Early pinball life

I grew up in Winter Park Florida and currently live in Central Florida (Eustis). I've always enjoyed playing pinball but haven't played too many SS games. I like pinball machines with scoring reels, chimes and bells and not the ones with speakers. The big turning point was when I went to an arcade and there was that one annoying machine screaming "I am Gorgar". I've hated machines like that ever since. I sorta stopped going to arcades since pinball was different and video games began taking over.

The summer of 1975 was a pinball summer for me. It dominated it. There was Sunshine Playland in Winter Park as well as Tilt at the Winter Park mall. I was only 14 at the time and it was a memorable time for me. The top game for me and my friends was Wizard! I own 2 and am having one restored. I can vaguely remember Atlantis since it was unique in its backglass I own that one too. Hi Lo Ace is the one last machine I can remember playing extensively and that was played at Beefy King at the corner of Fairbanks and Park Avenue in Winter Park.
