This game gets a ton of flack based on theme, but it’s arguably one of the best value pins out there for the price point.

This thing is loaded with 4 flippers, 2 ramps, 2 sets of drop targets, 2 sets of standup targets, a captive ball, and an elevated playfield. The elevated playfield plays like butter and doesn't slow down the game at all. Add in the rule set which includes a 3 ball mulitball, 9 regular modes, and a wizard mode with a 6 ball multiball and you've got a nice game on your hands. Additionally, this is a widebody which is a pretty unique feature and it has a shaker motor. Did I mention it has amazing callouts straight from Wrestling classics like Hulk Hogan, Vince McMahon, and Macho Man Randy Savage?

I grew up watching wrestling in the 80's so this machine was a no brainer for me and it was my first pin. Once you get used to the shots it isn't super challenging, but it's always fun to play. Give this one a chance, you won't regret it.

For review purposes, I've owned the machine for almost 2 years and have about 1000 plays on it.

Metallica is a game that simply offers something for everyone. It's a great game for friends and family who aren't into pinball, but it's also a great players machine that will hone your skills and keep you coming back for more. It's the hands down favorite in my gameroom!

This game has it all......intensity, speed, flow, great music and callouts, amazing artwork, a deep rule set (4 different multiballs, several modes, CIU mini wizard modes, etc.), an awesome bash toy, 2 magnets, an impressive light show.........I could go on and on. And there are so many satisfying shots on this game it's ridiculous.

I don't know what else to say. For those on the fence about buying this machine, stop thinking about it and go get one......

BTW - For review purposes, I've owned the machine for about 10 months and have about 1200 plays on it.
