Played a version on site with incandescents, thank god for LEDs...

This is just a fun, straight forward game. The calls outs, music and lighting all work together really well.

Felt like I was compelled to get the ball in the ring all the time with both ramps heading that way. It's an interesting gimmick but I think the rule set and play is hampered by the theme. JT is an awesome game designer but the theme and artwork? Didn't help him here.

This game is somehow so much better than the sum of all its parts. Artwork is pretty bland, the fan layout feels a little uninspired and it seems to lack variety on the playfield but damn if I couldn't walk away from it. It's just such a fun machine to play, so fast but not at evil as Acdc, a good rule set you can pick up rather quickly and some neat new features like collecting gold, wild fire, trading items and some interesting video modes. For the money it costs it wouldn't get a buy out of me over a more classic machine but I can't argue that this machine is just a fun fun machine to play.

Waited until I owned this game for a few months before I rated it. I basically got one in average condition and cleaned it up. All new LED's throughout, new rubbers, new balls, cleaned the playfield, new flippers, new buttons and a new shooter. I also painted the rails orange to match the artwork on the playfield.

Essentially this is just a fun game with some really cool lighting features. Being a fighter pilot themed game there are lots of great sounds and call outs incorporated and when your 'dropping missiles' or 'hitting enemy targets' the playfield and flashers light up rather impressively. I set up the flashers (from front to back) white, blue and red and it really looks great when they go off.

The game if very linear in the rule set but I think that suits the style of the game. The rules are set up as missions you need to accomplish and you complete other goals to increase your ranking.

The 'powerplant' or spinner is a unique feature as opposed to the usually roll overs most games have after you shoot the ball but it is quite challenging to take out all the lights. Some solid nudging techniques are definitely required. I also added a spotlight near the dome which increases the visibility, the GI was not great originally but some directed LED's and spotlights really make a difference.

This layout doesn't feel great, lots hidden by the upper playfield and it just didn't feel smooth to play. It looks impressive but it doesn't translate to a fun game.

Pretty awesome pin, got to play a fully restored LED lit machine and it was definitely a treat and fun to play.

Straight forward layout, easy rule set to pick up but it's doesn't have much longevity and the art work is poor. Mick looks like a little cardboard cut out.

Was fortunate enough to play a mint condition fully restored Xenon. Artwork is second to none in pinball and it's a great fun pin.

On my first ball I'd already dialled in the very easy ramp SUPER shot. Not a lot to this pin, reminds me a lot of streetfighter.

Like the predominantly white color, a bit different. Interesting shot with the 3rd flipper, not sure if its the best utilization of space but it is something different.

The artwork for this machine just seemed way to much, it's very cluttered and hard to pick up what they were going for. They had lots of material to work with and maybe they through to much in. The game itself was fun, the multiball was awesome and everything flows and is quick but this feels like another pinball just catering for the hype of the super hero genre, avengers, xmen, transformers, spider man, bat man... time to get creative guys... The Big Lebowski perhaps?

If you were 14 in 1999 the theme and charachters involved with this pin are perfect. I only played this in 2013 and it was a great throw back to Mr Hanky, Chef, Mr Mackey (mmmmkay). I enjoyed the them but overall the machine is pretty mediocre. I played 10 games and I'm sure if you owned the game you'd be making the shots with your eyes closed before too long as the sizes of the drop holes are huge.

I've rated the artwork as decent as they didn't really have a lot to work with beyond the basic style of the cartoon. The call outs are brilliant, it defines what south park was when it was created, crass, crude, toilet humour, BRILLIANT!

not the best pin but good for a pin of fun and late 90s nostalgia.

This game has the best call outs I've ever heard on a pinball machine! Elvira is hilarious, whoever wrote all these had some really sharp, sexually suggestive word play happening. The art and theme were a big draw card also, beyond that the game plays well and it great fun. I think number 13 on the top 100 is a bit high but a top pin.

Didn't get many games on this one but really enjoyed it. Cool dmd animations and the little details like the eyes as the stand up targets were awesome.

Have just added this machine to my collection. Unlike most people (it would seem) I quite like the Gottlieb pins of the 90's. I've previously owned Shaq Attaq which beyond the artwork I though was great. SF2 is, as has been stated, a shooters game. It works you completely around the playfield and has good variation to it. The DMD animations aren't fantastic but you get the idea. I like the artwork on it, takes me right back to the early 90's arcade feel. The toy with the car is the easiest feature I've ever seen, the may as well give you the 5M! I'm a fan and can see me keeping this one for a long time.

This is a really great pin. I've owned it for a few weeks now and it's up there with my favorites. The goal is a really fun feature but there is so much to this machine that I wouldn't know where to start. Definitely one I'll keep in my collection!

This is a fun pin, the theme is quite amusing and the rules are pretty straight forward to pick up. Maybe not one for the hardcore pinhead but definitely a fun machine.

Just didn't like this at all. I did play in on a pretty poorly maintained machine but pinball 2000 is not for me. Awkward feeling shots, especially having to go up the middle and such a gap between the flippers. Was a novelty at best.

Great game, lots of great features, very quick to understand the rules of the game but they have good depth and longevity to them. Some really fun shots to be had with this one!

Really fun game, lots of ramps, love the big looping ramps that passes under the flippers! Not sure on the longevity it would have but for an hour it was great!

I've re-rated this machine after selling it from my collection. This is a really great pin, extremely under rated! The rule set is well varied, you can go for big scores by Super Jackpots through multiball, saving up game balls for Slammin Jammin, spelling 'Shaquille' for Slamming Jammin, going to the Finals and getting all the hidden features. The basketball shot is great and I like to two play levels. It was a regrettable sale so I could buy a few new pins for variety and I can definitely see me tracking another one down in the future.

The Cons: The artwork is pretty bad.. that is all.

UPDATE - Have just purchased another Shaq Attaq! That's a good review if I've ever heard one!
