I would absolutely work with these guys again. I was suppose to meet them in Pittsburgh but my van wasn’t going to be able to hold all the machines I was getting and for a little extra money they drove through the night and hand delivered them to me. Michael was persistent with stern to get my NIB issue solved, ultimately it was shipped with a bad CPU, which we finally got and replaced after ~90 days. I was disappointed this took so long, but this was really on Stern, michael kept working with me trying to diagnose the issue I was having, that ultimately led to replacing the CPU.
