I REALLY love this theme. I'm a big Bond fan. I actually enjoy the artwork and playfield. The backglass could be better on the pro. The code right now (3/6/2023) is just not good, however. I genuinely hope it will be improved. I would love to buy this game...but I just can't with its lack of code. My other issue with it is the rocket toy. It just seems like they really dropped the ball on that. I feel that just about anything else would've been better.

I haven't had this much theme to gameplay disappointment since Star Wars.

This is one of the best playing EMs ever. There is everything you could ask for in an EM; that 'one more play' feel to it, tough to master, great artwork, well built, intuitive rules, and it is a PHENOMENAL shooter (amongst the best of any EM pin).

The price on this is criminally low, so go try to find one before more people discover it!

This game really checks all the boxes: It has phenomenal artwork, lots to shoot for, it's challenging yet not overly complicated, it has a great rule set, built like a tank, and there is simply that "one more game" aspect to it.

Now the bad. Good luck ever finding one. They are ridiculously rare. Ken Head (one of the premier EM restorers in the world) did an official run of 28. If you can find one to play, you will very likely want to buy it, and then it will be extremely difficult to purchase one from an owner.

As far as gameplay goes, there is a mirrored playfield...which means you had better be equally good with both flippers (most people aren't). You need to plunge very precisely because lanes 1 and 4 can definitely go SDTM. You then want to take down all the drop targets (10 total) and then the bullseye to reset them. Again, this can lead to a ball return SDTM. The pop bumpers towards the bottom are a double-edged sword. One one hand, you can nudge and shift to use the top sides to help with drop targets...on the other hand, the bottom sides can easily drain you.

YOU. HAVE. TO. HAVE. EXPERT. NUDGING. SKILLS.
This game will absolutely brutalize you if your nudging skills aren't on point. This is the perfect game to learn on, yet it would challenge even the best tournament players.

Great game, and possibly the best EM ever made.

The Good:

This game is far better than I thought it would be. I enjoyed the shots, call-outs, and lighting. It was fun to play. There are some satisfying shots. The ramp was fun as was the pop up Jessie. If you are familiar with the movies or watched them with kids/grandkids...there will likely be some nostalgia.

The Bad:

I am ambivalent on the theme. It isn't one I really gravitate to in regards to what I would want in my collection, but I have 3 kids...so I am very familiar with the movies, and they are good...so I would very likely play it on location or at a show.

The Ugly:

I don't understand the point of the ipad device in the upper left corner. It seems like a waste.
It would have been much better if it included all the TS movies. TS 4 is a good movie, but easily the worst of the bunch.

The figurine toys are cheap looking. On a $12,000 machine, they should simply be better.

Final thoughts:

I can understand why this pin is so polarizing. It is fun and has a nostalgic theme, but the exorbitant price and cheapening of the quality really makes it a "no-go" for me. I think it would be good on location, but the price will put a damper on it for ops. Since there are so many better pins for cheaper, I can't see it in as many home collections as what JJP would hope for. Ultimately, I see this game as a BIG step back for jersey Jack, which is unfortunate.

This game is CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED. It is easily a top 10 EM of all time...and likely the best value in all of pinball.

Everyone wants drop targets in games of this era...it has 15. Check.
Pinballers always want cool artwork and quirky themes in EMs. This is one of the best ever. Check, check.
People like difficult games that are hard to master, addicting to play, but not overly complicated for houseguests to pick up. Check, check, check.

Oh yea...it's also the most desirable maker of the era... Gottlieb...which means it has great parts and is easy to work on.

They made a TON of these due to it's popularity...along with other pins with the same layout (El dorado, solar city, and Canada dry). The theme and gameplay of target alpha are the best of the bunch, however. Coupled with the fact that it is 4 player...which makes it more tournament and party room friendly. It also has stand up targets, rollovers, a plunger skill shot, phenomenally placed pop bumpers, 4 flippers, and 2 large rows of drop targets.

At around $1200...you simply can't beat the value. Heck...toppers cost more than that these days!

This is a very ambitious game. There are a lot of great factors working for it. I like the theme, toys/gimmicks, lighting, videos, and call-outs...but this code really needs to improve. This game has so much potential, but it is very frustrating as it is truly incomplete.

