I've been playing video games and pinball since the late 1970's. In my youth, I was a champion video gamer, winning the following competitions:
1. 1995 Blockbuster Store Champion (Donkey Kong Country).
2. Defeated an editor of EGM magazine at MKII on the SNES X-Band network.
3. Doom 64 game-launch 2-time champion (tournament in Texas).
4. Doom 64 "Hectic" champion (Twin Galaxies contest).
5. Undisputed record holder for all race tracks in SSX and SSX Tricky back in the 2001-2002 PS2 era. This lead to me getting flown out to EA-Canada to play-test SSX 3, which went on to include a snowboard I designed for the PS2 version.
I've owned several arcade machines in the past, but this year (2013) I got the bug to buy my first pinball machine. I found a technician selling Rocky & Bullwinkle pinball, and I purchased it for $1500. I've since been restoring it to new condition and replacing the filament bulbs with LEDs (tastefully I might add). The game plays great, and my current high score is close to 600 million using 3-balls plus a hard limit of one extra earnable ball.

Welcome to pinside! I have never been a big video gamer but I will say your gamesmanship appears very impressive.
