When ending a MarketPlace listing successfully, Pinsiders can invite user feedback from the other party. Marketplace feedback cannot be removed, but can be responded to by GAP.
New! It is now possible for any Pinsider to leave feedback, without an invite. There are some checks in place to avoid abuse and "fake" feedback.

I have multiple issues including one on the elf drop targets not going up, the book frame is cracked and missing a piece and a couple of other issues. First off, we are sorry you are having problems with your game, my tech went over the game and gave it the green light to ship, meaning everything was working 100% when it was packed. Things happen in shipping; we have experienced issues with other shipments used and new and fixed them over the phone. That is part of the job! Games can» Read moredevelop problems during shipping, which is known in the hobby. The game was carefully packed, transported across country by a freight carrier and the moving shaking and vibrations of Transporation can cause issues with the games and the electronics. To our defense, you got the game on Dec 3rd, and you left negative feedback on the 8th. Thats 5 days and we have not been on pinside to see your email until we saw your negative feedback, so we didn't know you had issues. We do have a website and our number is posted. The game was in great condition and pics of game are archived, we did not state it was home use only, mint, etc., again, my tech is very well trained and won't let things go if they have issues. We wish you would have just given us a call or reached out to use through our website email if you were having issues. We don't check pinside, but once a week and this time of the year we are swamped with orders and shipping. Sorry you are dissapointed!

I have purchased 3 pins from Mike and for the most part he has been a stand up guy. This Champion Pub sale did not go so well. First the machine ad stated all new LED’s- the flash lamps were LED’s. He told me he never does the LED’s I just pointed out the fact the add didn’t state that so how was I» Read moresupposed to read his mind. He didn’t send the back box bolts. One of the leg bolts was striped out. When I called him out on these he said he would ship them to me. He never did. The Boxer mech had a busted wire in it. The left scoop mech was jammed up. The plunge mech kept hanging up. The inside of the machine looked like pop or beer was inside it. Some of these things I could totally blame on shipping and things get shifted around. Not sure why I am getting such a poor experience on this machine. Heck he even said the pin didn’t sell to a pinsider. I have all the documentation to prove it did.

We have had great transactions and yes I strive to be a stand up guy, but sometimes I can dssapoint and mis the mark.. Ask my wife and kids. So to address the led issue. I stated we do put leds in the game and I explained it in a text and on the phone that we don't put leds in flashers. Again we talked about this and thought it was a mute issue. As for the head bolts and the stripped leg bolt plate, which you requested, I am truly sorry I haven't sent them yet, we have been super busy getting games ready and out the door and I have been spending as much time with my youngest daughter before she goes off to college for freshman year. Once she's at school, I'll be back in my regular routine. Not using it as an excuse, but will admit it, and some stuff did slip through the cracks. I dropped the ball on getting you the parts out as promised. I will own that and send them out this week. As for the game issues, I had a tech go over the game before it shipped out. He told me the game was working 100% and ready to go. I trusted it was. Not sure if he didn't catch it or something happened in shipping . I know he tested the boxer several times and all switches were registering. Sorry for the brokem wire, but sounds like you found it and fixed it. You and I did talk about this left jammed scoop issue and you brought it to my attention but felt you could fix it. I didnt hear anything back so I thought all was good. As for the ball launch , I don't recall that was an issue. I understand being disappointed not getting the head bolts and leg plates as promised and will get them out this week when I get back from vacation.. Mike was easy to work with and my Johnny Mnemonic arrived in a timely manner and in amazing condition: inside and out, very clean cabinet. The machine arrived wrapped, boxed and on a palet. A connection came loose during shipping, but Mike helped me track it down. If you're going to buy pinball machines and ship them across country this kind of thing happens. As I mentioned to Mike, it happened on two brand new Stern machines I bought straight off the factory floor from a June (2022) production run.