I may adjust my rating later, but as of now...I recommend holding off until updates are in.

This pin is MUCH better than I expected. I guess I would say that the total is better than the sum of its parts. There are plenty of shots, good lighting, fair gameplay, and good music (if you like Rush... obviously). If I had one complaint, it would be the lack of originality. I have to say that the pin is certainly fun, but there is no WOW factor for me. I don't mean this to be disparaging, because it is a fun game. It just doesn't have that "it" factor for me.

If you are a RUSH fan, it is a must-buy. If you like music pins...give it a shot. If you are looking for a "world-beater" pin...keep looking

This is a very fun game with a really nice lay out and awesome art. It suffers from the lack of music/sounds, mostly like other pins from it's era. I think it is one of the best of it's time, but I would put a couple of others ahead of it.
All in all, it is a fun pin and worthy of most collections. If you are a superhero or superman fan in general...it's a "must have."

I enjoyed it, but I was left wanting more from this pin. In all fairness, I have only played the pro. Perhaps the premium or LE will offer more of what I'm looking for down the line.
I'm a big Star Wars and Mandalorian fan, but this pin just didn't reach out to me in the way some other recent Stern titles like JP and AIQ did.

I liked it, but didn't fall in love like I was hoping to.

This is the best game most people will never play. It is just so unique and intriguing. If I could buy it, I would. The best anyone can really hope for is playing it in Las Vegas at the Pinball Hall of Fame Museum. I put a lot of time on it, and I highly recommend any pinballer do the same.
7.416/10

The good: There are a whole lot of shots in this pin. You aren't going to get bored anytime soon.
The lighting a excellent. Stern has really been knocking pin lights out of the park lately. All 3 have fantastic lighting.
The toys/gimmicks are top notch. Lots of wireforms, ramps, a subway, great ball lock mech, and more.
The fights are lots of fun and the animations are phenomenal.
The code is great already and will only get better.

The bad: The music and sounds are repetitive. Bad might be a bit harsh, but they weren't overly enjoyable...and they were repetitive.

The ugly: This is just not a theme that resonates with me. Quite frankly, I am sick of superhero movies and pins. The artwork, call outs, sounds, and overall theme just don't interest me. Would I play it on location? Absolutely. Would I buy it for my game room? I don't see that ever happening.

Final thought: This is the best superhero pin ever. There is lots to do, and it is very fun. Other than Jurassic park, iron maiden, and *perhaps* Elvira house of horrors...this is the best stern pin that has come out in years. The theme just doesn't jive well with me, but if it is your style...it is a MUST BUY.

It was the first dmd, but behind that it doesn't hold any special significance for me. I'm not big into theme, but it is absolutely loaded with artwork and checkered flags. It has drops, pops, and ramps...but it just seems to wash away in the sea of DMD titles.

If you need a car game, I suggest getting High Speed. It is a better game, costs less, and is built tougher.

This pin really doesn't do it for me. Don't get me wrong...it is a pinball machine, so I would play it, but there are just SO many better games out there. I think it would only appeal to a newer collector or someone who just absolutely loves the theme.

This is a classic game with tons of appeal. The artwork is fantastic. I think it is priced a bit high, but hey...to each their own. Play it if you get a chance.

This is a very rare game, and additionally there are reportedly very few survivors left.
It has the classic Christian Marche artwork that collectors go crazy for. I love the look of this game. It is a prospecting theme...so it is quirky and desirable.
There are some incredibly interesting standup targets that trigger slot machine reels. It's just a really cool toy that is lots of fun. Add in an up-post between flippers, 5 pop bumpers, 3 kickout holes, and a really unique gap between the flipper and adjacent slingshot disallowing cradling the ball with an energized flipper.

There is good reason for this pin to be so sought after. If you come across one, I definitely recommend picking it up.

Beautiful artwork and that Classic stern charm are my favorites attributes of this pin. Many Drop targets and spinners add to the fun. My only complaint is the sounds/music. It is pretty poor. Other than that, it is a rare and valuable game that's fun to play.

