The only challenge from this machine is to beat your high score. This is done through ramp shots and skilled play during multiball, which is a blast to start and to play. Other than that, T2 doesn't take a whole lot of skill to play, which is why it can be enjoyed by anybody.

The artwork on the pf, backglass, and cabinet are all beautiful. Sound is top notch incorporating some great speech and sound clips from the movies. Great mix of sound and who doesn't like that Addams Family jingle.

However, I'm sorry, but the gameplay just doesn't do it for me. It's got some nice side shots from the upper flipper and a nice ramp shot. At times though, some shots do nothing and/or need to be unlocked. And I'm not a fan of the chair placement. Would have been much better as a side shot from the upper flipper to start modes. To each his own, but I personally do not seek this game out.

This machine is valuable only because of it's rarity factor. It's a fun game, with great artwork on the pf and cab. Love the glowing tube and the pole dancer.

I find the waitress voice to be annoying when heard repeatedly. And, this game feels to me like I am playing a high-end DE machine. I give it props for it's look and theme, but won't seek it out to play.

Another simple machine; atleast until you get to the end. I always screw up the end. Fortunately/unfortunately, you can get to the end more than once in one game.

Love the art all around, theme, the humorous horror, and sometime adult themed sound provided by the famous Cassandra Peterson. You can be entertained by this machine just from watching someone else play it.

What attracted me to JY is the speed and wackiness of the game. Love the fridge kickout to the left flipper as well as the wrecking ball. Two shots are difficult, the others, meh. Good control is a must because missed shots/halfway shots lead to drains most of the time.

The ruleset is simple and you will play the game through in the first week tops, depending on your skill level of course. Because of this, I recommend that it be in a collection with skill machines to change things up a bit. If not, it will loose it's attractiveness quickly. I still love it though.

LEDs in the backglass are a must to bring out the beauty of it!!

Have found it a bit difficult/confusing to care for. It is one opto after another. Maybe some switches where optos weren't necessary would boost my lastability rating. Some manufacturing design flaws requiring the owner to make changes to keep machine running well for years. The clock being the prime example regarding incandescent bulbs cooking the housing and boards. LED's of course take care of this issue.

Love the gameplay. It is fast and punishing if not played "well". Great mix of shots to speed/skill ratio. And strategy plays a roll too, making it a progressive machine that I will never get bored of.
