Michael was persistent with stern to get my NIB issue solved, ultimately it was shipped with a bad CPU, which we finally got and replaced after ~90 days. I was disappointed this took so long, but this was really on Stern, michael kept working with me trying to diagnose the issue I was having, that ultimately led to replacing the CPU. To start off I was honestly nervous about trying to find a legit source to purchase an actual table from because there's a lot of fakes and scams out there but Mike is legit! He even had a video call with me so I could see the machine and answered any questions I had about it. Once it was paid for and arrived at» Read moremy house he went through the setup instructions with me on how to load the pinballs in and adjust settings on the game and all that, he was really helpful through the whole process. The table arrived just fine in a bout a week and in good (used) condition, but that's what I was paying for. If he has a game in his inventory you want I highly recommend working out a deal with him!

I purchased a pinball machine from this company at the price of $11,800. $11,400 was the understood price plus delivery. One of the owners drove it to my home about 4 hours away instead of shipping it for whatever reason of his choosing. The communication was very clear. It was a near perfect game with a lot of mods and 100 plays (can provide messages)» Read moreI initially received it when they delivered it. Took a brief look at it and didn't see anything too alarming. It took 2 of them to remove the glass from it, which seemed odd, but they said it was because it had been taken off so few times. I didn't want to TRULY go over it too meticulously, as to not be insulting, which was my mistake.
Upon inspection later that evening, the machine had 827 plays, not 100. When confronted, he said that was just from free play after I bought it. Even though I sent a wire for the full amount less than 24 hours after he made this statement. Best case scenario, he left this machine on the floor to have plays ran up on it. However, 727 plays do not happen overnight, so i'm not sure that's possible.
The machine had several loose sections, where I thought I would just get away with tightening them. Unfortunately, the threads are stripped on the playfield rivets and I will have to replace them.
The glass channels are severely warped. I actually gimped around quite a bit today from getting the glass off a couple times last night. It took both of them to remove it, and was a struggle for me by myself.
The owner's response to this was a single $100 adjustment, and later a $200 adjustment. Misrepresenting the plays nearly 8 times its actual value is worth a lot more to me. I denied the adjustment and I am committing to letting people know how a sale went with this establishment. Good luck out there! Inspect closely, this was my first experience like this, I'm going back to the pinball dudes from Florida, those guys are AWESOME!!!!

Michael was transparent through the process. I requested follow-up information and he provided it. Item was as described and the same as in the pictures.» Read moreOn day of pickup he was very helpful as I needed assistance loading since I was by myself. Prior to me arriving he asked if I wanted the machine packed up or ready to plug in and test. He had it ready to be plugged in and tested and on a lift.

He also offered to wrap the backbox to the cabinet which I appreciated but wasn't necessary. Was a great experience.
