I think the first pinball machine I ever played was at a laundromat in N. Michigan. I couldnt tell you what it was but it only cost $.10 per game and I played it a lot!
In high school my buddy and I got jobs at a small local amusement park that had an arcade. When we were done with our shift, we would hang out at the arcade to play games and meet up with friends. I remember when Funhouse came in for the first time. We played the hell out of it!
Fast forward and one year for his birthday, my mother in law buys a pinball machine for my father in law. My wife and I went to their house for family dinner and I heard Rudy barking at us as soon as we walked in the door. I've always loved the 80's-90's Williams!
In 2014, I opened a brewery in Mesa and right from the beginning, I knew I wanted to have a Tapper Arcade game in there. When the time was right, I bought one. While I was waiting for it to arrive, I bought two more machines!!! I started collecting arcade games in 2020 and by 2021, decided that I wanted to open a new bar to expand my brewery footprint and sell more beer. Deciding to open an Arcade Bar was a natural idea which allowed me to combine my two passion projects. B.R.I. Taproom & Arcade was born. Now, after almost a year of being open with 40+ arcade games and 12 pinball machines, I cant believe it took me so long to do this. It's amazing and we're having fun every day. I've learned a lot and found a brand new passion for pinball! It was always fun but now that I'm learning how to play better and how the machines work, its even more fun. If you're in or around Mesa, AZ. Stop in for a pint and some games!

Sounds like a great place to drain some pinballs and a beer or two. We'll be heading to Arizona for a soccer tourney this weekend and I am adding this as a destination. May your business prosper and multiply
