“Rebuilt entire backbox electrics; rebuilt transformer, totalizer, used all new cloth covered wire, new fuse block, new ac cord, dismantled and de-rusted and polished all parts, cleaned and rewired solenoids, refurbished leaf switches, used all new mounting hardware (nuts, washers, screws), cleaned and sealed inside of backbox with tung oil, left scars and discoloration from deep pitting due to mice. Cleaned and waxed play field. Repaired wiring under pf, including removal of recently added superfluous microswitch and related wiring, repaired original leaf switch, restored wiring to switch, repaired timed ac switch and bell, removed cleaned and polished all cabinet hardware, including shooter escutcheon, shooter mech, coin mech. Rebuilt 5 cent coin mech.Need to paint cabinet and make a new coin door, and backbox rear door. Need to repaint and reinstall sunrise topper.”

“On purchase: Completely non-op. Blowing GI fuses. PF filthy, many switches non-op, including drops. Burned coil on center drop mech, Mpu does not start, speech non-op. PF glass badly scratched, cab scuffed and scratched, pf worn near flippers. Bumper non-op. All rubbers trash. Flipper mechs completely worn out. Crappy soldering everywhere. Mice in backbox...Found snake magnet wires cut, desoldered. 10W resistor scorched underside of PF. wiring to magnet relay cut. Work: Reconnected PF and backbox plugs from shipping, installed backbox. Replaced GI fuse. Disconnected MPU and Driver connectors, applied power. GI fuse held, PS voltages good. (Whew). Replaced MPU, driver and sound/speech boards. Game starts, pulled PF, replaced drop coil, rewired magnet, moved 10 watt resistor away from PF, resoldered. replaced completely broken rubbers, gave pf an initial cleaning. Reinstalled. Game starts, GI ok (found shorted coin door), plays, 40% of switches, drops non-op still. Sound and speech work, but voice weak, won't balance with effects. Rebuilt MPU and placed in stock, replaced driver transistor. On it's feet, running, needs lots more TLC. You hurt Gorgar. Replaced all 44/47 with leds, rebuilt sound board, new sound rom, new amp IC, installed Bob's drop target boards. Rebuilt jets, installed flippertronics style mechs. Machine is 110%.. Still small pf wear above flips, sounds great, needs cabinet work still..Replaced backglass with CPR repro. Still have orig.”

“Replaced all ILC connectors w/ molex trifurcon. Needs new plasma dmd. Repaired dmd drive from cpu. Broken bumper post removed, needs replaced. Adjusted/ repaired drops. Installed LEDs throughout. Trying to find new PF plastics. Loose hardware all over PF, repaired. 5/8/21 DMD replaced, Eat/Info removed to scan, possibly temp repair. Installed NVRAM.”
