The good old days

I was 14 years old in 78 which to me was the beginning of the video arcade craze. It was not until years later that I got more into pinball. I always liked pinball but did not have a place where I could really play. I did have access to many video games though. Gorgar was the first pinball I tried at the local 7-Eleven. The machine said something like "I'm Gorgar......beat me, a talking pinball?. I saw a haunted house pin at a bowling alley or someplace like that and remembered thinking now thats a cool game with 3 levels. In 2008 I started my gameroom. My first game was a mame arcade with mostly video games I grew up with. One of the modes was video pinball. That is how I became interested in pinball again. Then I stumbled upon the Pinside 100 list. I had played Cyclone at a friend's house and thought for sure it would be #1 on the pinside list or close to it. I was in shock to find out it was not ! Soon after I purchased my first pinball, TZ. After that, AFM, then MB. I let go of AFM & TZ , next was AC/DC premium. Then 8BD, WH20 is on deck undergoing resto, I'm looking forward to it. I think 1 more will do it if I can find a Mystery Castle by Alvin G. Such a creepy cool game like Haunted house but better IMO. Only 227 made so doubt I will find one anytime soon if ever. 10/14 Up-Date Mystery Castle in the house!