I love sci-fi movies, so I'm a bit nostalgic in that area, but Waterworld just doesn't do it for me. It's not necessarily a bad pin, but the fun factor isn't there. If it's a first pin or a "room-filler, " I understand...but I don't think many serious collectors would find it to be a keeper.
8.487/10

Just an all-around fun game. Deservedly a top EM of all-time. Interesting theme, bright colors, good lighting, fun rules and shots, and the rising thermometer in the BG put this one over the top!
8.700/10

Very fun game. Incredibly well lit, lots of toys, great music and call outs, plenty of shots, and amazing animations. It really has a lot going for it. I like the turtles, but I wish it was based on the movies or the graphic comics instead of the Nickelodeon turtles. This is nit-picking a bit, I know.

I also find it a bit strange that multi-ball is so easy to achieve. I enjoy it, but it just seems that it should take more effort.

Besides those 2 small things, this game is near perfect. I'm sure it will do well in a home lineup or on location.
9.642/10

There weren't a lot of these made, and these often we're routed to death. Exceptional copies are extremely hard to find.
The flow on this game is incredible...one of the very best.

There are some interesting scoring discrepancies, but nothing outlandish.
If you like old-school charm, Harleys, and flow...this is your game.

This is a very fun game with LOTS going for it. Theme, artwork, ramps, drops, upper PF, etc. I only assume it isn't higher rated because they made so few of them...many people simply haven't played it.

I'm not exactly sure how many they made, but they seem to be extremely rare. They also don't make any parts for it, not can you find them. It is an OK game, but there are certainly better options at the price point. Ownership just doesn't make sense unless you just LOVE rarity in your collection.
6.908/10

Extremely rare. So much so, that I would say the value just isn't there unless you are a very serious collector. This pin is fun, but not more so than the 2 NIB pins you could have at the same cost.

Great example of an early 80s mirrored PF game. The artwork is GREAT, and it's just plain fun to play. If you come across the EM version, find a way to buy it.

It is a fun game with a good theme, but I don't think it would last in a home collection. If you love the Simpsons, the simpsons pinball party is the way to go.

The art sucks, but everything else is pure goodness. This has lots of shots and non-stop fun. It is a criminally underrated game that I'm sure will go up once enough people figure out how truly great it is.

The artwork is certainly odd, but the gameplay is good. It's not my favorite playing card themed game, but the market price is certainly appealing for newer collectors or someone looking for a rotator game.

Im conflicted on the pin. The theme just isn't for me. The tech, however, is definitely next level. For some reason, it just doesn't have a play/feel that I can get into. In all fairness, I have never owned one. Maybe it is an acquired taste. I have played it quite a bit, however, and something just didn't mesh for me.
6.800/10

It feels very mediocre to me. Other than the launch laps, there is nothing that really sticks out. Not bad...but not really noteworthy. I am not a nascar guy, though, so that may make a difference.

They are pretty cheap compared to other pins of the era, so you could check it out on the cheap if you think you would like it.

The artwork is great! The gameplay is fun but very different...so it would go well in a lot of collections. I think it is underrated.
6.614/10

This pin really has a lot going for it at the price point. It just falls into the "starter pin" category because there are a lot of better pins to be found (even in it's own era), and it doesn't have anything special to separate itself. Not bad for the price, though.

Neat little early 90s game. It has a fun and quirky type of feel. It is different enough that I feel it would work in a medium to large collection.
It isn't super challenging, but it is unique enough to hold your attention.
6.800/10

This pin is nice for a trip down nostalgia lane, but the depth just isn't there. As such, I don't think it would be the best choice for a smaller home collection. There are several better pins from the era, at the same price point, and even from the same maker.
6.537/10

I really enjoy early Bally SS pins, but this isn't my favorite. Im not very interested in the theme and the sounds are not great...even for the era. It plays slowly as well. I do really enjoy the backglass, however.

I really like the artwork and look of the pin, but the gameplay is so-so at best. The price point is so screaming high due to the rarity, only the hard core collectors really go for it.
6.960/10

This is really a fun game. It just screams "80s" to me, so I'm a bit nostalgic. The artwork is great, spinner is fun, and I like the 80s sounds.

It is a pretty basic ruleset, but it takes a bit of work to get through it, so it has you coming back for more.
6.908/10

Dr. dude has that early 90s feel to it with the artwork, call outs, and music. That totally works for me, dude!
It is funky and original, like most system 11s. These pins have a big fan base for a reason.

