Average theme with great fun factor and gameplay. In about 15 games only once did the ball fall into "buck track" and even then it quickly rolled to the end and simply fell out causing no gameplay problems.

This was next to IronMan at a a recnt show, and I had much more fun playing BBH.

A very fun game, the p.field layout & game play are both great, the ruleset is very good too not overly complicated, sometimes game modes will start so fast it's like OMG how did that happen.
Toys/gimmicks on this pin are plentiful, the smart ramps are crazy cool & take a while to get used to. The bowling game is a nice touch too, it's like it can be an extra to the game with its own high score table. Plenty of multiball action, talking/moving dictabird, rock smashing spinner is a little dull but it functions very well, bronto crane ramp, 7 drop targets. There is a lot going on inside this attractive machine.
Sound, music & dots all great, especially on the DMD when displaying the end sequence taken from the cartoon when fred is locked out then screams wilma while bashing the door, V Funny.
The artwork package on playfield & backglass is very well done but the cabinet is pretty boring.
Game lighting is great apart from the left ramp area (its too dark)
Overall a GREAT pin!!!

One the most incredible back glasses ever made, other than this a fairly average pin.

An absolute blast to play, many many long shots, loops, ramps here, an excellent video mode, top half of playfield appears very cramed together, but take another look/play again, it all works extremely well, a very fast pace pinball.

Very nice eye candy, good theme, poor gameplay, poor layout. Not a winner for me.

Not that great, but not unplayable, excellent backglass.

Highly enjoyable game here, sort of old fashioned with its theme and artwork, but at the same time modern, reliable, with great game play. Easy to get hooked. Great shots, modes and art. I could easily put this pin in my wish list, cost and rarity will keep it out.

I enjoyed playing this pin, excellent combination of video and pinball, it works very well. The theme and licence is one of the best, the playfield lighting could be better, limited shots, targets, great playabilty - no hesitation in feeding it more money.

Fantastic looking pin, fun to play, family friendly, easy to learn, apart from the gofers the theme is lame.

Nice ramps and toys, great art, after that the games goes down hill for me with the playfild layout and then the gameplay.

A very well thought out and designed pinball, love it. The theme on this game can be appreciated by anglers and non-anglers alike, as long as you like pinball this will be a winner. The art package throughout this pin is great, colourful, exagerated, cartoon styled. The gameplay is entertaining, plenty going on within the busy looking playfield great shots, ramps, castor club multiball, very funny topper and a video mode too. With such a large production run its a shame i've only found 2 of them and havn't played this pin in 2 years.

A solid good fun pin, great multiball, ingenious ramp design, very nice spinning backglass, I like the ferris wheels too, art work on backglass is cool, but the playfield and cab art suck, game rules are easy to learn nothing complex here.

I saw one for sale recently (NEVER HEARD OF IT BEFORE)and thought to myself this could be interesting, how wrong could I be. I played this at PHOF and this is my warning, Don't waste your quarters!!!!! This pin for me was cheap looking and has to be one of the worst games i've played, how stupid is that ski lift and as for the slalom playfield, HMMMM Indy rip off I think. For me the gameplay wasn't great either with its limited shots. The art package is lacking aswell, unexciting, plain and a terrible backglass. I know my next nightmare will somehow include this pin. Only reason I would ever buy this would be for spares.

The main attraction of this pin for me is its licence, and the art package scores quite high for me too, the playfield has plenty of shot choice and the game play gets very fast, the ruleset lets the game down a touch, but still a great allrounder.

A very well designed backglass animation and a very colourful pinball all over. The rest of this pin is just average all put together with a weak ruleset.

This pin can be very frustrating and I find its game play very challenging. Only ever seen 3 of these machines, strange because of its highish production run numbers. Absolutely love the Mist multiball too. The theme of this pin to me feels very dark it is not a family game. Definitely a winner, great licence , great gameplay.

I have changed my mind on this pin after playing again recently, it is much better than I first thought, it is very a entertaining pin, well worth another try, great ramp shots, ingenious captive ball feature, art is good, not sure about the music and sounds.

