This is the only Pin at any location near my house, so I've played it frequently (I'd estimate about 40 plays). Before I knew any of the rules, I loved the pin. It was a lot of fun and challenging (I am very new to pinball so challenging for me). The more I played this game, I found myself not enjoying it as much.
Gameplay: there may be some setup issues with this at the bar and grill that I play at, but I get a lot of nasty drains if I do not make it all the way up the right ramp. Also, when Herman captures my ball and the machine tells me to hit the ball (to start multi-ball), if I don't hit the ball in time, Herman releases it and it drains almost every time. I also could not find my way around the Pin for various tasks and I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out what exactly it is that I am supposed to do. I also do not like that I start the same mission each time - I wish it would randomize the missions so I don't feel like I'm doing things in the same repetitive order with each game. I do like trying to hit Spike and there are some good challenging shots up the middle and on the left side.
The artwork seems good on this machine and is appropriate for the theme. I cannot think of anything that I dislike about the art. I do think there could be a little more brightness, but given the theme, it is kind of a dark game to match.
Admittedly, the sounds and music are not always available for me to hear if the Jukebox is on that night, but from what I've heard, these all seem good and on theme. Certain missions can get somewhat annoying when it repetitively tells you what to do! This also makes it a bit more fun though because it puts more pressure on you.
Overall, I'd give this machine a 7/10 based on what I've experienced in playing it.