It can be a drain monster, though it is a fairly simple game. It just gives it that 'play again' appeal.

These are very rare, so they tend to be forgotten, but I think it is be if the better system 11 games. It has lots of shots and killer artwork. They are basically impossible to find in the wild, but if you are considering buying one...don't hesitate.

I will preface this by saying that cocktail pinballs aren't my favorite...however, if you are putting one in your collection, I would recommend this one. It has a real 80s dance club/miami vice feel to it. The sounds are very good.

It also has a multi ball. Very, very few other cocktail pins can say that.

These can be found incredibly cheap, so if you are looking for one, you finally found something in the hobby that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Congrats!

This a really a fun, albeit overlooked, pinball. The artwork is cheesy 80s (though, that works for me). There are several shots to go for, lots of ramps/wireforms and a great light show.
This is really an underrated pin, especially for one they made so few of.

This pin definitely puts a smile on my face. I find the Shrek movies amusing, so that certainly helps. The gameplay is fun too. It is an all-around solid pin, but there weren't many made, so you better start looking if you want one.

I really enjoy the 80s artwork/sounds/cheesiness...which boosts my rating a bit. The spinners are fun, and I like the retro feel of it, but it really isn't anything innovative. I think it would be fine in a newbie collection, but seasoned collectors wouldn't play it much.
6.800/10

The theme and artwork aren't my favorite, but it is a lower priced system 11 game, which means there is lots of value to it.

Lots of ramps in this one. I enjoy the flow. The RPG is very cool and the call outs are fun as well. I'm not sure if I like it better or T2, but if you are an Arnold fan...why not get both?

I love the spooky theme and unique artwork. The toys are just so interesting. They make me smile. The gameplay is fun, but nothing groundbreaking. It would be nice to have it as an example from the era in a medium or larger collection.

This is a very rare machine and also quite polarizing. I enjoy some rob zombie music, so I am more keen on it than most...but I will be the first to admit that I have played it on 2 different machines and came away with very different perceptions. It absolutely needs some fine tuning to be enjoyable.

As many others have noted...the artwork is stunning. One of the very best in all of pinball. The gameplay is just so-so, however. There aren't many shots, the rules aren't deep, and it doesn't play very fast. I wouldn't suggest owning it unless you are a newer collector, have a big nostalgic connection, or get it for REALLY cheap.

Great toys, shots, sounds, multiball, and artwork make this pin a LOT of bang for the buck. I only assume it has stayed low because it is a data east. News flash: data east put out some KILLER pins. Get them before they skyrocket.

This pin is really just "OK" for me. It doesn't really have anything innovative on it. There also isn't that 'just one more time' feel for me. It's not bad...I just feel there are better options for home use (AIQ, perhaps?)

Once again, another underrated DE pin. The artwork is absolutely breath-taking. There is just so much packed into every corner. I love the theme. The sounds and callouts are very good. It isn't a very deep pin, so that is a drawback for some...but every pin doesn't have to be super deep.

This would be great for a 5+ pin collection.

It has a lot of historical significance being the first talking pin, and it is okay for gameplay, but I don't care for the theme. So much so that I would never want to own one.

Cheap toys and lackluster design have done this pin in. It isn't bad by a long shot, but there are certainly better pins for the era. The price is pretty fair, but I still feel there are better games to be had around that same range.

I feel conflicted with this game. It is fun and I would certainly put quarters in it out in the wild, but it really doesn't stand out in any way for me. I want to like it more because I enjoy the movie, but the cracker jack toy quality, simplicity of the design, and lack of innovation keep me away.
These are very rare, and the price has stayed low. These are "telling" signs for me.

Quite simply one of the most underrated pins out there...but people are finding out...so prices are rising.
It is basically a centaur in a different cabinet at half the price. What's not to like?

I've owned this pin 3 times. It is still one of my favorite art packages in all of pinball. The theme is excellent and I love the 3 playfields. I really find the music charming as well. Unfortunately, there really isn't a lot to do in this pin...which is surprising given the 3 playfields. It gets old fast.

If I had a larger collection (25+), I would probably own another one...but since I only have room for a few, there are many games I would rather have.

