Amazing game. Truly set a new bar for theme integration and lighting. Nothing comes even close. Layout isn’t for everyone but I find it quite smooth and fun to shoot. I’ve not had any issues with playfield quality or broken parts in about 8 months of ownership.

All time great for a reason. People ALWAYS go back to this one. In spite of the high production numbers this is always hard to find.

Best Data East period. So fun to shoot, if you are. Fan of the band this is a must have. Lots of shots and objectives for the era, one of John Borgs best even considering everything modern. Perfectly executed theme integration.

This is one of my favorite system 11 games. Lots to shoot for here! Great music and sound for the era. Can get a bit too easy if you are Dialed in on your shots but has that “one more game” feeling for me.

Slightly repetitive but super fun game. Like all JPOP games, amazing and satisfying shot layouts.

This is a top 10 pin. Period. It absolutely NAILS what pinball is supposed to be. Amazing unique layout, vibrant color and light show, innovation and originality, approachability. The theme isn’t for everyone I keep hearing but to me this game is so fun, so unique and special that the theme just fits. It’s a crowd pleaser too. This is JPOPs best and has cemented it’s place in pinball history. So much more interesting than the usual top games. Give me this over the “holy trinity” of MB, MM or AFM any day. All three of those are great but aside from theme not unique. CV falls in uniqueness category with stuff like SafeCracker, banzai run, etc. one of a kind!! Do not overlook this game because of theme. It’s one of the best.

Well I now own one of these amazing machines and it still holds up. Three years after I first played it one arrived at my home new in box after being on the waitlist with Cointaker. I had to do some minor tweaking to get the game dialed in but nothing overly complex or frustrating. The build quality is better than any other current manufacturer aside from JJP. The gameplay is smooth, fun, not brutal but not easy. The code at .51 feels more than flushed out to keep me coming back for a long time to come. Would I like to see more on code? Of course, yes but this game is easily as deep as any B/W game ever made and deeper than the likes of games like Munsters. The code and objectives are straightforward enough and feel familiar from other great games like AFM and MM in terms of what you shoot at and how many times, etc. The car modes are icing the cake. The bowling alley is one of the best toys ever made and just a site to behold while playing. Well worth the wait, well worth the $12.5k. I suggest to anyone with an interest in the film to get on the list immediately and line up your funds. The call from cointaker might come quicker than you think these days.

JPop's best. such a loaded game! The fireball magnet toy sometimes works/sometimes doesn't...seems hard to keep that working right. If this came out in modern day if would be a JJP title....way to much packed in to satisfy Stern bean-counters.

The layout is fantastic, one of the top 3 of the era for me. Sounds are just ok. It is a bit simple and shallow as far as code goes but it probably only feels more noticeable to that end since the layout and mechanics are so jam packed and varied.

One of the best games of the era. Beautiful cabinet, one of the best backglasses ever made. Amazing theme integration and toys. I could play this one all day long. Sound/jokes get a little repetitive but that's a small knock on this one. The shots are silky smooth, great layout. This one is on my wishlist for sure!

I don't get the hype. Shots are too tight, way to many SDTM shots and too much chaos with very little chance to gain ball control. Theme is well integrated but does nothing for me. I just cant get into this one.

One of the best. What to say that hasn’t been said? I hope to own one of my own someday!

One of the most underrated games I’ve played or owned! Some of the best theme integration for any game of its era and beyond. Shots feel great - game is overall reminiscent of monster bash in all the right ways. One of the best values out there in the 4,000$ range. It has the layout and function and fun factor of games double it’s current price.

Game suffers on theme and art but this is a GREAT theme integration. Sort of like Baywatch...fantastic THEME INTEGRATION, not so great theme. I love the multiball start, that just never gets old with the spinning disc and magnet. Pretty simple game but when its playing well and working 100% its a super fast fun game! I would buy this one again if a deal came across my radar. One of the pins I miss playing the most that I have owned...I don't miss LOOKING AT IT (pretty bad translight - is there an alternate?) but its a really fun game.

