I’ve been waiting on this title for years and now it’s finally sitting in my game room. This is the best looking LE since ST. Mirrored back glass is second to none. The cabinet graphics are amazing with the shimmer metallic finish. The asset integration is the best in pinball. Unbelievably well done at this early stage. You’d have to play 20+ games till you heard a repeat end of ball sequence. The shots and gameplay are what really shine though. Great flow with decent ball times. The upper playfield is tuff but very satisfying when you nail one of the shots. Plenty of modes and multiballs keep you wanting to hit that start button again and again. 3d video mode is a really cool addition as well. Elwin and the team hit this one out of the park with one of the most iconic titles out there. Move over Godzilla. You’ve got some company on the way.

Gemini is my 3rd EM and it is a really fun and challenging pin. The art package is amazing. I believe this is one of the last Gottliebs to be produced and it doesn’t disappoint. Not sure why people give a low rating to sounds. Games of this era were obviously all chimes and to me the nostalgia of it is great. The layout is perfect imo. Lots of drops and challenging angles to hit. The rules are pretty unique and don’t get tiresome. As someone stated before it does play particularly fast for an EM. I was lucky enough to get an original fully restored. To me it’s a piece of playable art. Can’t imagine there are many out in the wild or in personal collections for that matter so if you get a chance to play one I highly recommend it. If you want to own one be prepared to pay around $10k. Worth it? I’ll let you decide.

To rate a game on price and an art package is completely absurd. Reading these rating comments this seem to be the main reasons why this game isn’t rated higher. Last time I checked you don’t play the art. The game is an Elwin masterpiece imo. A lot of people won’t like that it’s single level but that’s the beauty of it. Old school with a modern twist. Its the type of game you can walk up to and just start flipping and have a blast without worrying about “how” To play it. The game shoots incredibly well. The layout offers very nice flow aka the 5 spinner bonus. So many things to accomplish and not impossible to do so.The sound package is awesome being able to change them up pre or mid game with the QR code. If you don’t like reels you’re obviously not in tune where pinball has come from. Very cool that way they integrated them. The rules are deep to keep the most hardcore player engaged yet a first timer can step up and have fun playing which in itself is a challenging thing to do these days. Oh did I mention the topper. WOW!! It interacts so well with the game. Even people who don’t like toppers are into this one. The theme is timeless and being a Bond fan I don’t see this one leaving my collection.

What can I say. This is my second EM and I’m loving it. This one has it all. Roll overs, drops, kick out hole and a killer center spinner. The back glass is absolutely beautiful. I was lucky enough to get one that was a Gottliebs executives personal game. It’s spectacular and plays flawlessly. A very fun game to shoot and you can use a few different strategies to maximize points. Did I mention the center spinner. Sooo cool! Very fun to shoot or just turn it on and bask in its glory. Definitely more challenging than my C37 but that’s okay. Love that’s it’s two player. So many different things to accomplish it will keep you coming back for more. Surfer is really the whole package. If you can find a nice one grab it and enjoy it.

I finally added a completely restored C37 to my collection and it did not disappoint. I really can’t find one bad thing to write about the game. One of the best looking EM’s out there. Extremely fun to shoot and work towards raising the temperature ribbon. Many said the D left outer orbit is all luck but I can hit it pretty consistently from the right flipper. Tough shot but very satisfying. This game is a solid 10/10 for me. I’m absolutely loving it as my first EM. Definitely not my last.

Anyone who says this is a “big box of lights “ at this point just doesn’t get the evolution of a pinball title. On theme alone my Thunderball LE is a 10. Classic Connery Bond is by far the best choice for a Bond themed pin. The shot geometry is pretty incredible on this one. Multiple possibilities for different shots off each flipper. I’ve even banked a few multiple times which means to me it was intended. The overall look of the LE is stunning. Best art package out of the three titles. Anyone who is “sick” of the Bond song just isn’t a real Bond fan. Never gets old imo. There is plenty and I mean plenty to keep you busy with modes and multiballs as the code matures which is the fun of owning a nib pin. The toys are awesome and Bond on a wand has the potential to be epic with proper implementation. It’s very tiresome to hear people bash the game for the most trivial things. George Gomez hit this one out of the park. The guy is an incredible designer and it shows. The code as always will come around and I believe will make this a top 10 game. Pinside needs to have some patience as coding is not easy in the slightest bit. Let the guys work their magic. It will all be worth it in the end.

Edit: With the latest code update 10/10 for me. This game is becoming epic. TBC!

I’m not really sure all the dislike this game gets. People judging locations games that don’t play properly is a problem for me and doesn’t warrant a low rating on any table. I’ve wanted one forever and finally got my hands on a nice one. This is just a really fun game to play. There’s plenty of objectives to keep you motivated. Cow and chase multis are fun to achieve but the 3 and 5 ball tornado multis are freak’n cool. Not sure about peoples complaints of balls hitting the glass. I don’t have that on mine. I’m probably biased a bit because Twister is a favorite movie of mine so the character callouts are awesome for me and yes even everybody underground now is completely fine in my book. The fan integration is pretty cool as well. Overall this is just a really fun game to play with a great shot layout and enough challenges to keep things interesting everytime I step up to it. I’ve got no regrets purchasing this title. She’ll be a keeper for me.