This is a rare game with gorgeous artwork. As a result, they cost a ton for a pin of the era. Is it worth it? For me, I would have to say no...although it is an incredibly cool game. I just think of the other pins you could get for $7500. If you ever have a chance to play it, however, jump on it because you may never have another opportunity.

This is just a really fun game with that "one more game" feel. It has nice shots, callouts, and sound. I can pick other pins out with better features of each, but flintstones really mixes it up well and brings it all together in a fun package...and at a low price.

The theme is certainly unique, and I feel like it would be a good pin for a location, but the gameplay is a bit repetitive. If you are seeking a mid-90s example to add to your collection, I would find another title unless you just come across this one very cheapy (which it isn't anymore)

I am very partial to this pin because I am a big Bond fan. It is very close to the movie. Great callouts and I understand there is even a modded music option as well. The satellite shot is lots of fun.
It is one of the best pins Sega made.

This pin has a great theme, backlash, layout, and level of difficulty. They made over 8700, so they aren't tough to find either. It is a wonderful example of a pin from its' era.

Black rose has TONS of charm. The theme, cannon, and behind the backboard shot are all quite fun. This would look great next to a stern potc and JJP POTC. For a Bally dmd, the price is great. The value is definitely there.

This is a really cool pin that only just recently seems to have garnered much recognition.
It is based off a B movie and the artwork leaves something to be desired, but the gameplay, toys, and call outs are all fantastic.

This game has some opposites going for it. The theme is not really one I care for. The art and sound leave a lot to be desired as well. The gameplay, on the other hand, is really good. It has a great multiball, fun layout, and lots of shots.

I don't see myself owning one due to the theme, but I wouldn't pass up a chance to play it on location either.

There are definitely a lot of things going for it at the price point.

This is basically a more modern pitch and bat game. Fun, easy to follow rules, and a 'must' for baseball fans.

There are lots of ramps and tunnel shots. It feels a bit unimaginative. I'm not a fan of the movies, so the theme isn't great for me. It us a pretty rare game (750 made), so play it if you get a chance.

Overall, I feel there are better games at the price point.

This is a very underrated pin largely because the movie didn't do well and the artwork isn't what a lot of people look for. I have a personal attachment to it as a movie guy who lives sci-fi, so it doesn't bother me.
The gameplay is excellent, and the gloves toy/gimmick us incredible. The lighting could be better, but I really enjoy the music and call outs.
All in all, a very solid game..especially for the price (of course, people are finding out about this game, so they keep going up!)

It is just an all-around fun game for a pin from its' era. I enjoy the art and theme. The shots are straightforward, and it plays fast.
It can be quite a drain monster, especially if you don't angle your center shots.

They made a ton, so they are pretty cheap to acquire for the value you get. All of them seem to have major pf wear, however, so be aware.

Lights, sounds, call outs, artwork...this one has it all. It is one of the QUINTESSENTIAL pins of the era. Throw in the fact that they made a lot, so parts/pieces are easy to find...and it is a system 11, so it is easy to work on and built like a tank. This is a pin that fits in ANY size collection. It works on location or in a home game room.

Great theme, modes, scoring, and multiballs. It is one of the best DE pins. I can only assume people have them stashed in their collections, however, because they made 4700 and you NEVER see them.

I have always felt that this game is FAR greater than the sum of its' parts. Maybe the most in all of pinball.

I'm not a huge fan of the artwork, sounds, or theme...but the game is just plain fun. It definitely has that one more game appeal. The chance to win a token is a right of passage that every pinballer should experience.

I got this pin in a trade and I planned on selling it, but it was surprisingly hard to get rid of. It has really good toys, call outs, and music. I'm not a fan of the artwork, but that doesn't distract from the fact that it's a great game. It reminds me of an upgraded pinbot.

I love this game. Great artwork, lots of drops, fun callouts (one of my favorites in ALL of pinball), and that one more game feel.
The LE is actually far cheaper than the original, and I like it even better because of the quirky design.

Classic. One of the best pins of its' era. Great detailed artwork. Beautiful backglass. Tons of drops. It simply has that "one more game" feel.

"Quit talkin' and start chalkin'"

I love it.

