I have been asked to share my buying experience at GotPinball.com with my fellow Pinsiders. This is my 34th year collecting pins. My stable stands at 23 with all of them set up. I have never bought a game sight unseen. I have never had a game shipped to me. I have never bought anything using a bank wire» Read moretransfer. So you can see how I would be reluctant to buy a pinball this way. Turned out to be the most rewarding buying experience in my lifetime. The pin is the most pristine example I could imagine. I received e-mails almost daily from GotPinball.com telling me that the money transferred, that the game was ready to be picked up, when it would be delivered, pictures of it being packed, documents, insurance certificate, bill of lading, etc. I was told by Randy, "We pack the best." He wasn't kidding. There was shrink wrap and then cardboard and then furniture blankets, more shrink wrap and banding. And this was before they dropped everything in a Stern Metallica box and banded that five times to a skid. It looked like it was destined for an ocean-going vessel sailing overseas. The game works 100%; no burned out bulbs either. This is a business with overhead, etc. with little wiggle room, yet I was able to negotiate a price that was acceptable to me. I would not hesitate one New York minute to purchase another pinball from these folks in the future; however, I just don't have the room. A job well done to Randy and Co. Thank you folks. JLC
