When ending a MarketPlace listing successfully, Pinsiders can invite user feedback from the other party. Marketplace feedback cannot be removed, but can be responded to by GAP.
New! It is now possible for any Pinsider to leave feedback, without an invite. There are some checks in place to avoid abuse and "fake" feedback.

Mike was great to work with. I was able to get a NIB Deadpool machine during the height of covid very easily with a couple of emails/calls. The night before the pickup Mike had a family emergency but was professional enough to communicate that he might have to postpone as soon as he could. As someone driving from a distance for the pickup, there is nothing better than having a seller that communicates well.» Read moreIt turned out that the pickup was just a bit delayed but that was fine. Mike was gracious enough to give us a tour of his store and talk shop for a bit even with a family emergency looming over him.
Finally, Mike was very professional with Covid. He wore PPE the entire time and made the transaction possible with minimal contact if I preferred. I was pretty hesitant in getting a machine during quarantine but Mike went out of his way to make the transaction safe.

Being from the Uk, getting the Super Mario Bros Mushroom World pinball machine is extremely hard but Mike helped out immensely in getting it imported from Chicago to the UK. I contacted GAP based on the reviews I read on Pinside, and by golly, those reviews did not steer me wrong! Mike was awesome to work with. He paid attention to my needs, gave me a square deal on two pins (Houdini and Wizard of Oz Yellow Brick Road Edition), and made arrangements to have Scott and Rocco deliver and set up both machines» Read morewithin just one week of placing my order--in the middle of the busy Christmas season! They made the three-hour drive out of state and worked as a team to make sure everything was handled professionally. Not only did Scott and Rocco take special care to ensure my porcelain floors wouldn't be damaged as they wheeled each machine in and meticulously set them up, but they spent an extra hour or so troubleshooting one glitchy mechanism on the Houdini pin that others probably would have left for me to try and figure out. Their tenacity to get the issue solved before leaving; their ability to contact one of the actual designers of the Houdini pin on-the-spot to resolve the problem; and their can-do, positive attitudes are what give me confidence to make all of my future purchases with Mike and his team again.
