Another Lawlor masterpiece. Many shots, fun code not impossible to understand. Lightshow beyond awesome. Love that you just have to start modes and not complete all of them to get to the wizard mode. Long-term lastability and a family favorite.

The best LE ever. A Steve Ritchie masterpiece. Long-term game with deep code and fun diversions.

Spider-Man Black and Spider-Man- one of the greatest games ever. Excellent shots and classic callouts. Terrific art package and last-ability. This game set the standard.

Wow, this game really delivers. Intuitive code that interfaces well with the player. Smooth shots and fast action. Love the battle modes and the callouts cue nicely without being distracting. Great art package. Gomez at his finest.

Wow!!! It is another great design from John Borg and Dwight Sullivan's code puts this one over the top. A great addition to any collection, no matter if you are a Ninja Turtles fan or not. I am in for an LE on this one.
Update - traded it out for Avengers LE, BUT I missed it so much that I immediately traded 2 other games to get it back in the collection again. Here to stay for a long while...

Really a great game. Even though it didn't last long in my collection, I really enjoyed the game overall with what I consider to be masterpiece-level coding, rule set and shots. Totally fun and challenging. Not a great one to have if you have little kids but otherwise as good as it gets - even if you are not a fan of the band.

A newcomer to the collection but clearly JJP's finest offering to date. Fun shots, engaging rules, theme that makes sense once you get engrossed in the game. Lawlor delivers another great one.

So nownwith final code and still, wow, what a great game. Steve Ritchie and Dwight Sullivan really deliver in this game. Fun, innovative code with cool unique mini modes like Light Saber Duel and Escape From Boba Fett really help this game shine. The hyper-loop ball accelerator is totally fun and not over-utilized. Wish the Death Star was a little bit easier to destroy but then again Valinor is not all that accessible either... This game is under-rated for what it really is.

I have now been enjoying my Premium VE for several months and feel ready to rate it. A terrific game with awesome shots and deep innovative rule set. Each song presents a new challenge of how to play the game. It really adds to the overall experience of the game. Great lighting and music add to the experience. Love it! An all-time great - period, end of discussion...

Fast and fun. Complex rule set that will provide significant challenge in figuring out the many possible approaches to game-play which should be great for the home environment. Shots are super smooth and lighting package (GI and light shows) is outstanding. LCD screen is fun and unique with excellent movie scenes that make good use of the technology to enhance the game-play. Good depth for the experts but achievable and fun objectives for the novice. All-in-all Steve Ritchie and Dwight Sullivan delivered a great pin - again.

An outstanding design job with great balance of features. Excellent art package, smooth shots. Also a terrific music package that enhances the experience with the opportunity it to change up songs relatively frequently. So far, the game has an excellent "just one more" feel to it. The theme works and the game play complements the theme quite well. Even if you are not a huge Aerosmith fan, it still works... If you hate Aerosmith then pass as the band is front and center; that said, no real knowledge of band lore is required to understand this game. John Borg is my favorite current designer and he delivers big time with this game. I am in for an LE...

Having played this pin quite a bit over the last 4 months, I am confident in giving it an excellent rating. It is a lot of fun and has good depth. Very underrated in my opinion.

Really a great game - everytime that you play it can be different. The strategy components really make this game a lot of fun. If you are looking for a "hit this blinking light" game you will miss the beauty that is in this game. Code is excellent. Shots flow well. Yes artwork is lacking and sounds can be a bit repetitive but don't let that scare u off. A great long-term complex game which will provide years of fun for those with the patience to really dig in and figure it out...

Have played this 10-15 times at shows. Not my favorite game but also early code and limited play. Perhaps it is too son for me to add my rating and it will change when and I get some more time with the game. It just seems like a very difficult game with not obvious objectives. Cool look and awesome LCD but game play seemed hard enough for only really experts to enjoy.

Great art, great theme, great shots, great rules, great music, great callouts. What else needs to be said. Borg hit a home run - clearly a crowning achievement in his great career. Only negative---> it's not appropriate for a household with young kids...

Fast and furious game - fun for kids with bash toy iron monger and fun for the advanced player with ramps and combos and rule set. Looking on the bright side, the machine is naturally difficult that it teaches you to nudge for saves and makes you enhance your ball control - key skills for a budding pinball enthusiast.

A masterpiece: fun, challenging, a theme that works and is also timeless. Good for beginners and yet still challenging for the expert.

In my opinion TF is an outstanding pin LE OR PRO - a totally fun theme with great music and sound effects, creative shots, deep rules and a good light show - while it can be somewhat of a grind session the objectives are obtainable. (Making it to the final wizard mode - The Battle of Cybertron - is to far away to even be considered obtainable at my current skill level, so at least in my mind, the Senitnel Prime mode is what I consider to be the "wizard mode" - but also I never make it the wizard modes unless I am playing a 10 ball game anyway) Overall I think this pin is way underrated - maybe not a top ten but definitely will stand the test of time.

Finally in my collection. Just outstanding! Good rules, challenging but not impossible. A real crowd-pleaser with excellent art, theme and call-outs. A true masterpiece in my book.

An outstanding pin with a great integration of theme, excellent shots, deep rules with difficult yet attainable objectives, a tough final wizard mode to get to but imagine the sense of accomplishment when achieved. Excellent animations, call outs, artistry and beautiful cabinet and back-glass.

Another outstanding pin from Steve Ritchie and Lyman Sheats. Really has a great feel to it - lots to do with excellent variation in shots with differing objectives - so much more than just shoot for the blinking lights. Good for players at all skill levels. At first I was not really getting it, now that I have played it a bunch I totally get it. It is a great game with a lot of challenge but not impossible to get deep into the game and potentially even complete the objectives. It is my go-to pin.

NOTE: Now with COLORDMD, this game is just outta this world. An all-time great for certain.

NOTE: I traded my TF Combo LE and when it was gone found that I totally missed it and thought about it a lot. (Same with my Iron Man.) So when another TF LE came up available I just had to get it back - along with IM as well. But alas, in a small collection it has gone back out again; not likely to return.

Totally fun game with excellent challenge for the whole family -> there is strategy / gamesmanship for the advanced player but still a whole lot of fun for a novice sinking the ship. Overall, a great pin for anyone's collection but especially in a home with kids...

Wow, an all-time great. Fun, innovative rules. Awesome theme for me at least. Gotta get one for the collection and then bolt it to the floor.

Definitely a candidate for greatest pin of all time in my opinion. Deserves it's excellent reputation as it is a fun and challenging game. It hits that magical nexus of challenge and acheivability. Another great Lawlor game.

OUTSTANDING - Overall, Tron Legacy has excellent playability with a good rule set that is deep enough for an advanced player to enjoy but not so deep that a novice still can't have fun and get a multi-ball or advanced mode. Some of the shots are difficult but overall play is fast and really enjoyable for what I anticipate to be many years of challenge.

overall this pin is outstanding
don't let the theme turn you off - it is used in thoughtful and creative ways
the fun quotient of this pin is sky high
if I had to pick a criticism - music gets repetitive but
it will go down as one of the greats

Have had the premium and pro, finally upgraded to the Limited Edition. Has been totally fun with a fast paced game and good missions. Faster with better flow than most pins - would say has many makeable shots but enough difficult shots to keep it from getting boring or repetitive- a beginner will enjoy the machine and plenty of challenge so an expert will too.... Vengeance modes are really fun and the game just keeps getting better. If I could have only 1 pin in the collection, Star Trek LE would be it.
