When ending a MarketPlace listing successfully, Pinsiders can invite user feedback from the other party. Marketplace feedback cannot be removed, but can be responded to by ChiPinMovers.

Hired Lee to pick up an eBay win in the Chicago area. He figured out pretty quickly that the seller was a family relation selling for the owner, and had to nudge them to pin down a pickup time. Once he arrived, he called and sent photos to show me and discuss the actual condition of the machine over the grouching from the owner.» Read moreIt had some obvious issues and a nest on the playfield from a stowaway mouse, but all intact, wires good, and no deal-breakers. He got it out from the basement, palletized it the next morning, and the shipper came the next day to pick it up. Total time 48 hours, paid with Venmo afterwards, total white glove service, sent photos of every stage including loaded in the shipper's truck. Knows exactly what he is doing, would not hesitate to hire him again. Big confidence builder since it was my first eBay buy.