An incredible game design, and for a machine of this age it still keeps up with newer pins. The backglass is one of the best i've seen, but the cab art is dull. Gameplay is average. The 3 playfields and backglass art and lightning animation are my favourite parts.

Great licence, great artwork especially the backglass, cool sounds and speech. Backward mini playfield again is a cool feature, plenty of playfield gimmicks and shots. BUT THERE IS NO FLOW, nothing seems to mesh together, the gameplay sux. What no multiball?

Found this very clean hidden gem in Portsmonuth(Parade Pier). Despite my initial rejection because of its theme Fastbreak turned into a fantastic pinballing experience. The artwork is average on the playfield and worse on the cab, but the gameplay is sweet. The backbox is really cool you can control a flipper to score baskets , cracking idea. Also this pin can be linked to another for head-head play. Midnight Madness is another plus for this pin. 4 multiball modes, this is an excellent pin .

Found this one at PHOF, I like the artwork all over, bar the backbox thats a bit in your face, but it matches the film/theme very well. The rotating ship is very cool, a great toy feature. Great playfield layout and gameplay.

Played this very clean pin at UK Pinball show 2009, I'm not an Elvis fan. But I did find this pin highly entertaining to play, the artwork isn't great especially on the cab, the mini playfield and dancing Elvis are very cool.

The rotating playfield is pretty cool, other that its just plain weird, clean and simple fun.

Excellent release from Stern. I thoroughly enjoyed this pin except for the dots/video, the arc multiball is the dogs dangleys.

Shrek is a cool licence/theme, so why waste it, this could of been so much better.

Junk Yard has some great points, such as the art package, theme, playfield toys, Midnight Madness mode, cool dots and sounds. But I don't like the playfield layout, it's too open and this games lastability is very lacking due to its ruleset. Unless I found it at a bargain price it can stay in the junk yard!!!!!!

Amazing game from Data East, fantastic licence and theme. Flipper blinders came as a huge shock the first time I played, these are excellent, what a great feature.

A decent pin. Art on playfield and backglass very entertaining as is the gameplay, nothing complicated here just good fun. The Party Zone pinball has the same styling. Lots of toys on this one too.

Only ever managed to find 2 of these, an average condition one at UK Pinball show 2009, and the second one at PHOF which is in great condition, and played superbly. The backbox playfield is a superb creation and makes for a unique playing experience. Try one!!!!!

Great game, cool toys and I know it fits the theme, but a thirteen ball multiball how ridiculous. I achieved this on my time playing it's just too crazy.

A cracking pinball from Stern, love the theme, excellent licence, fantastic sinking ship toy, a great all rounder, deserves higher ranking.

Like so many others have said "overated" this game does not deserve its high rating, low production numbers don't make a great game!!!!!

Mini pinball is great for the first few plays, but for me this toy's attraction wears out pretty quick.

Another great pin I would love to own, shame the movie was so bad. Artwork on backglass sux too.

Update, having owned this pin for a while now....
This is a TOP game, great layout/flow and rules, absolutely love the toys. The mini playfield is a blast to play, wizard mode is hard!! as is the shadow loop. Very high replayablity. Amazing sound package. This pin almost has it all!!!!

Love the innovation, pinball, game board, tokens, a fresh approach to the traditional pinball. Shame its not got a bigger playfield. Excellent art package throughout.

I like this pin, great theme, great toys, the jump rope was little tricky for me. Jump ramps to hit boxer are cool. Wish I'd played it some more to see video modes. Backglass art could be better looks a bit old fashioned.

NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.
Fortunately for this pinball the gameplay, playfield layout and rules make it worth playing. First impressions of this machine for me were not good, the theme and artwork is average at best and based on looks this pin was always going to be the last machine to be played(unless of course your a soccer/football fan). So after playing for the first time i was completely surprised and despite the bad points i would definitely play again.

Played recently (a lot) and loved it, great fun, excellent game play. Backbox toy boring, should have left it off. DMD on playfield is one of man's best creations. Deserves it's high ranking!!!

Another one i want, one day it'll happen, it'll be a keeper. Very strategic, great rule set. The pre-dcs is prob only drawback.