Man I couldn’t wait to get this game and it didn’t disappoint. What a unique layout spooky has created. Innovative design for sure. The music and lights get you’re heart pumping and you’re anxiety going. So fun to try and complete the modes. Callouts are great and gameplay is very fun. Keeps me coming back for more. I can’t see this one leaving my collection at any point. Get one and you won’t be disappointed.

So glad a Creature finally made it into my collection. Finally playing one that is in pristine condition makes such a huge difference. Totally accessible to any skill level. Great shots with amazing flow. The theme is incredible and the art package is so cool. I can’t believe it took this long to make it into my collection. I highly doubt it will ever leave. Go find one to play and enjoy!

Didn’t realize how great this title was till I found one
to play. Bought it immediately after. Classic call outs by Clint. You can’t beat the magnum gun shooter. Really fun game to shoot and progress. I was on the fence on this one but now that it’s in my collection it’s not going anywhere. Deserves to be rated much higher then its current rank. Do you feel lucky?? Well do ya..punk!

If I could only have one pin this would be it. Best theme out there imo. Shoots like butter. Upper playfield challenging but totally doable. I mean it’s got a Brunswick bowling alley lower playfield!!! Carpet modes are great and challenging. I’ve been playing this one on-site till mine arrives!!! Cannot wait to add this to my collection. Lotta ins…lotta outs. The dude abides!!
Edit: Picked up my TBL today and I gotta say I’m blown away with the build quality. Even the glass feels substantial. Playing error free so far. This game was definitely worth the 13 month wait. Can’t believe it’s actually in my home. Order this title while you can. You won’t be disappointed.

After wanting xenon for awhile I finally added one to my collection. What a fun game to shoot. The voice technology is pretty awesome for the year it was released. Multiball is a blast to achieve. The sounds buildup keeps you’re blood pumping as they increase to a frenzy. Backglass and Playfield art are truly one of a kind. It’s almost like you’re having “relations” with the machine. Lmao!! Go get one and see what Xenon is all about. “Try tube shot”

Finally this table is in my collection. You can’t beat the classic Williams. Hands down the funnest pin out there. Call outs are second to none. Shots are both challenging and rewarding. Monster Mosh Pit is bad ass and Monster Bash is fairly attainable. LED’d over incandescent makes the Playfield pops. Did I mention the call outs!!! Mummy and Frank crack me up every time. I can see why this game is regularly in the number two spot on the top 100. I would consider it number one. Find it,play it, own it.

After a year of going back and forth on this table I finally pulled the trigger and grabbed my buddies HUO STLE from him. What a fun game to play. This LE has to be one of Sterns best offerings with the mirrored bg,powder coating, laser side armor and led badges this is truly a visually stunning machine. Gameplay encompasses the two movies perfectly. So many great shots to be had. Warp ramp can get the ball moving with multiple shots. The light show is mesmerizing at times. Toys are great and very well done. A super solid shooter that with some work you can progress through the modes and have a ton of fun with this pin. While I was on the fence adding this one to my collection it may never leave. “Live long and prosper”

I’ve waited many years for this title and finally it’s in my collection. What a fun classic Stern to play. Three spinners rip. The shots are all very satisfying. Winding up the star wheel is amazing. It has the best sound effects of any early Stern. The backglass and art are phenomenal. The half round ball return by the flippers is very unique. I can see why this is considered the grail of early pins. I highly suggest you seek one out and add it to you’re collection. Definitely worth the wait.... and price.

Cybernaut to me is one of the most underrated pins out there. Seeing as they only made 900 many probably have not had the opportunity to play this machine but i highly recommend you do. The rule set while basic is fun and challenging. Crank up the back legs and it makes all the difference. Opening the gates and hitting that tube shot is very satisfying and adds an extra element to the game that makes it really fun and rewarding. What sets this game apart from the other tube games is the sounds. That pulsating Ion generator effect is hands down the coolest thing I've ever heard and keeps me coming back again and again. completing it while it intensifies is so unique. The artwork and back glass has the perfect 80's feel to it. While most will think this game is boring i find it really fun and challenging to complete all the criteria the game has to offer. Seek one out and give it a try so we can get it on the top 100 and you can see for yourself just how fun a basic pin can be.

I can’t believe I went this long without owning a WOZ. I acquired a Emerald City Limited Edition with the upgraded boards and super low plays. This game is visually stunning. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more beautiful pin. From the artwork to the apron to the led light sequences this game is incredible. Gameplay is fun and keeps me wanting to play over and over. The more you play the more you understand the rules and what you need to do. Not a really high scoring game but really fun and challenging. The mini playfields are a great touch and the different modes are really fun to play. Some people think this game is like chopping wood but I’m not getting that thus far. I would highly recommend locating one of these pins. To me it’s a really fun pin to play and an even better one to just marvel at what Jersey Jack has accomplished with this title. Follow the yellow brick road to the WOZ ECLE. You won’t be disappointed. Just make sure it has the 7.5 volt boards or upgrade to the 2.0.

