Fun mode based pin with quite a bit to do. Modes are pretty fun and collecting the artifacts is good incentive to play them. Cool layout and fun shots. The side ramp is super satisfying and is probably the best side ramp in pinball. Overall a fun mode based pin.

Star Trek is a pretty fun mode based game. All the modes are just shooting lit arrows on the playfield so they can get a little repetative. It’s not too bad though cause the flow on this game is great so the shots are all satisfying to hit. The game is simple to understand but getting to the final wizard mode is very hard cause you have to beat all the modes 3 times and they get harder with each attempt. Overall a fun game if you are looking for a game with good flow and easy to understand rules.

I’m not a big fan of the Star Wars movies but I think that Star Wars is a fantastic game. I don’t understand why people are hating on this game. It doesn’t feel cheap and plays very smoothly with a deep rule set. It plays super fast and is a truly tough game. Ball control is a must and being able to make shots on the fly. The rules are quite dee and there are several choices for the player to make like what character to play as and what modes to stack. The modes are all quite unique and you really feel you are a part of the story. The screen is very well integrated with movie clips that really immerse you. The sound effects are superb as well, many quotes from the movies, lots of great sound effects, and of course the wonderful score from the Star Wars films. Too many multiballs to count and more than enough modes. I love the integration of the button on the lockdown bar to destroy tie fighters because you have to try to get control of the ball as fast as possible to allow yourself to spam the button safely, otherwise you risk draining with one hand off the flipper button. Overall one of my favorite games.

This machine is not nearly as good as the Indianna Jones game by Williams but it’s not too bad. Several multiballs and all the movies are represented, which might be a negative to some because that includes the kingdom of the crystal skull. The ark toy is cool and the raising temple of doom scoop. Not the deepest rules and not a very good layout but it’s still overall a pretty fun game.

Demo Man is a really fun shooting game with crazy good flow. It has a huge focus on combo shots which are a blast to pull off and using the triggers to control the flippers is unique and fun. The rules are pretty basic which hold this pin down for me personally, but the flow and ramps make up for it.

Iron man is a pretty fun game that is challenging and fast. It was pretty basic rules that consist of shooting the same shot over and over again to start a certain feature which I am not the biggest fan of. The theme is good and the shots flow well. Overall a fun game, but not one I would want in my collection.

The Looney Tunes is an amazing theme but it's a shame that it was used in one of the worst playfield layouts I've ever seen. Half the playfield is taken up by a lower playfield that has no point in existing, this makes it feel cluttered and there are barely any shots in the game cause there is only half the playfield to work with. The music was fine and the art is not too bad but the gameplay just sucks.

This pin was made for younger kids and you can tell. The cabinet is tiny and there are only 4 main shots. There are almost no modes and the little pipe hole near the flippers and extremely annoying. There are also no outlanes and draining down the middle is just about impossible. I played one ball for about half an hour and eventually gave up cause I got bored. The video mode is decent because you are basically just playing Super mario Bros, which is a awesome theme and the art is no too bad on the game. Overall just not a fun time after one single ball.

Pretty boring pin. Played it for way too long cause my ball wouldnt drain and in the about 20 minutes I was playing it I only hit the basket once. The theme is basically a joke theme and the layout is weird witht he upper playfield having just about nothing to shoot for it seems like. Not a fan of gottliebs of this era and this is a great example why.

Super Mario is like a dream theme for me as a huge nintendo fan but sadly this game is not too great. I'm personally not a fan of gottliebs of this era and so already its down for me. The rules are pretty simple with a few basic modes started by collecting the green shells. The multiball is easy to get, but the jackpot shot through the pops and into the castle is actually quite tough and fun to go for. It's one of the better gottliebs of the era, but still falls a bit flat. The theme really saves this one.

Played this at the Pinball Hall of Fame in Vegas and it was actually quite fun. I put up 2 high scores on it and played it several times. Not the deepest game ever as your only real goal is to hit the ball behind the clowns teeth to earn a jackpot. Never quite nailed down the exact rules and there are some things that are incomplete like the video mode which is not implemented. It's a very unique game with the 4 playfields and climbing the cabinet but it is not a game to play over and over again.

Godzilla is not a very fun pin to play unless all you like is multiball. All this game is is multiball, multiball, multiball. Every mode is a multiball and there are about 5 modes. Finishing them all brings you to the wizard mode which is, you guessed it, a multiball. The shots are not that fun or satisfying except the ramp and there isn't much that will make you want to keep playing. The Godzilla head on the playfield is cool and seeing the ball come out of his mouth is cool the first few times. Overall I'd say try it but it's nothing special.

