User feedback
When ending a MarketPlace listing successfully, Pinsiders can invite user feedback from the other party. Marketplace feedback cannot be removed, but can be responded to by ChrisHibler.
New! It is now possible for any Pinsider to leave feedback, without an invite. There are some checks in place to avoid abuse and "fake" feedback.

I was having trouble with a Hyperball machine so Chris recommended I send him all 3 boards. He cleaned them up and replaced parts and shipped them back. The boards were fixed perfect, but I realized my machine had some other bugs beyond the board. Chris and I exchanged over 30 emails with excellent descriptions on his end of what to check and how» Read moreto test. I had little knowledge of the parts of the boards and he explained them and made it easy for me to understand how they work. He was very patient with me as we worked through it and ended up getting the machine to work perfect. Chris is an outstanding guy who offered service after the sale that is just about impossible to find today. I would never hesitate to send Chris more boards for repair. Absolutely top notch, I could not be happier. Thanks so much Chris!