Biggest complaint is the flakey ball lock trough in the canister. That roll over switch mat thing was a terrible concept that barely works and is expensive to replace. They should have just used a standard trough with actual microswitches. That trough can be a maintenance headache for sure.

Great quirky game, love the switch back ramps - so much fun to hit in a rhythm. One of the best toppers ever. A repetitive game but a very fun one. Better in a larger line up. I am updating my rating on this one. Really hooked on the gameplay of this. Very straightforward game that is really high on the “just one more game!!” scale for me.

Can’t stop playing this game!! What an amazing technological feat all around. Plays super smooth. Shots feel great, does not get old. Revised rating based on jump from 2.01 - 2.96. This pin is probably the best value on the market today. What amazing work JJP has done polishing the code on this one. Their best LCD work to date. The new code much better explains and balances the rules and the objectives. love this pin!!

Extremely fun game - easily one of Data East top 3 pins ever. Very well rounded especially with the newest code! Great layout with lots of variation and shots. an amazing value in pinball right now. There are ALOT worse games from Bally Williams and Stern presently selling for nearly double the going rate of a Jurassic Park. Also looks fantastic with ColorDMD.

One of the greatest themes in pinball history. The backglass and playfield art are fantastic for the era (in spite of no MJ Fox). The gameplay is very simple, yes AND not deep at all. It is not a game you go to if you want a deep experience but as far as a fun machine with a fantastic theme at a decent price, its a keeper. Not many around all things considered. Getting rarer all the time.

The best Star Wars game to date. LED the thing, give it the current home ROM, and pinsound and it's incredible. It's a bargain at current pricing and should only go up. For its day the amount of modes, shots, goals is crazy high. Theme integration at its finest.

Fantastic theme and art ruined by a ridiculously wide flipper gap, cheap drains and not great code.

Arguably the greatest game with a garbage theme. JPOP is a crook but the very fact this game exists and is such a great playing game is testament to his creativity and talent. With a better then this game would be as much $$ as all his other games

Great game layout, cannon is a bit repetitive and extremely easy to master the timing. Machine holds up really well, satisfying ramp shots, cabinet art is so-so. translight is really nice especially when tastefully backlit. very straightforward ruleset that does get stale in a small collection but the theme is fantastic for the era.

Just cant get into this one. Too floaty, too much going on. The cannon wasn't that great on T2 and the need to put two of them on this game doesn't make sense to me. just not that much fun

Premium is the best of the bunch. Period. Love the upper playfield and the additional strategy that comes with it. Had this for about a year and really enjoyed it. As a fan of the source content it is even better! Super fast game, sometimes too fast but in a home environment that frustration just makes you want to play more.

A true classic. I owned an original and really enjoyed it but it does get a little stale after awhile. I have a small collection so this had to go back out the door but I do miss it. Shots felt great, strobe effect was awesome (and something the remake dropped the ball on frankly), the theme is one of the best ever.

Very underrated game!! I just rewatched the movie and it is really amazing how much theme integration is in this game. After rewatching the movie I picked up on so many more references in the artwork, callouts, animations, etc. The claw is obviously easy to exploit everyone knows that so sure, the code has some issues from a strategy and scoring perspective. The shots feel GREAT. Lots of great ramp shots and loops. This is easily one of the fastest playing wide body games of the SuperPin family. The sound on this game is fantastic. It feels like no expense was spared on this one. I cant believe these are still selling as cheaply as they are. My only gripes would be that they are quite a chore to shop out. So many parts on the playfield to remove!! If you can force yourself not to exploit the claw / lock freeze thing the game is really a lot of fun and can offer a really deep experience.

Amazing game! Not much to say that hasn't already been said. This game is top 3 overall and top 2 ever made by stern in my opinion. Excellent layout and flow, perfect implementation of theme, great challenge, about as near perfect as a game can get