The pin is fun and the music is good (of course!) I guess my only issue with it, really, is 'bang for the buck.' For the price of a NIB game, you are basically getting an updated EM. Having said that, I feel TNA has already filled that slot. You could also go the other way and just get an EM for a fraction of the price.
There are a TON of Beatles fans, and I'm sure that is the majority of people buying these. For me, however, I would rather put the dollars this pin commands towards something else.

One of the best pins of its' era. Split playfield, in-lane drop targets, mirrored-backglass, fair scoring, and plenty to do.
It is also quite difficult...which I love.

The one thing it seems to get knocked for is the sound. Unfortunately, they just couldn't do much with it in that era...which is a shame because Queen did all the music for the movie (they are one of my favorite bands of all-time). The opening bars of Queen's Flash Gordon title song are played, which make me smile everytime.

AMAZING flow. Lots of shots. The build quality from AP is second by to none. My only real sticking point is theme. It just isn't my cup of tea. If you are a Hot Wheels fan, however, you should go buy it immediately. I will say that I would 100% play this if I saw it on location. It's a blast!

I enjoy the game, its artwork, and connection to pinbot. My issue is that it really feels like a 1 shot game. I would play it on location, without a doubt...but it wouldn't be a home collection "keeper" for me.

TFTC is a great overall game with lots going for it. My only issue with it is that's it's just too easy. It didn't stay with me long because I really prefer harder games. Whenever I see it at a show or on location, however, I will play it everytime.

This is a pretty rare game, but worth seeing out. It has several neat gimmicks/toys (the levitating ball and the wand). The artwork is good and I like the theme a lot. This would look amazing in a lineup with ToM, Houdini, and abracadabra.

The shots aren't as smooth as I would hope and the fact that it was made in limited numbers by company that put out very few pins and has extremely limited available parts today makes this a tough buy for me. It is also in DIRE need of LEDs. It's like 2 different pins with and without leds.

I would only recommend it if you absolutely love the there and toys in it, or if you gave a 20+ pin collection.

The sounds are obviously great. The toybox is a really nice toy. I'm just not big on the "cartoony" artwork.
If you are a big Aerosmith fan, this is an obvious buy for you. If you are looking for a music pin in general, I would recommend MET, IMDN, or ACDC over it.
8.083/10

As a huge Star Wars fan, this game was a letdown for me. On one hand, the call outs and sounds are some of the best in pinball (I am certainly partial, however), and the artwork is good. On the other hand, this is one of the most barren modern pins in existence. The premium has the hyperloop, which helps.
I will say that there are a ton of modes, so if you are a mode and/or flow player, this is far more likely to be your speed.

This pin is criminally underrated simply because it is a Gottlieb. Of course, it is the absolute best game they ever built, however.

There are really no flaws to it, other than possibly the "shoot the pyramid" callout frequently going off.

Beautiful game play. Gorgeous backglass and playfield. Awesome toys/gimmicks. The theme is just amazing!

It is one of the best games for the price, bar none.

This is a good pin for a newer collector or a Williams system 11 fan.
It isn't really rare, but there must have been a lot destroyed because you seldom see them.
There is a lot going for it, but it doesn't have that "one more time" feel for me. The shots and call outs feel repetitive, and your main scoring objective is to get the multiball.
It stands up to other alphanumeric's from the era, but it falls short of many other pins in the same price range.

Great system 11 game with an awesome theme and fn gameplay. They all seem to have super worn play field's, however. Sone of that is due to age, some of it is due to being a really fun pin with that "one more game" appeal.

This is a very good game, but the lack of innovation and toys are stupifying. This has to be the the best theme ever with the worst implementation. The PF is frustratingly boring. It might be able to be fixed with mods. As it is...it needs more.

Beautiful game with one of the best soundtracks ever. They made so few of the LEs...they are very hard to find. This is the best horse racing game ever made, and one of the best EM pins of all time. The rotating pop bumper mech is simply AMAZING for the time. Some say aiming is luck, but to them I say "aim better." Pins of this era were meant to chew change. They. Aren't. Easy.

The back box horse race is phenomenal, and the overall presentation of the game has made it extremely sought after in collector circles

It is a drain monster, and it will challenge your nudging skills, but it certainly has that "one more game" feel.

