I am very much a beginner at pinball machines. Played many--repaired zero.
I purchase a very beautiful 8 ball deluxe from Robert. After arrival, it had some odd things happening.
Robert was extremely responsive ---all the way through sending videos, emails, pictures, etc and diagnosing the issue. Turns out a wire was causing an issue.
Turned into blessing in disguise as i got training on how to diagnose an issue and what to do. Even learned what tools to buy, how to solder, multi meter usage, etc.
Robert is a pro and stands by his work.