This pin is alright. The modes are pretty basic and you'll be hitting the ball up the center a lot, but the ramps are actually fun shots and there is some fun to be had in the modes. This game is like a worse revenge from mars, as they are both pinball 2000 games they play similarly.

Champion Pub is quite a unique game and I enjoy it a lot. Boxing the different opponents is fun and the different training methods are cool. The jump rope game is very unique and the punching bag mini playfield is super cool. The callouts are good and overall the game is pretty easy to understand. There are a few different multiballs and getting to the wizard mode is a real challenge.

Super fun game by Stern. Spiderman is my personal favorite super hero so I love the game. It flows super nice and the shots are lots of fun. The rules arent the deepest ever but stacking several modes and multiballs is a blast. Not as good as the vault edition, but it's the same awesome game.

Hobbit is a wide body pin and it feels like one. The ramps and loops are super satisfying and the rules are deep but not too hard to understand. The beasts that pop up from the play field are cool but can get annoying when they block shots. The absurd amount of modes (over 30 I believe!!) is cool and playing through all of them is just about impossible. Smaug multiball is also extremely difficult to complete and it a lot of fun to try for.

This game is essentially Aerosmith code with Metallica's layout. They aren't the exact same, but pretty similar. Guardians has slightly tougher shots than Metallica and is faster. Guardians is a pretty fun game overall, but it really needs to be fleshed out to be really fun. Sound and visual tweaking is needed to bring this game up more. The game itself if quite fun though and the Groot ball lock is very satisfying and cool. If you like guardians, I'd say give it a play.

As a pinball fan but not a big LOTR fan, I really enjoy this table. The theme doesn't do anything for me personally however it is integrated in the table extremely well. The real draw to this table for me are the rules. There are 3 main multiball modes and several gameplay modes to be played. There is so much to do on this table, including one of the most difficult to reach wizard modes in all of pinball. Decent shots and an interesting layout. Not the best art, but it could be worse. Overall an great pinball experience.

Revenge from mars is a solid game with nice flow and great humor. The modes are all very similar, but the callouts and humor keep the game fun. Unique with the Pinball 2000 screen over the playfield and a fun game to come back to again and again.

Tommy is one of Data East's better games and it's not bad at all. There are lots of modes to play through and the dmd animations are quite good. The shots are fun and the rules are like any other mode-centric game, similar to Addams Family. The sound quality is quite low like other Data East games but it doesn't bother me much. Fun pin with a good variety in modes, a good theme, and fun shots.

Metallica is quite a fun game with the basic rules being easy to learn, while having deeper shots for more serious players. Sparky is a cool addition with his bobbling head and the shots are fun to make. The dmd animations are great and all the multiballs are fun. Not the deepest ruleset, which I generally prefer, but the multiballs and shots are too fun to gloss over. Solid game overall.

There's a reason this is the most sold pin of all time. It was some great shots and cool toys like thing in the back of the playfield. A classic game.

This game is the ultimate theme for most and the rules are quite deep once learned. There is a lot to the machine that will bring people back to play. I’m a fan of the rollercoaster tycoon video games so I enjoy the theme on the game quite a bit and it was incorporated quite well. The troll is out of place for sure but it doesn’t bother me. The layout is a bit unique with 3 ramps and an upper flipper shot that leads to a habitrail that goes below the flippers which is cool. The biggest downfall of this game is the rules. There are only 6 modes and 2 of them are the exact same with slightly different scoring. The remaining 4 are nothing special either. I’ve owned the game for a few months now and I can get to the wizard mode almost every game with standard setting. Just not very deep or interesting code..

Classic pin with great art and amazing sound effects. The gameplay is slightly limited with the only shot you really need to shoot for being the left ramp. The billion point shot is quite unique as well and is rewarding to get, but skews the scores quite a bit.

I love Junkyard. Building all the components of the machine and collecting junk is really fun. The modes are decent and the final fight against Crazy Bob is fun, with a great animation at the end. Absolutely in love with this pin. It has so much going for it. The ruleset is extremely deep and it is a real challenge to make it to somewhere over the rainbow wizard mode. There are lots of cool toys on the playfield and lots of shots to make. The sound design is great with plenty of your favorite music and sound bytes from the film and awesome original sounds. Super sharp looking with all LEDs in the playfield and the LCD monitor has great animations and movie clips, plus wonderfully shows your progress on multiple goals at once. One of my favorite pins, and still my favorite Jersey Jack game.