If you like EMs, this one has tons of charm. All the bells and whistles that make you feel like you are in the 60s, and a good game play pace that keeps you wanting "just one more game."

I love the look and play of the game, but alice Cooper isn't my favorite theme. If this were one of my top bands...I would rate it much higher because everything else about it is INCREDIBLE!

This is obe of my favorite newer games to have come out over the last few years.
Pros: Great shots, sounds, and callouts. Very nice artwork, good toys/gimmicks, lighting, and i love the video integration.

Cons: the rules can be too deep for the casual player or someone just playing on location. I like the theme, but i could see how others might not.

All in all, a fun and unique game.

If you like family guy, you will love it. Great theme integration. Fun callouts and music.
This game would probably not go over well if you dont like FG, or worse yet...if you don't know what FG is (or haven't seen it).

One of the best early SS games with a fantastic art package. The gameplay will have you playing again and again. This is a solid game and a must-own if you collect games from this era.

I want to like this game, but i just can't get into it. The lighting is so poor, it is just frustrating to play. Im sure this could be fixed with some modded LEDs/strips, but I have played it many times on various machines...and none have even decent lighting.

This game has a lot going for it. Tons of shots and modes...but they are difficult to achieve at times. I like the theme, the art package, and the music. The shots are very tight, and if you aren't hitting them consistently, it can be very frustrating.

This pin is incredibly underrated, and the very thing it gets knocked for the most (tough shots) is really what better players look for...especially in a home collection.

Beautiful artwork. Easily one of the best art packages ever...but certainly for its era. Ramp and multiball heaven. The deadworld mod is a must. It REALLY pops with bright colored LEDs

This is a very underpriced game. If you can get one, do it.

Gorgeous game! It has that old-school charm. It is easily one of the top early SS games. It is a blast to play and it has that "one more game" feel.

Underpriced game, for sure. The ruleset and fun factor are top notch. I can only assume this doesn't cost more due to the theme of fishing. I love fishing...but I'm not so sure the rest of the pinball community does. This is one of the best values in pinball.
My only con would be the fish topper can go crazy and get annoying.

Brutally quick game. The mist ball is awesome, but I always wished tbey did more with the rest. I feel that the vampire toy could be so much better.
This is a strange game for me in that I like to play it, but I can't imagine playing it on location (other than in a freeplay situation), and I dont think it would be good in a small home collection (only if i had 20 or more pins).

I used to own one, but I sold it pretty quickly. I like the sounds/callouts and the challenge of gameplay, but the theme never did it for me. If I see it on location, however, I will still play it.

Deep game with an incredible ruleset. The movie wasn't loved by many...but I enjoyed it, so that helps. I feel like they could have done better than alec baldwin on the translite but it isn't bad. Aurich makes a replacement translite, so I would recommend that. The sanctum area always seems to have wear on every machine. Everything else is GREAT.
The price keeps going up and up because everyone keeps finding out about it.

This is a fun game with great sound, but bad lighting. I always have issues with the darkness of it on location. A set of pinstadium lights would really improve the enjoyment factor.

For me, this is the perfect game: excellent for home use or on location, great callouts, awesome theme and artwork. There are NO flaws...except price. If you can afford it...get it.

Great pin. Lots of shots, great toys, and sound is on point. My only real issues are that...
A) I am a bigger star wars fan than star trek. If this were SW, I would own it. As it is, I will likely never buy it.
B) I hate staring at jean luc picard on the backglass. Self explanatory.

If you like star trek, this is a must-buy.

Paragon is pretty widely considered to have the BEST artwork in pinball. That alone makes it worth getting. It has a lot more going for it than just that, though. I'm not going to sugarcoat it, however....this game is tough. It separates the men from the boys. It is always one of the favorites with tournament players due to its unique gameplay that can be as smooth as butter or drive you mad. I have no doubt that many a pinballer has stepped away too soon because of the vast learning curve.

The beast's lair pop bumper, waterfall, and right outlane drains are brutal. You can loose control...but thats what makes this game so great. It teaches you control. It is a super widebody game that can play very fast.

The only real knock on this game are the sounds, which is a bit unfair...since this game was made in 1979. They aren't bad, but compared to a game from 2019, they just are not as advanced. I actually find the sounds charming.

