I agree that Mark had a frustrating experience. We did jointly file a claim with the shipper and they did take much longer than normal due to the pandemic. They finally settled the claim, and I forwarded the payment after this feedback was left.» Read moreMark was understandably hoping for an Amazon-like experience, and that isn't what was offered or what happened. I share his frustration with the shipper.