Played this game a few times and now finally own it. What a mistake not getting this pin sooner. The layout and shots are great. So many ways to play this game wether going for high scoring or trying to get to the final showdown it’s a fun ride. The call outs are fantastic. Granted the movie was mediocre at best this pin excels in all aspects. The light show for an early 90’s pin is awesome. The Sanctum ball lock may be the coolest lock out there. Video modes and the upper battlefield really round out this game. I figured this may be a pin I get and play for awhile and move on but I will have a hard time moving this one out of my collection. Oh almost forgot. You need to find Aurich‘ s alternative translite and speaker panel. It’s incredible and a must have.

This game is not yet in my collection but I’ve played it many times and can’t wait till it is. Fast and furious shot making are the norm in this pin. The call outs are absolutely phenomenal. Owning a premium or LE is a must as the ectogoggles and interactive slimer are worth the few extra thousand. Pretty tuff one to advance but I’m always up for the challenge. The artwork is really great. Love the mixed up flipper mode. I’m in the process of trying to pry this pin out of my buddies hands and hopefully soon he’ll give in to my pleas and sell me one of the best themed pin out there. “I ain’t afraid a no ghost”
***Update***
My buddy finally broke down. It’s mine with Ecto1 topper. After about 50 plays I realize now this pin is damn near perfect. What a blast ! Storage Facility multi all is by far one of the best out there. The art package and callouts are top notch. It took me along time to get this one and it’s never leaving.

This pin should be top 100 on artwork alone. Has to be one of the best looking old school pins out there. I had mine brought back to life by a couple of fellow Pinsiders and man does it look and play amazing. I mean it’s obviously classic game play not like the ultra fast play of the newer pins but that’s why I have it. 1978 pinball at its finest. Do yourself a favor and add softlight pink LED’s to the playfield. Really makes it pop. I love the old school feel and sound of it. The grotto shot when it’s all full is an awesome feeling especially hitting it around the right orbit. Gameplay is a bit lackadaisical but if you don’t hit your shots correctly and think ahead for your next shot those outlanes are drain monsters even with the posts moved all the way back. All in all just owning this pin to look at and admire is worth the price of admission but the classic gameplay keeps me coming back time and time again.

Growing up Tron was one of my favorite movies and when Tron Legacy came out a pin was inevitable. Shot layouts are silky smooth. Upgrading to LED’s is a must. Modding this one out is a blast. Lightcycles, mini cab,Flynn’s sign, lighted ramps and if you can find her....Gem figure are all musts in my book. Advancing through the mods fly by and every aspect of the gameplay is enjoyable. Def get cliffys for both ramps. I found out the hard way with my left ramp entrance. Obliterated. Mini cab 3.1 is the best mod around. Sometime I find myself watching the game play more then where my ball is at. Only draw back is the Zues call outs. Didn’t like him in the movie and I feel the same way about him with the pin. This is definitely a solid title that I’ve wanted for a long time and finally have in my collection.
Edit:
I sold my original and just recently acquired another. Such a fantastic pin. It won’t be leaving my collection again. It’s got the Eli ramp lighting mod. WOW!! Freaking incredible. Put some custom movie/music code on and it can’t be beat. Flipper Fidelity speaker upgrades and an external sub are must haves. Bio digital jazz man!!

I loved this game so much playing it out I decided to buy a HUO premium for myself. You cannot beat the songs of Metallica blasting while you blast little silver balls all over the playfield. Layout is spot on with lots of great shot making to be had. That war hammer smashing balls into the coffin is soooo freaking cool. I can’t wait to pick up my premium this weekend and and take it for a test drive. This may never leave my collection....ever!

This title should def be higher then its current rank. You can’t get anymore classic then Star Wars. Plays very fast. Hyperspace is one of the coolest features followed closely by lightsaber duel. You definitely have to hone in your shot making as that DeathStar shot is extremely difficult but doable. Gameplay keeps me coming back for more. Just installed the R2D2 topper and that alone should boost this pins ranking. May the force be with you.....always.

I’ve gotta say I don’t know what all the negativity is about this pin. If your not a fan of the Stranger Things series I could possibly see not loving this title but as an avid fan of the series I think it’s spot on. No issues with Demagorg shot whatsoever. Can hit it consistently from both flippers. I don’t think I’ve seen anything from a pin as cool as the UV upside mode. Really incredible. I can see where people would be bent it’s not standard on every model. Really spectacular especially playing in the dark. No issues with call outs at all. Hopper is spot on just like he is in the show. The TK multi ball took a little tweaking to tune it in but once it’s dialed it’s pretty consistent. Code keeps getting better and better. Really fun to complete missions and very rewarding feeling when you accomplish them. In attract mode it would be nice to see more animations on the ramps but it’s not a deal breaker for me. Hoping Stern incorporates season 3 at some point with upcoming code releases. All in all I think it’s a fantastic pin that keeps me coming back for more. It will be in my collection for a long time.