This is easily one of the most UNDERPRICED pinballs out there. If you have the chance to really get into this pin and learn it...I highly recommend it. If you can buy it...even better.

As a side note, there are a lot of great mods for this pin as well.

Unfortunately, these are very rare and incredibly expensive. If those two weren't the case, this would be a top 10 pinball machine.
Awesome theme with great artwork and gameplay. 3 playfields, tons of toys, great video clips, and top notch sounds/music.
There are truly no flaws in this game aside from rarity and price.
If you can afford it, get it. If you have the chance to play it, go for it...you won't regret it.

This game is criminally underrated!

The artwork is simply gorgeous! Python Anghelo was really at his absolute best here. The backglass is tall and imposing. This pin really stands out in a lineup and has that "WOW" factor. It is quirky and unique.
This is a pin that really comes alive with LEDs. I never really fully appreciated all of its nuances until I switched them over. Stunning.
The toys are also really cool. 2 cannons that shoot pinballs in the air across the playfield! Wow! The bagatelle inset in the backglass is a really fun element as well. The upper playfield mimics a mini playfield.
It is well built, beautiful, and fun. If there is any drawback for me...it would be the sound. It certainly has its charm, but it can be repetitive.
It is shocking these aren't priced higher. Get one before people start to find out about them.

Great game from the Golden age of Bally pinballs. It really stands out from other games for its unique qualities. Great family game too. Toys and gimmicks that only come on limited edition games these days. Despite being a perennial top 100 game, this pin is CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED. Games from that era that are similar to it go for $8,000.

These are tough to find on the market because people don't seem to sell them much. If you can get one...do it!

I don't recall a game where the premium version is leaps and bounds better than the pro version more so than ac/dc. Don't get me wrong...it has great music, an awesone theme, and plenty to enjoy...but the premium version is just SO MUCH BETTER! It really is better in every way possible. It is almost like 2 different pins.
Spend the extra few bucks and get the nicer version.

This game seems like it would be far more enjoyable at home than on location. You just need time to get into it.
Great theme and playfield. For some reason, however, I never find one "in the wild" that has good lighting...which is frustrating.

These things are getting tough to find because no one turns them loose. The price on these is going up quickly due to great demand and hardly any supply. Get one if you can.

This game was pretty boring for me. Im not sure what the thrill is with making 60s style pins with today's hardware is (TNA and beatles too), but it needs to stop. The music and sounds were the best parts of it, but the gameplay wasn't interesting or much fun. For the price of these things, I would steer clear unless you really love primus, love older style pins, and enjoy overpaying for machines.

Lots of ramps, and not much else. The amount of covered playfield and lack of other shots certainly make it unique. It seems that people either love it or hate it. It usually isn't a must play for me on location.

This us a surprisingly fun gane with an odd theme. Wind?
I like the layout of the playfield and the gimmicks. It certainly has lastability.
I'm not sure if I would ever own it, but if the right deal came along, I would have to consider it.

I enjoy this game, but it is hard. The drains are brutal. The scoring is demanding.
The artwork and the toys are some of the best in the biz.

With the difficulty of the game and the likely needed maintenance from the "busy" playfield pieces, I doubt this would be a machine I would ever own.

This is a very fun game! The boss battles, fun shots, animations, and callouts are great. It is quite engaging. I kept wanting to play just one more game!
I wish the translite were a bit nicer, but otherwise it is a top notch game.

This is Super RARE! Only 150 made.

If you can get your hands on one...buy it.

Tron is a very good looking game with an excellent theme. The "tron" lighted ramps are eye-catchers. The mini arcade and tron cycle are very cool too.
The ruleset felt like it could use something else. Im not sure if it would gave the lastability quality in a gameroom, but it is certainly fun to play on location.

The gane plays very fast. It has very simple rules and an incredible light show. There are really no toys or gimmicks, and it is reminiscent of an updated EM game. It has grown on me, but it wouldn't go into my lineup.

I do not really care for this pin. The music is great, the layout and gameplay are boring. It has that old-school feel of a sparsely populated playfield with no toys. This is easily the worst of the newer music-themed pins I have played.