Cant wait to own this one, excellent gameplay, excellent sounds and music, some of the best dots i've seen, playfield artwork is great really suits the theme but cabinet is bit plain.
If i could get one i know it'll be a keeper!!!

I have had this pin for about a month now, I'm still loving it and still getting used to it!! I know the hand can be tricky, constant
maintenance. I seem to have a sticky switch sometimes shows error on test report and sometimes not, but always works anyway. Will update in the future.

Update: The playfield layout is very good except for the left ramp, it hides the pop bumpers a little too much. The ruleset is clear, not overly complicated and the next shot is easy to learn and understand. This game can become very fast, very quick and follows the film it was based on well, though the film isn't all that great!!!!! The combo shots can be awesome, unfortunately the dots cant always keep up. The only real toy here is the Data Glove it slows the pace of play down, other features include a video mode which I'm still finding hard, 4 multiball modes including a Wizard mode, 2 ramps, loop shots that change with two ball diverters, a scoop, a spinner, Midnight Madness mode, great sounds.

Unfortunatly i don't have this pin now, i did own one for 3 years it was a great machine.
The game play was a little different to the usual machines i have played each new ball started the next mission, lose the ball and the next mission starts (if you have another ball), also the opportunity to earn a 3 ball multiball, fail and you only get a 2 ball. Another feature of these missions was a time factor, run out of time and the ball will drain like a tilt. I loved this gameplay, some of my friends could never get used to it and just plain avoid playing it. Each to ther own i suppose.
The artwork all over the machine was in my opinion was dull a very low standard, could have been much better.
The lighting was great with its strobing runway effect and gelled very well with the sound effects/music.
The playfield toys/features were cool 2 rows of drop targets, 3 flippers, pop bumpers under playfield tunnel. There is also a domed spinner which has targets around it but you cant see it to clearly as there is too much blocking its view, big shame cause every ball passes through it after the shooter lane.
Overall in my opinion a great game, great playability one big drawback being the art work.

I have owned this machine for 3 years never had a major electrical or mechanical issue, i still play this one often but not as much as my other 3 pins.
The playfield has a good layout with plenty of shots, but the game is let down by its lame rule set and limited goals. There is 2 ramps, 2 sets of drop targets with more targets behind, a spinner, kick out hole, 3 pop bumpers, so plenty to go for just a simple score system. There are 2 main toys here one is a large beating heart which increases its tempo at certain parts of the game, and also this game has a set of chattering/talking teeth.
The playfield and cabinet artwork are average its like spooky and cartoonish, i've seen better. But the backglass artwork is incredible, its a spooky scene with the game characters etc and its all set on a 3D vacuum formed plastic set behind the glass, i think it looks cool.
Sound and music on this game are good and blend well with the game lighting, one great aspect of sound is when multiball is going there is chickens clucking away to the tune of the 1812 overture, it always raises a laugh.
In my overall opinion its just below average, limited rule set, it only has a 2 ball multiball and the artwork lets it down and its good points just cant balance out the bad points.

Have owned party zone for 5 years+ this is an excellent game and still play often.
Game play on my machine I believe is very well balanced with only 1 dodgy shot if you miss the rocket ramp and hit target to the right badly the ball tends to rebound straight down between the flippers.
The ruleset is simple not overly complicated, this makes for quick fun as its easy to learn.
The playfield and backglass art is spectacular, very colourful. The lightshow in certain modes/rewards are equally as impressive.
The dmd displays seem a little limited a few more animations would have improved this game, also it has no video mode.
The sound package is cool although its not dcs, and you can choose your own music too.
The main toy is a moving/talking head which will follow your ball around the playfield while every now and then chucking a comment at you. Other notable toys are a dancing crash test dummy, a mumbling robotic head with moving mouth.
Only 1 ramp shot on this game, but it does feed through the back of cabinet its pretty cool, also 2 long, twisting, clear plastic (return to flipper) ball guides.
Only problem i have had are broken wires from the head moving under playfield.
All in all, in MY opinion a great all round game only coming in short with lack of dmd animations, and only a 2 ball multiball.
